Adrian thought he was going to run crazy , the two beings had accompanied him through the patch of light that had turned out to be a portal , but where they emerged was something Adrian could not believe . He felt strange , clearly his body could clearly tell there was something different about this place's space and where he had come from .

  Where they had emerged were two more of the same beings . Both standing at the other end of the portal .

  "Please follow us." They told him . Now accompanied by a party of four with Adrian in the center , they accompanied him to the further end of where they had emerged. A white object stood in front of them and when they approached it , it appeared bigger than he expected . When they stopped in front of it , one of the beings touched it and an entrance opened and Adrian was gestured to enter inside.

  " What the hell am I doing , I should be running ." He said to himself but curiosity had gotten the better of him , he wanted to see where all of this ended . He entered the pod and two of the beings entered with him .

  Adrian felt the pod moving and then it started gliding downwards , through the window , he started seeing what he could not see before , buildings started appearing , normal buildings but something about them startled him , their designs were off the hook beautiful homesteads organized in a Parisian manner with just path ways in between them , as the pod continued drifting downwards Adrian thought he saw a flying train , he saw it fly past them not moving on any tracks as they drifted down wards .

  " This is definitely not Africa." He said to himself amazed by the beauty of the development landscape.

  They flew over a river , that glistened beautifully in the moon light and Adrian was amazed , the pod flew upwards and finally came to a halt and the beings moved out of the pod . Adrian was gestured to come out and he did as he was told . Where they arrived , was a very quiet place , Adrian turned to look at the pod and then it disappeared . In front of the pod stood a humongous building , grey in colour , complex in nature . They walked to the entrance of the building and the doors slid open and all over a sudden they came to a halt . Adrian looked around, asking himself what had made them stop . As they stood , all of a sudden a woman appeared right in front of them . She was dressed in white and she was fairly light skinned with silver hair falling from her head , she was perfect and in Adrian's opinion she shone like the moon itself and it made him uneasy.

  " This late at night , you people must be desperate." She said to them .

  " You can leave ." The beings turned and then left . She moved towards Adrian , and stopped right in front of him though she seemed a little elevated .

  "Are you for real? "Adrian asked see speaking for the first time every since he had followed the beings .

  She smiled and gestured Adrian to follow her . When she turned Adrian noticed something weird , there was a circle on the ceiling that seemed to move with her as she moved shining light on her .

  When he looked down the next citing intrigued him , there was another circle behaving in the same way as the one one on the ceiling. She led him to the center of the room and then she appeared to settle in its very centre .

  "You are not real ." Adrian noted .

  " I am real , am just not human ."She answered .

  " Then what are you? "

  " I am an artificial intelligence . My name is Lyca and I welcome you to Hope ."

  " Okay." Adrian answered sarcastically.

  " Come closer. "She told him Adrian walked to her.

  " The first question I expected was where am I ."

  "I guess I beat your expectations ." Adrian answered . She smiled and a very huge hologram of red and blue globes appeared right in front of him . Adrian looked at one and immediately recognized it

  " That is where you come from , Chaos ." Lyca told him . And this is where you are now , hope . " She pointed at the globe that also has had the same number of continents .

  " I don't get it. " Adrian admitted .

  " Okay, I will make this quick , we really don't have time for this ." She looked up and the holograms shifted . Then animations of people started appearing as Adrian was still admiring them , she started narrating.

  " Long ago, the world was in order after everything had been put in place , perfect as it had been created and harmony thrived , but the world fell out of order , people were influenced by evil not from this world , people became greedy , selfish, lazy, on addition to going against the rules of nature . " She said as the holograms shifted to match what she was saying .
