“I-I can’t…wait to try…on all these clothing…properly,” Olivia remarked as the two walked with bags in hand. “I-I only…got to see…if they could fit me.”
“Yeah, I’m glad you feel excited!” Lilith happily replied as they drew near to their vehicle. “What do the kids say? You’ll get to increase your drip.”
“Pfft, hehe…I never expected that from you!”
“Jeez, you didn’t need to laugh,” Lilith replied as she unlocked the car with her keys. “I know those words aren’t my style…”
“Hehe…n-no, i-it’s fine,” Olivia replied.
“What’s fine guys?” As Lilith reached for the door handle, and the soft chuckles from Olivia still lingering, a sharp, feminine voice echoed behind them. “Are you going somewhere without me?”
The woman who had spotted the two in the clothing store had caught up – they had no warning, nor heard anything strange on their way, but the two were now greeted by her. Both women spun around, their eyes widening with shock but the moment they turned around was the moment this unknown woman attempted to strike Lilith with her fist.
Thinking quickly on her feet, the panicked Lilith dropped the bags of clothing and reached for her sheathed katana in the car and blocked the blow with it, creating a banging impact. Air rippled through the air as it was displaced upon impact, blowing the shades and caps away, and disheveling the scarves of the two women.
The attention of shocked onlookers were immediately diverted to the ruckus they heard.
“Ha! I knew it!” The trench coat wearing woman remarked. “It really is a couple of the most wanted criminals–”
“Olivia, run!” Having no regard for her enemy’s words, Lilith grabbed the shocked Olivia’s hand and ran with her. Amazed by her quick initiative, the woman gazed with a smirk.
Heh, I knew those two were criminals…and it seems I was lucky to get a couple of the weakest ones! The woman pondered as she marched behind Lilith’s parked car. With a pivot, she slammed her boot onto the car’s rear.
Like a piece of trash, the car was launched. A loud and audible roar echoed, and Lilith witnessed a blur of metal approaching her at twice the speed of sound. Halting her movement, Lilith spun around to face the projectile. Her clenched fist shot toward the vehicle, and it collided with a thunderous bang.
The steel frame of the vehicle crumpled inwards, the windows bursting into countless shards which dispersed from the force. The car’s frame could not keep its shape due to Lilith’s fist.
“Ugh!” Olivia grunted as the impact knocked her off her feet. “W-Wow…s-strong.”

The now wrecked vehicle instantly had its direction reversed as Lilith punched it right back at her attacker, and it maintained half the speed it possessed originally. With an effortless sidestep, the female super soldier avoided it.
With its intended target lost, the only option the vehicle could crash into was a concrete office building across the block.
Some may have been around their desks working, some having coffee breaks and some conversing, but all who occupied the building witnessed the walls exploding as the wrecked steel frame crashed into it.
“AAAHHHHH!!!” Screams resonated as the vehicle rolled several times, racking up more property destruction.

Hmm, that woman is a bit stronger than I thought. The super soldier pondered as she gazed at the damaged office building, people running out like ants. The president did say she was Nathan’s girlfriend. They won’t get away from me!
“C’mon, Olivia! We can’t stop,” Putting Olivia over her shoulder, Lilith yelled.
“B-But…the c-clothes…” Olivia muttered before Lilith dashed off with her, creating a sonic boom in the process. You spent so much money on them…
Lilith was free to move faster since she carried her friend, and she never hesitated to perform that act. As she traversed across the city in what would be an instant for a regular human, Lilith noticed the female super soldier following close by.
Sigh, she’s still following. This is bad. Lilith pondered. I could pick up the speed to get home…but I don’t want to risk that woman learning my address.
Pondering her choices, Lilith took a break from running and stopped in an alleyway.
“W-What? Why did you stop?” Olivia questioned as Lilith gently placed her to her feet.
“Shh…we’ll try to hide here and hope that woman retreats,” Lilith replied with a whispering tone. “Judging by her words, she may be a super soldier…in disguise.”
A-A super soldier? Olivia thought with concerned eyes. I didn’t…bring any poisons with me…
The air was silent as the two leaned on the walls of the darkened alleyway, Lilith’s vigilant eyes occasionally keeping watch at the end.
“S-Sorry…for letting you…waste your…money,” Amid their silence, Olivia whispered. Her vigilant expression morphed into confusion as Lilith listened. “W-We l-lost…the clothes…”
“O-Oh, don’t worry-”
“Ah! There you guys are!” The woman’s yells creeped from the top of the alleyway, surprising the two. “You ladies can’t hide from me!”
