  Destiny Reckoning is an epic-scale, long-duration cultivation progression fantasy based on Indian mythology.

  It is a slow burn. (For context, cultivation elements/Sects etc are introduced in chapter 12.)

  There is a heavy focus on world-building, developing the various system of cultivation, and not just talking about the progress but showing the progress. Once the process is established, the pacing increases substantially.

  The story is told from a single perspective;(third person, limited omniscience) that follows Aaryan. There are no point-of-view swaps and the story entirely follows him on his adventure.
