Chapter 61 – Give him a new notebook

At this moment, no oiced the anxious expression on Hoare's face.

Gee picked up Ron and rushed straight to the infirmary, with the others running behind him.

A rge group of people arrived at the infirmary, startling Dumbledore, Snape, and Lucius Malfoy, who were still there.

"What happened, children?" Dumbledore hurried over.

"Headmaster, Ron, Ron fainted," Gee stammered anxiously.

Dumbledore took Ron and pced him on another bed.

His brow furrowed slightly as he g Draco, who was also unscious on another bed.

The symptoms of the two were identical.

Dumbledore quickly set up the same magic array around Ron, but for some reason, it didn't seem to have any noticeable effe him.

  "Henry!" Dumbledore shouted.

Hoare heard Dumbledore's void rushed over.

Percy, hearing the otion, came running in his pajamas, "What's going on? Why did the Headmaster call for William?"

Gee and Fred were just as fused and couldn't answer.

  "Headmaster," Hoare inquired.

  "No effect," Dumbledore replied gravely.

"The diary!?" Hoare asked Harry, knowing they were roommates and Harry would know.

Harry looked at Hoare in surprise. How did he know Ron had been writing in a diary retly? "It's here. Ron was holding it before he fainted, so I took it."

"Give it to me," Hoare reached for the diary in Harry's hand. "Has Ron been writing in this diary a lot tely?"

Hoare opehe diary and flipped through it, finding it pletely bnk.

Harry leaned in, shocked, "Impossible! Ron has been writing in this diary retly. How it be bnk?"

  "He, he also said—"

  "Said what?" Hoare asked.

Harry replied, "He said he found a way to cure you, Hoare."

Hoare looked at the unscious Ron and fell silent.

He was born with knowledge, and most of the time, he found Ron, his brother, annoying, but he never realized he was so important to Ron.

"What diary?" Percy caught a bit of the versation but not much, aernly questioned Harry.

"Diary?" Fred seemed to have thought of something, uainly asking, his eyes avoiding Hoare's.

"You two gave him the diary," Hoare stated fidently.

Percy frowightly, as if deep in thought.

"All of Ron's things are old, so we thought... we'd give him a new notebook," Gee said hesitantly.

Hoare looked at Dumbledore. In theory, two days of absorption shouldn't have caused Ron to fall unscious. Was it because—

Was it because the magic array around Draco preve from abs Draco, so the diary started abs Ron, who was using it, twice as fast?

The magic array was already set up.

In theory, the magic array should have prevented Ron's life force from draining, just like it protected Draco.

But iy, it was pletely iive.

Ron's life force was less than half remaining.

  Why was this happening?

Hoare couldn't figure it out, his eyes fixed on Ron.

"Headmaster! It's this person!" Percy's sh in Hoare's ears. "You evil Slytherin, if it weren't for your things, Ron wouldn't be in trouble!"

Percy finally uood what had happened from the versation.

"Merlin, Percy, don't cause trouble!" Fred hurriedly stopped him, knowing that he and Gee were the ones who caused the trouble.

Percy wouldn't relent, "If it weren't for this devil's creation, would Ron be like this?"

"Only evil people create such life-draining tools!"

"If not Ron, then someone else! Headmaster! He should be sent to the Ministry of Magic!"

The Gryffindathered outside, listening to Percy's words, were filled with righteous indignation, cm for Dumbledore to deal with Hoare.

"Merlin above, this is a school. How we study with such a devil?"

  "Headmaster! He's itting murder!"

"There's no good person in Slytherin. This is dark magic, Headmaster! Quickly hand them over to the Ministry of Magic!"

  "Demon! Demon! He's a demon!"

"Slytherin is truly that person's ckey! Ron was so close to him, aill harmed Ron!"

"If we offend him, won't we die?"

"He should be sent to Azkaban!"

They looked at Hoare in fear and terror, with some even screaming loudly, shouting to go home.

"Children, it's te. Why don't you go bad rest?"

  "I'll hahis."

Dumbledently persuaded the Gryffindors, sending them back.

"Enough, go to sleep immediately." Professonagall, with a stern face, personally escorted the Gryffindors back to the on room to prevent them from running around.

But the Weasley family, Ron's three brothers, couldn't be sent away, and Harry and Hermione, Ron's friends, stayed as well.

"You evil Slytherin, what do you want! Ron is so weak! Why don't you pieoronger!" Percy shouted with tears in his voice, even though Gee and Fred tried to expin for Hoare.

"Percy, could you ask Professonagall to notify your parents to e?"

Everyone was at their wit's end, and Dumbledore assigned Percy a task, thinking it would be useless, but Percy immediately obeyed and ran off.

  Hoare...

Hoare was also helpless with this brother.

He just g him and then tio focus on Ron on the bed.

At this moment, Ron was already showing signs of severe dehydration.

He had only been on the bed for about ten minutes.

"Faster than that child's absorption," Dumbledore worried.

The Weasleys were Dumbledore's loyal supporters, and he didn't want any Weasley to have an act at Hogwarts.

Although Molly and Arthur would uand, once a rift existed, it was hard to mend.

Especially now, not knowing when that person would return.

Dumbledore rubbed his temples in frustration.

A Malfoy and a Weasley, tonight he was truly exhausted.

They didn't know why this child was being absorbed so quickly, so they couldn't stop it.

Hoare looked at the diary in his hand.

If they wao know what happeo Ron, directly asking Number 3 would be the fastest way.

  However, Hoare smirked.

Number 3 might not holy tell them.

"Harry," Hoare called Harry over and whispered a few words in his ear.

Harry nodded repeatedly, looking serious as he ran out of the infirmary.

Hoare had asked Harry to find Helena.

She should be pying in the garden.

Dumbledore, with his eyes lowered, looked at Hoare thoughtfully.

Among these students, Henry William was already showing signs of leadership.

Perhaps, he could sider a ge...