She hopped down the building she stood on, and attempted an axe kick on her way down. Lilith Showing her quick reactions, Lilith moved out of the way with Olivia.
“Tsk, you certainly are a fast woman,” The super soldier remarked. Beneath her feet were cracks in the ground, formed from her previous kick. “I’m pretty sure you were just a regular chef…you damn blessed humans can become problems in a short amount of time.”
“Olivia…stay behind me,” Lilith whispered. With a long hiss, Lilith unsheathed her blade, preparing for the fight before her.
“O-Okay…”
“Ooh, a swordswoman…sexy,” The woman remarked before pulling a military combat knife from her garments. Without warning, she rushed Lilith.
The clanging of metal resonated in the alleyway as the two women clashed with their bladed instruments; sparks burst from the blades meeting on every clash, but that wasn’t all: the super soldier’s knife was accumulating chips.
Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
You won’t win against mine with that simple blade! Lilith thought as her blade ripped through the air with every swing, putting the super soldier on the backfoot.
What? This knife is made from tungsten carbide…and she’s doing this much damage with a couple of swings!? The super soldier thought with shock as she defended against Lilith’s slashes. Is her blade not normal or something!?
With the splintering of the knife, it finally reached the limits of its toughness. Lilith brought her blade down, severing the cracked and chipped knife the super soldier possessed. In the same breath,Lilith continued her arc and drew a red line across her enemy’s chest, albeit barely.
Before Lilith had a chance to retract her katana, the super soldier wrapped her hand around the blade. With a grunt of effort, the super soldier yoinked the katana from Lilith’s grasp while simultaneously driving her fist into her ribs.
“Ugh!” Lilith grunted as she crashed into the walls of the alleyway.
“Screw fighting with weapons…” The super soldier muttered as she tossed Lilith’s sword behind her, the blade rattling into the metal frame of a dumpster. “I’ll beat you with my fists!”
H-Her sword… Olivia thought with concern.
No hesitation plagued her actions as the super soldier attempted to strike Lilith, though the weaved the strike while leaning on the wall. She continued to slam her fist and create holes in the wall in hopes of striking her opponent, but Lilith rolled across the wall to maneuver away.
“Damn nimble bitch!” The soldier yelled as Lilith jumped away to create distance, before engaging her in hand to hand combat.
“Ugh…you’re making such a mess with your strikes!” Lilith retorted as they fought. “Aren’t you soldiers supposed to protect the country and not destroy it!?”
“Hah! That’s not my task! My real task involves killing you!” The super soldier replied. “So shut up and fight!”
The woman snapped a jab towards Lilith’s jaw but she weaved it with the tilt of her head. Lilith countered by wrapping her arm around the soldier and attempted her own jab simultaneously. Keeping her composure despite being grabbed, the female soldier blocked her strike with her free hand and drove her knee into Lilith’s side.
“Ugh!” Lilith grunted as she weakened her grasp over her opponent which the soldier took advantage of – not only did she yank her arm from Lilith’s grasp, she struck her across the jaw in that same motion, producing a loud bang.
Lilith’s head recoiled back a bit after sustaining that blow. The soldier gave her no time to relax as she tossed out a flurry of blows. Lilith quickly recovered herself and weaved, parried and ducked – even sniffing out an opening of her own as she countered with a punch to her nose.
“Ugh!” The soldier grunted as she staggered and blood rushed from her nose. Lilith returned the sentiment as she took advantage of her opponents staggering by grabbing her and running her through the walls of the building beside them.
With concerned eyes, Olivia watched this all unfold.
Lilith…please don’t get hurt. Olivia pondered before turning her attention to Lilith’s katana. Her sword…

After blowing through the walls of the building, the super soldier knocked Lilith off her person with an elbow.
“Tsk, I’m going to kill you…” Finding themselves inside an empty warehouse, the super soldier declared. Blood continued to leak from her nose. Damn…she hits hard…and she’s a good fighter. Did she receive martial arts training or something? The super soldier thought. Not to mention…why the hell does it feel like I’m punching freaking steel when I strike her!?
“Kill me…there’s no way I’ll let you kill me,” Lilith retorted with a serious gaze. “If I die…there will be no one left to ensure Nathan will be okay…”
“Huh?”
“Don’t worry about my little ramblings,” Lilith remarked as she charged once more at her opponent.
