  TOPIC 13 – ATHEISM AND CHRISTIANITY…. WHO IS RIGHT?

  It was jean Paul le Satre who expined the whole dynamic of Atheism quite simply in one his famous books published in the early 1940’s during the Second World War.

  In the book he emphatically describes with prose “In my hand I hold a pencil, did God make this pencil – NO, it was created by Man….the wood was collected, then it was machined and fabricated to the shape and structure of the pencil…lead inside the pencil was manufactured to be pced inside the outer shell of the pencil…to what… create this pencil!......man made by industry and all the man made tools avaible and necessary to construct it and many more thousands and thousands or even just like it!......SO this is what we call Atheism – the knowing that what we see around us and the commodities hat we us day to day…….are manmade products NOT by the hand of God NOR conceived NOR invented by God……..this pencil is completely man made by Human Beings! And NOT BY GOD!”

  “God did not create the factories, nor did he or she create the machines inside to fabricate, nor did god create the moldings from which the pencil came from in industry……what we as humans have created and what we have achieved progressively from pre-historic times has nothing to do with God”

  “God created the earth we are told, God created the sun and the moon, God created the clonus and the rain, God then was able through this to create pnts and trees, then from there the tree’s grew and became huge so huge they needed to be logged to do what le Satre expined, to provide shelter for man and for woman by way of trial and error building and develop structures suitable to where the human popution lived, then to do what else did god do provide us the vegetative nutrients from which to survive by – apples, oranges, grapes, banana’s, mangoes’………….this is wig=hat god created……..RAW MATERIAL’s………so as we Humans could ingeniously then USE those materials and MAKE something form it” – the religious hypocrisy behind this he expined is even more simple from a teral point of view – that the god that we call “God” is some light force some kind of natural power that only encircles the pnet we live on and that has no name, it does not punish, because Le Satre expined where was God throughout the whole history or mankind when he was needed to save the lives of wretched souls who screamed to God for assistance and he never came…..SO.. therefore God does not exist as a name or a description of an old wise man of a million years of age who knows all….God is the name we give a being or co-existence with nurture …us the animals that roam the earth…we all must try and survive and it is survival of the fittest because if you are weak there is no God to help you…..you must carry on the best way possible and be in apposition to advance yourself to the point where you are self-sufficient……THAT is why the only religion is the that of ATHEISM!!!” and from Jean Paul Le Satre’s angle of cognitive thinking, this all made sense, and that is why he is considered not only to be a famous and great writer of the modern era, but to be the Father of Atheism and Atheist principle, because in his novels he wrote they were full of bleakness and noir and dark repose on the futility of life in general and the trying to always find purpose for all the things wrong around us and those who were responsible for this mess as well….

  Now the other side had their turn it is time for the Christians to flex their muscles and turn up to the “bout for a go in the ring” to see who will be the winner, for they are ones who hold true the values the tradition and sacraments of worshiping God and the Bible and al its parables, mean everything to the humble Christian and they wish also to have argument for against on Atheism and “triple plus 200 percent thumbs up” on Christianity!!

  It is no rocket science to the author or the reader that for the Christians the whole philosophical semiosis is going to be opposite as it is not just all about who made who, but what essentially God is to average parishioner, and that of the average devout Christian….

  First off God has always been there for us Humans from the year dot, even when we were cavemen thousands of years before the advent of Jesus Christ. The God manifestation is a belief that God is always around us and sees all, whether it be Good or whether it be bad, but sometimes God also must see the grey in the middle and that is the Atheist cause for concern as it blows their theory to bits and pieces.

  The Faith system god produces is undeniable and is favored by all those follow religion and the religious rite of the Church regardless of domination. In you hour of need who do you turn to? It cannot be Le Satre’s pencil for this would be a “False God”- not be worshipped or even really admired, for it is not representable of what God is – us the parishioners of the lord, are not allowed to see the face of God as if we do then we will die!

  Without faith there cannot be peace of mind, and without peace of mind there cannot be crity, for those who have no crity they remain always up and down, too left then too right, so as the retionship becomes to vast a difference and that must be so to put things ,items , situations, or even the test commodities into perspective whereby which is possible after so much “argy bargy” concerning the Union between man and woman and the value God has upon them and to provide good mental and physical condition so as to withstand the “cussing out and offensive bru ha-ha, these particur scenario’s.

  Le Satre argued God does not exist how could he allowed his beloved faithful to suffer such indiscriminate torture and ostracization by the non-believers, he has allowed the German Army to conquer and mange France by fists of anger and rage, and commit to atrocities against the French popution for resisting this German power to take control of our much-loved France.

  We are only protected by a small number of cell type allied force and French resistance to combat the enemy at rge to defend the honor of France and to seek revenge on the German’s for what they are doing to our people and how they wish to rob and steal from our Museum’s rich art and ornament and sculpture so as to fill the pockets of the Nazi’s and the S.S with millions of dolrs of antiquities to finance the German takeover of the World and at the same time make dictator Hitler filthy rich and power hungry for global domination.

  His argument is right and fair as a true patriot of France especially when he wrote in his 1943 cssic noir novel the futility of being in the middle of a capituting was with the enemy in control of anything and everything and robbing the country of its riches to only discard them hungry, broke in disorder to move on to the next continent to conquer.

  But form the level of consciousness we must look at the Christian perspective in offering both cheeks when it came to “shirtfronting” the French in order to cuckold them like they were a naughty child in need of discipline, German discipline and they did not want this at all, so there Christian beliefs held tight and they waited and waited for their turn of victory against this terrible enemy and yes it came, through as the Christians would put it simply, ”Faith in God” and “the power of Prayer”, these are powerful tools to use against anyone who wishes to attack you, your family , your country and your culture.

