Jack Smith is in a helicopter crash that kills him. His brain is frozen. Fifty years later he awakens in a hotel room and is given an option to participate in an experimental procedure to have his brain transplanted into a new body. Jack agrees then finds out it will be a few years before the experiment begins and is given the option to play a new virtual reality game on a private server until it is time for him to get a new body.