Lilith’s first punch came like a bullet – fast and straight for its target. The super soldier tilted her head to the side in time, the strike grazing her temple. Lilith never let up, and tossed out several jabs.
The super soldier weaved and parried them…exactly what Lilith wanted. As she tilted her body to her left, Lilith tossed out a left jab. The female super soldier placed her arms up to block the right side of her face, only to feel a heavy, sharp sensation at her left jaw.
“Ugh!” The soldier grunted as Lilith delivered a jaw cracking overhand right. Blood flew from her mouth as her face was twisted from the strike.
But it wasn’t over. In an act of desperation, the soldier retaliated with a low kick to Lilith’s leg, shaking her stance before following up with a high kick to her dome.
Lilith brought her arms up, not to endure the blow, but to catch the soldier’s leg.
“Shit–” The super soldier couldn’t get a word out as Lilith yanked her in for a powerful, sharp strike to her gut.
“Cough!” A large amount of blood sprayed out her mouth as Lilith’s strike launched the soldier across the room and crashed through the walls. Lilith simply observed the next actions of her opponent as she laid on the rubbles of the destroyed wall.
S-Shit…her strikes are hard as hell…She did this much damage to me with a couple hits… The super soldier thought as she mustered the strength to stand. Her mouth and nose were leaking with blood and she staggered – it was clear she wasn’t doing well. Tsk, this is a job for the stronger super soldiers, like Mohawk and Twintails. Wait…where’s that other criminal–
“L-Lilith!” Storming into the building and grasping the attention of the two fighters was Olivia, holding Lilith’s katana. “C-Catch!”
She tossed the katana through the air, the bladed instrument rotating as fast as a fan as it soared. Lilith’s eyes watched as it approached her, and she snatched it out the air by its hilt.
As if it was second nature, Lilith slid back one of her feet and bent her knees after catching her katana. One hand held the hilt and another hovered over the blade, as if Lilith was pretending to draw her katana out of her sheath.
The surprise of the super soldier morphed into panic as she charged towards Olivia. Shit! She got her sword back because of that damn bitch! The soldier thought. I’ll use the other one as a hostage!
Her decision, while quickly calculated, was trivial in the end. The amethyst purple illumination from the blade of her katana dyed the room, and Lilith drew a slash across the air with her sword.
Like a prey witnessing a predator, the super soldier’s gaze shifted to an arc of purple light which rushed her.
What– She had no time to be surprised by this phenomenon, as the wave sliced her body and shattered like glass all over her.
“AAHHHHH!!!” Through the disappearing shards of light, the super soldier screamed. She staggered and rocked, her body barely recognizable underneath blood and torn flesh. Lilith’s attack had done good work chewing through its enemy, as the soldier’s limbs leaked profuse, bloody streams.
Her once sleek casual clothes were also reduced to a shredded fabric, barely covering her body. “IT HURTS!!!”
I-I didn’t finish her…with that? Lilith thought with surprise.
“Q-Quick…e-end it!” Olivia remarked with a higher tone than normal. Hearing her words, Lilith gazed at the pain ridden super soldier and clenched her katana. She gazed…but never moved.
The blood of the super soldier suddenly brought Lilith back there – a moment she repressed. The wet sensation as her katana pierced through the flesh and guts of a soldier, the warm blood spilling on her garments and covered her katana, and the life of the enemy slowly leaving his eyes as he bled out – it all returned to her.
Her mind was set on protecting Nathan, but that was still the first person she killed…and she never got used to it. Immediately, Lilith burst into a cold sweat and put her hand over her mouth.
“L-Lilith!” Olivia yelled as Lilith seemed dazed.
Full of aggression and malice, the super soldier attacked the distracted Lilith with a flurry of blows to her jaw.
“DIE! I’LL KILL YOU!!!!” As her head turned from side to side, the super soldier yelled as she drew blood from Lilith. Despite her sudden burst of rage, the super soldier was still critically injured, and it never took more than a boot to her chest to knock the super soldier away.
I-I…feel sick. Lilith pondered as she kept her hand over her mouth. Without warning, she grabbed Olivia and ran out the building with her.
“D-DAMMIT! G-GET BACK–” The super soldier yelled before coughing up copious amounts of blood. “I’LL FREAKING KILL YOU!”
“W-Why…didn’t you…finish her?” Olivia questioned as they ran. Lilith never replied, but simply had an expression of pure frustration, while covering her mouth.
