The Nine Fragments of Ricusoss
1. The Fang of Severance
Form: A long obsidian tooth embedded in a ruined war-helm.
Power: Grants the ability to “cut magic” — to momentarily sever enchantments or wards by instinct.
Curse: Induces berserker rage if overused.
2. The Tailbone Coil
Form: A twisted vertebra wrapped in cursed silver.
Power: Enhances reflexes, agility, and grants balance beyond human limits.
Curse: The body becomes too sensitive — pain is amplified tenfold.

3. The Heart Ember
Form: A pulsing coal-like core sealed in glass.
Power: Allows user to sense lies — the fragment "burns" hotter when someone speaks falsehood.
4. The Whisper Claw
Form: A disembodied claw preserved in a spirit-jade box.
Power: Allow user to hear residual memories from corpses he touches.
Curse: Eye bleeds under moonlight, causing pain and disorientation.
5. The Wraith Eye
Form: A crystalline eye floating in a jar of salt.
Power: Let one see in total darkness and glimpse invisible spirits.
Curse: Haunting whispers never fully stop — risking madness.
6. The Pelt of Shadows
Form: A piece of Ricusoss’s fur, enchanted to be impervious to flame.
Power: grant short-range invisibility when crouching or stalking.
Curse: Light repels the user; prolonged sun exposure causes illness.
7. The Spine of Thorns
Form: A dark bone fused with briar-like growth.
Power: user can “feel” leyline currents and detect magical traps/barriers.
Curse: Skin itches constantly around leyline fields; addiction to wild mana may form.
8. The Scalded Ear
Form: A shriveled, burned cat ear sealed in black resin.
Power: Allows user to hear distant conversations or focus on whispers in a crowd.
Curse: Cannot "shut it off" — overlapping sounds cause migraines and nosebleeds.
9. The Ninth Life (Core Fragment)
Form: A soul-shard resembling a floating flame.
Power: The source of reincarnation. Unleashes Ricusoss fully if awakened.
Curse: If claimed too early, it may override Gawn’s free will.
