It has been a week since buying Sven and Chiyun. The knight graveyard would take around 2 months to finish, but I already restored 12 knights in that time. Netting 24 small mythril. Which we spent on supplies etc.

  Chiyun, the giant of a woman, has been flirting heavily and I tried to flirt back. I wasn't dumb enough to think flirting was a go ahead from a woman.

  The dorms for the other sves were done, so me and Hilda went to pick some more. We would filter out the rapists, murderers etc and buy some combat and none combat sves, emptying the disabled tent as much as possible.

  The sve trader gave me an appraising look, then stood back. Hilda led me to look around, getting their stats and skills. Then after I picked 56 sves, a blend of none combat, combat and children. The mans eyes widened, but accepted it. In total I spent 52 gold and 89 silver. Most of them were missing limbs, but I also bought a few normal sves. After we paid, Hilda gave the reset order. She held the neckce of coins and said.

  "Disregard any orders prior to this one, now we are going to load you into a few carriages and take you to our home. Then one at a time you are going to go the back of the shop, once done with your treatment, you will go to where you are sleeping. Men to the stable and women to the warehouse."

  The sve merchants men went on to pce them in the carriages. We then brought the sves to the apothecary. I spent the rest of the day restoring people a little at a time, I just wanted to remove the suffering first. Starting from worst to least damaged. I did strain myself again, but neglected to tell Hilda, since I could tell that my mana veins weren't unstable like st time, and I didn't level up my mana veins. I instead sat down, to help Mi make a stew for them. That meal alone seemed to brighten their moods. Especially after seeing how Chiyun and Sven are now. They had hope again. I helped a particurly wounded lizard beast folk boy eat. I may have healed him a bit more, but that did cause my eye to leak a drop of blood. After helping him, I noticed a female lizard beast folk watching with tears in her eyes. We had a brief conversation, the boy was her son. She was paired with another under her st master and this child was the weakest and was sold along with her. I calmly told her that soon all the children would be free and when I finished with everyones healing, they would be free to love who they wished. As long as they were adults and consenting. She smiled and me and I asked Hilda to give the leaves to each and every sve. Then I went into the shop and up to the living quarters. I saw Chiyun leave the toilet, in just a loincloth.   I shrug, my eyes lingering on her beautiful features.

  "I would be happier once we have our own pce. I want out from under princess piglet."

  She slides into bed, snuggling into me, I had partially fixed her internal problems. She had been in constant pain, I reduced it significantly, but she didn't want her outer self fixing until we were safely out of the human territory.

  I seal her lips before she can start the same negative line of thought. She had been paranoid about me not wanting her after she was healed.   "What for?"

  Chiyun thumb pointed out the door.

  "Hilda said Yerg from the knight shop had a big job, needed your help. Most of his guys are out sick."

  I groaned and set off, as we get to the shop, there was a man with a tiger woman. She was smaller than Chiyun by quite a bit. Heck I was the same height. Granted after my upgrade, I was pretty sure I looked down on most people. I passed a beautiful blonde woman with rge breasts, as Chiyun passed the other tiger, I heard her mutter.

  "Runt.."

  I turned and gave her a disappointed look, she growled and looked away. I continued inside and as Chiyun passed me, I spped her ass. She jumped and span to gre at me.

  "Be nice in the future, remember how I found you. You didn't like being the way you were. She has no control of how tall she is."

  She hung her head and slowly nodded.

  "Go keep watch, I won't take long. This stuff is easier than flesh."

  I get to the shop manager and discuss my fee, due to being 8 knight over capacity, used to only working with 4 at a time, the 12 coming in was a bit much, so I get a good commission. 5 gold per knight, an extra 10 if I am done before lunch. Easy money. I went straight to work, Chiyun passing me a new core as each of the ones I had was completely drained. The other workers watched me work in awe. As I finished, a man came over with the tiger woman in toe. He held out his hand.

  "Captain Von Gon Halthos, that was impressive work. You need a job on a caravan?"

  I shake my head and chuckle.

  "Sorry, not interested. I don't have any interest in going out into the wilds constantly. I like to rest in a warm bed with a beautiful woman or two, or more if luck will have it."

  Halthos ughs and nods.

  "Who doesn't, shame, could have used someone like you."

  "A metal mage would do better than me, he can make improvements, I can only fix things and the cores are necessary, though easy to get due to me working with the different shops around here."

  He nods and and we chat a bit more, until the manager pays me my money. 50 gold coins, an absolute mint of a payday.I nod and head out, Chiyun following me, I hear her whisper "sorry" as she passed the smaller tiger woman. On getting to the back of the shop, I tugged Chiyuns coat. It was brown leather with grey fur on the colr. She turned to me, I looked into those beautiful sapphire eyes.

  "Chi, I am proud of you for apologising to her."

  She scoffed and looked away.

  "I brought shame to my master, I had to rectify my mistake."

  I nodded, gesturing for her to follow, her tail shing as she walked. My next stop was to buy some carts and horses. I asked Chiyun on how many carts we needed for the sves.

  "8 rge carts for men and 8 rge for the women, you will need another 4 rge for supplies, then based on the distance, you will need another 4 each for supplies and resources."

  I smile at her.

  "Was knowledge like this useful for running a tribe?"

  She nodded.

  "It definitely was, my mum ran things differently. Everyone for themselves, but we help our own. My aunt is brutal, and is probably going to draw too much attention now. Especially with her selling me to a sver, wouldn't be surprised if the whole tribe are ensved now."

  I slow down and stroke her arm.

  "Hey, if we see anyone you recognise. We will buy them okay?"

  She smiles warmly.

  "I only care about the children, the adults can rot."

  I chuckle, I had my other hand in my pocket. Mainly to hide my chub. This woman turned me on like no ones business, I had fell in love at first sight with Hilda, but Chiyun was lust at first sight. The more I spoke with her, the better we got along. The more I saw her other sides. The more my feelings grew for this stoic amazonian cat girl. I had fixed all of the scars and wounds she had.   "Chi, did... did I make a mistake removing all your scars?"

  She looked at me with her piercing blue eyes.

  "No master, although my tribe at the least did value scars from battle. The ones I received after losing the fight to my aunt were shameful. Especially for a second life, and one that is a promising one at that."

  She smiles softly at me and my heart skips a beat.

  Yet I couldn't, if I brought this up I would feel like shit. She was my sve, she could never deny me. If I ever brought it up, she couldn't say no, either due to fear of repercussions or just pin obligation. I will wait until she is free, she will earn it by the time we reach Happy Valley, she is already on a bodyguard sary. I asked Hilda to keep track of everyones bance.

  "Come, I have work to do. I also need to see about getting more knights. How many did Sven say we had that could pilot?"

  "He says a dozen, but seven of those are children. Out of the remaining five only two have any talent for it. so including yourself and Sven? We probably can have four functional pilots right now."

  I nod absorbing the information. This was going to get expensive, 3 more knights, the cores and weapons, supplies and a lot of training was needed. Then we needed to beasts of burden.
