It was all ordinary…until the rhythmic operations were disturbed by humble creaking as the front gates slowly opened.
“Huh?” A few gazes were attracted to the gates, where an individual had invited himself. The snow white garments this uninvited guest donned sparked a surprised ire in the men. “W-Who are you!?”
“Heh, racketeering, murder, organized crime, theft…you’ve all racked up charges like no other!” Ignoring their question, the individual spoke. “I am codenamed Mohawk, dispatched here to reduce your criminal organization to rubble. I’ll give you a chance to surrender though–”
BANG!
The sound of clicking was audible as the cybernetic forearm of one of the Blueblood men split apart, revealing a core pulsating with a fiery orange light. From that core, a bolt of orange light tore through. The light zoomed across the yard, slicing through the air with a luminant streak.
It was but an instant, but the light never stopped until it slammed into its target – Mohawk.
“The dumbass came here just to die!” As his forearm twisted and clicked back into place, the perpetrator mocked Mohawk whose face recoiled from the beam. “What an idiot–”
“Haha…so there really are people with cybernetic enhancements around here, huh?” Readjusting himself, Mohawk remarked. With a smidgen of blood on his jaw, the super soldier simply wiped it off. “No matter…good job on sealing your fates! Come on out!”
BOOM!
Like an angry riot charging through, the gates forcibly burst open to a hoard of super soldiers and armored military vehicles following suit. Leading the charge was Mohawk, who immediately charged into the fray.
“Shit! Wait!”

The trio of blessed humans sparred in quiet focus, withdrawn from any disturbances. They were locked in a rhythm of fists clashing against each other, the environment being painted with effects of their blessing, grunts filled with effort and the tapping of their quick footwork against the ground.
There wasn’t any disturbances in their rhythm, not until–
BOOM!
“Huh? What was that?” Pausing their spar, Octavius questioned. Their gazes were attracted to the direction of the ear-piercing noise they heard.
“Uh, it sounded like an explosion, to be honest,” Zack replied.
“Tsk, what a pain,” Rose suggested. “Let’s go check it out.”

In the short span of time since this raid commenced, the army of soldiers and super soldiers have already left their mark. The army moved in silence, the super soldiers tearing through the gang members like a pack of wolves ravaging its prey.
“You cyber soldiers aren’t even on our level!” Ruthlessly pummeling a gang member in close combat, a super soldier mocked. “Didn’t you guys steal some of our serums to enhance your bodies!?”
The super soldiers were already enough, but they weren’t the only issue for the Blueblood. Shell casings fell from the sky like hail, and screams filled the complex. Gang members amid being pressured by super soldiers, caught rounds of ammunition.
They tried their best to retaliate, launching beams of energy from their cybernetic enhancements, only to recognize the futility of that action. Upon taking aim at the agents of the law, the super soldiers avoided it like cats. Even if they were to hit…the damage would have been negligible.
Bodies fell one after another, and the complex quickly became painted with red.
“Heh, why don’t you be helpful and tell me where the blessed gang members are,” Holding the collar of a bloody faced gang member, Mohawk questioned. “Or this will be worse for you all.”
“Screw…you,”
Like a piece of trash, Mohawk casually tossed the criminal across the war torn battlefield. With a great thud, the criminal crashed into a parked truck, denting the base.
“Hah, you could have tried a bit harder to interrogate him, ya know?” A super soldier teased. “You’re too rash.”
“Ah shaddup, we’ll find them anyways.”
“True, the cowards are definitely hiding somewhere. Let’s go check them out–”
Like the sound of a jet slicing through the air, a streak of slime tore through the skull of the unsuspecting super soldier. Mohawk’s attention was reflexively turned to the perpetrator – Octavius.
“You damn bastards!” In came the blessed humans, utterly perplexed at the carnage that ensued. Reacting to Rose’s rage-filled aggression and yelling, roots emerged from the ground into fully fledged oversized plants.
Like a predator seeing a far more appealing prey, or a thief spotting something far more valuable than their current possessions, the army of invaders immediately diverted their target to the blessed trio.
“Hah, Zack Isaac! You’re finally here!” Dripping ecstasy from his voice, Mohawk yelled. Clusters of sonic booms disturbed the air as Mohawk and the super soldiers rushed the group.

