‘I won’t even bother trying to deny it, of course I’ve missed you! I’ve been talking to you for well over a year now every single day without pause. So, to suddenly lose you for five days was a little alarming to say the least.’

[…I will move on from this now. The dormancy was a result of a significant upgrade to my analytical and processing abilities. I should have a vastly better understanding of anything in my ability to scan.
[For example, although the status numbers aren’t ‘back’ per se, I am confident I can generate them on my own with 99.999% accuracy. I should be able to glean some information about the Fox and other Tier 7 creatures but not much.]
‘Oh…numbers are back…it’s literally been forever since I’ve last seen a proper status and it’s finally back…I want you to show me my status right now, but I’ll wait. I know it will distract me for quite some time to see all the fancy numbers.
‘For now, I need to go show off the armor set. Wala has been waiting outside for a while. Oh, and make sure to scan all the Goblins from the Royal Retrieval Team, so we can review them later.
‘And ohh before I forget are you able to see what’s taken place while you were dormant?’
[No but I should be able access your memories if you grant me permission to do so.]
‘Go right ahead, but it’s weird you need permission when you’ve been in my head every second of every day prior to this.’
[Replaying memories now, and I believe it is because you now have the ability to turn the skill off and place me back in a state of dormancy.]
‘Well…that’s odd but we’ll revisit it and a whole host of things in a bit, I’m heading outside.’
Rick then left the small shed and walked outside in his new armor.
“Finally Chief I was getting worried! Ah! You look AMAZING!! Does everything fit right? Tell me everything!”
‘I’ve literally never seen Wala this excited before, and she is always excited. I barely took two steps outside and she is already fidgeting around the armor.’
[Based on the interaction I observed between you too, then she likely put a very large amount of time and effort to ensure you got some good armor. And it does indeed appear to be a fine suit of armor. I suggest just letting her have this moment and respond to all her questions.]
‘Yeah I know, don’t worry. It’s just interesting to see all of this extra excitement from her.’
What followed was roughly two hours of nitpicking by Wala and parading Rick around the Village for others to see. Even Ulgri, who was busy in the cave working to get a smithy set up, came out and joined Wala in her inspections.

‘Velora, I think I’m going to stay in here for a bit. Do you know how hard it was for me to stop myself from laughing because of how ticklish Wala and Ulgri’s fingers are?’

[It is natural ability of the Royal Lineage of Goblins. I am able to reclassify it as a skill and remove the need for confirming its use. The second you genuinely wish for it to be activated it will do so immediately.]
