What is energy?

  Energy is everything.

  Energy can't be destroyed and created.

  Energy is the beginning of life and everything that is left after death.

  Energy is undestructable and eternal, but if it is eternal and can't be used up, then why do we need to eat, drink or sleep?

  The answer is pretty easy. It is because we use our energy and let it escape, to the wall, if we punch it, or to our surroundings if we move and maybe to our soul, as long as we are alive.