“What–” There was no time for Zack to voice his surprise, as he was forced to block a heavy blow to his forearm which launched him. “Ugh!”
The ground shook as the hoard of enhanced beings charged through – they ripped through the floral bodies acting as defense at unnatural speed, but Rose stood still.
“Tsk, why don’t you do something to help, Octavius?”
“Yeah, yeah,” As the palms of his hands secreted with goo, Octavius replied. The goo like sweat quickly bubbled around his hands until it burst into whips of slime, each swinging at the soldiers.
“Ha! The hell was that?” As the soldiers narrowly weaved the whips, one questioned.
“Damn...they dodged.”
“Tsk, that was useless!” Rose berated. “Why don’t you actually try to kill them this time–”
BOOM!
A soldier hoisted an RPG onto his soldier, locking eyes with the duo. He fired the rocket with a deafening bang; it tore through the complex and punched into defending plants – ripping the structure apart in a burst of flames.
The shockwaves staggered the duo, surprising them in the process.
“Tsk, that was a rocket…those soldiers are going to be a pain!” Octavius remarked. “How the hell did they–”
SQUISH!
Taking advantage of the opening the explosion forced, a super soldier caught Octavius off guard with a hook. Well, not exactly off guard as Octavius placed his guard up in time, which his fist created a squishy sound upon impact with the slime on his arms.
“What the–”
Rose acted quickly – with the flick of her wrist, her plants morphed into a handheld spear, its body being covered with thick branches like an infection. She struck at the super soldier, only managing to tear at the flesh of his face as he narrowly weaved and moved away.
“Dammit! That damn bitch!” The super soldier yelled. “When I get my hands on her…”
As Rose replaced the damaged plants, bullets pummeled her defense. The regular soldiers continued their support, utilizing mounted machine guns and handheld firearms.
Tsk, their bullets are slightly affecting the plants…they really are going to be a pain to deal with while fighting so many super soldiers! Rose pondered. Shit…how the hell did they find our hideout?
Their predicament was spectated by Zack, who gazed with immense concern.
Tsk, this is just like the time those super soldiers fought Jack and Charles with the help of regular soldiers! Their artillery is far more decked out now! Zack pondered as he stretched his arm out. I can sense a ton of explosives near them…if I just force them to explode, that’ll take some of the stress from them–
“Where do you think you’re looking, Zack!” Mohawk, who came rushing in, remarked. “You should focus!”
The moment their gaze met, it was already over. Zack quickly morphed his gesture into a block, but that was what Mohawk expected. He tossed out two punches, the first to crack Zack’s guard and the second to break it completely.
Mohawk tossed out another but Zack weaved it – Zack threw out attacks of his own, but Mohawk also avoided them. The super soldier landed a heavy blow to Zack’s chest, staggering him.
Zack had no chance to recover – Mohawk followed up with a hook to the side of his chin, a punt to his knee to further shaken his defense and a brutal knuckle to Zack’s throat.
“Ha! You fight like an amateur!” Mohawk mocked as Zack coughed and staggered. “Do better!”
Punishing Zack’s combat skill inferiority, Mohawk grabbed him and tossed him over his shoulder. Cracks in the ground appeared where Zack met concrete.
“Cough! Ugh!”
Before the man could finish coughing, the super soldier got down and straddled his chest. There was only one reason why Mohawk would have done that, and even the delirious Zack understood as he placed his guard up.
Then the blows rained down.
Each punch generated noise akin to explosions, further increasing the faults and crack in the ground beneath Zack. The unceasing punches cracked against Zack’s arms, leaving him victim beneath Mohawk’s pummeling.
“GET OFF!” With a burst of rage, Zack found an opening to launch his own counter-attack. Though his attempt to strike his jaw was instinctively guarded as Mohawk lifted his arms, Zack had finally ceased the fists that rained down.
That wasn’t all, as Zack’s glove, which shimmered with an orange glow, released an explosion upon impact with Mohawk’s guarding arms. The concussive force removed the super soldier from on top of Zack and launched him many meters away, slamming into the base of a truck and moving it several feet.
“Ha…haha, that one…actually hurt. You’re a sturdy bastard too,” Pulling himself out of the dented vehicle, Mohawk remarked. Bone popping was audible as he stretched his arms. “That’s what I’d expect from an S-Class criminal who raided a train and killed a couple super soldiers.”
M-My arms…it feels so…numb. This bastard hits even harder than those super soldiers in the warehouse yesterday. As he got to his feet, Zack remarked. His arms trembled from the brutality it experienced. Not to mention, Zack was already bruised and bleeding from the few strikes he sustained to the face.
“I’m glad you’re sturdy…you’re going to make for a good punching bag!” Mohawk continued. “I’m going to get serious now.”
Despite gazing at his enemy, Mohawk faded out of Zack’s eyesight mid step and roused dust where he had stood.
What!? In his horror at Mohawk’s sudden disappearance, Zack stretched his arms out. Despite sparks popping from his gloves, it was too late. With a heavy blow to Zack’s nostrils, Mohawk delivered a powerful haymaker coupled with a grunt.
Streaks of blood left his nostrils as Zack’s body soared across the complex. Mohawk got his revenge as Zack violently ragdolled across the ground before also smashing into a truck. The entire vehicle jumped off the ground and the metal frame bent upon impact.
Flames rose up from the vehicle as it exploded, spitting Zack out onto the ground.
“U-Ugh…shit,” Delirious on the ground, Zack grunted. I-I couldn’t even see him move…his speed was like Jack’s...well, a slower version.
“The military measured my movement speed to be roughly thirty seven thousand miles per hour…far faster than those other super soldiers who struggle to move at mach ten,” Mohawk monologue as he walked toward the flame ridden area. “It’s all because of how many modifications my body could handle. I hope you aren’t done yet…Zack Isaac.”
“Shut…it.”

Mustering his strength to regain his footing, Zack made clear the fight wasn’t over. The fight wasn’t over, and so was the brutal beatdown. To make matters worse, the gang raid had an audience.
Standing high in the sky and looking down at the Blueblood organization were the developer and the NPC.
“Wow, I doubt the director will be pleased with this type of development in his organization,” The developer said. “The place is being ravaged!”
“Hmm, that super soldier seems to be a lot superior to Zack,” The NPC remarked. “Should I provide some aid?”
“No, I want us to play a more passive role than before…and my game characters should overcome obstacles by themselves,” The developer replied. “Just focus on giving Lilith training like you were doing.”
“...I see.”
