After the initial jostling, three recruiting agents who happened to be awakeners quickly established that the A+ talent was theirs and theirs alone. After some tacit negotiating between the three, they agreed to let the representative from the Chivalric Order make his pitch first.
"Greetings, I am Mr. Sethsen and I am a representative from the Chivalric Order, the guilt preeminent in virtue and honor. The Chivalric Order not only prides itself in the individual strength of our members but additionally our astounding teamwork that puts all other guild to shame. If you're a team player with an outstanding character our guild is the right fit for you."
Mr. Sethsen then handed Sullivan a card and brochure before stepping back to allow another recruiter to take his turn. The next man who stepped up was dressed in a white suit, a gold watch on his wrist, and a pompadour.

"How's it going kid. I'm Thoman Dartford representing the Smithson&Company guild. You might recognize us as we represent big figures like Marty Savage, Debra Lambert and Team Ultimate. If you're looking for state of the art training facilities, the highest quality training supplements on the market, or masterfully crafted equipment, then Smithson's the name you're looking for. Here's my card. Call me and I'll send a limo your way for a tour of the place."
After Sullivan took the card, it was the next recruiter's turn to make an impression.
"Hello, I'm Mr. Walker and I represent the Faust guild. Our guild is at the forefront in researching awakeners and dimensional rifts. Not only do we hold in close secret revolutionizing techniques for awakeners to exceed their full potential, but we constantly make new break throughs every day in core energy release, body cultivation, and spell conjuring. I've seen your academic test scores Mr. Guthrie and I'm impressed. I think you'd be a good fit for our guilt and would have a bright future there."
As Sullivan took the last card from Mr. Walker he felt overwhelmed by everything he had just heard. This was some kind of mistake, he never wanted to become a professional awakener.