  In conclusion to this argument semiosis will discuss the finer point of realism on both sided of the argument, and if not always it would have to be 99.999 recurring percent of the time….people would agree whether they are devout Catholics or if the Christian denomination or they are zy time to time Sunday only worshipers of God – they will tell you the sanctity of the Church is like no other and the power of Prayer is amazing and will return 10 fold the wishes of the prayer.

  God is not a commodity, God all eversting, he or she has been around a long time and in that time they are like a company that has been established for 153 years that everyone trust’s and goes to purchase an item or commodity from, they are true survivors of populist theory – they have been there through every fad and scene many popur “cool and uber and chic” reforms come and go over the centuries that passed, so semiotically they are the winner, for they preach not for themselves but atone themselves the Christian parishioners to word of God.

  TOPIC 14 - Leatherface from TEXAS – “Put down that chainsaw!”     (WARNING - GRAPHIC CONTENT)

  Back in 1974 when the movie “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” was first released it caused a massive sensation and was destined be a massive hit movie to watch at cinemas or local Drive – In theatres.

  Right across the USA this movie swept up incredible audience numbers – it financially was a huge winner for the studio that produced and made it and did extremely well overseas and globally.

  The Story – 5 college students go for US road trip that goes horribly wrong when their van breaks down in a ”one horse town” poputed by “deliverance, inner bred, Appachian mused” country folk whose only way of survival was to work at the local Meat Work/Abattoir which had just close down due to financial hardship – enlisting the townsfolk from the Police, to the Motel Owner, to Gas Sation staff and local populus they need to eat to survive and with hardly any welfare payment avaible they decided to capture out of towners and mutite and kill them, chop them up and cook them to eat!!

  So basically, a movie celebrated “Reverse Southern Hospitality – with a twist – in Noir – Horror based – with Bck Humor involved” and hey presto again we have the winning formu for an atypical teen horror movie that is guaranteed to make mega bucks for Hollywood.

  The background for this mayhem and murder is of course the obligatory “creepy old turn of the century 1922 farm house – of course dipidated”, where is it situated of course as far as it can be totally isoted form the main road and route 66.

  This is where most of the footage is captured on film with Leatherface committing himself to killing 4 of the 5 college students and yes as luck would have 1 always gets away!

  Since 1974 Leatherface has become a household name, an urban legend of massive proportion, a huge star, an anti-hero loved by those who love the horror genre and put him right up there with Freddy Kruger and Michael Myers.

  But the question most people will ask is…. did this occur…did this really happen….is this not based on a true story?

  It is said in July 1973 down in Southern States somewhere in Abama in some ant sized town that hardy got a mention and invariably was hardly passed through traffic wise especially by out of towners, that yes…. a fruitcake (not called Leatherface) welcomed some young folk who yes…happened to be attending college and were out of town… to his ranch. In the middle of nowhere…for the purpose of giving them a can of Gasoline so could be on their way….and yep… he killed all but one them and yes again…he used a chainsaw to cut them up!

  Whether this fruitcake cooked his victims like “an Abamian version of Southern Fried human being (rather than chicken) is anyone’s guess!!!......

  Now back to our story – not only did Leatherface and his kin folk like cannibalizing on butchered college students, they would also make decorations by pulling and skinning the face off their victims and making Lampshades out of it!

  We know this practice of skinning came from originally The American Indian, who for many centuries who deal with their enemy in barbaric fashion by skinning them alive while still alive and one reported occurrence historically the chief of the other tribe – the enemy - smiled the whole time while being skinned, never flinching or moving, more or less sitting on a rock and allowing his victors to punish him for his tribes attack on them and to avenge the dead – this is where obviously our good friend Leatherface has got this brilliant idea from!

  But then Leatherface like also put on the pulled and skinned face over his own face and parade around in a kind “Avatar moment” to pretend he was someone else – or taking the victim’s identity.

  Now for the supposed reason Leatherface became the Legendary Leatherface – a horrendous farm accident led him to his stardom….when he was a child he had been pying in fields and pastures around the family ranch home, his father had just finished slicing and chaffing wheat with a combine harvester, when all of sudden junior got in the way while the combine harvester bdes were rotating at full speed, and the boy accidentally fell into the machine head first receiving horrific injuries to face and body that could not be fixed – even by the best pstic surgeon in Abama!

  So, this boy grew up taunted and made fun of by his cssmates for many years of his schooling and this obviously did some horrendous psychological damage to the boy. Then on leaving school he worked the farm never went to town in fearing of shocking bullying by the locals, so he stayed on the farm and became a hermit.

  The semiosis behind the actual story is kind of true but kind of false, when they said this is based on a true story – they were answering with” an open spanner,” it is certainly BASED ON A TRUE STORY…. but which one?

  The closest you could get to a true-life story of this magnitude would be the real-life murderer sentenced to death by electric chair in 1958, non-other than ED GEIN……

  ED GEIN was the product of an overbearing alcoholic father and a religious zealot mother who raised ED to be a devout over Christianized young man who did not drink nor smoke nor gamble, he worked hard on the family farm and found himself hanging around the farming property rather than to go in to town……a bit of a recluse was good old’ ED, he was polite and well mannered, most people kind of like ED but thought at times he was very introverted and very shy.

  The years passed and ED’s father had passed away only to be left on the family on the farm with his mother, now they say around this time ED started technically to start to lose the plot as he and his mother did not get on very well, of course that was in his adult years and not compared to his strict Baptist up-bringing.

  When the mother followed and died several years after his father, now…ED was left alone…. a recluse…. who starting developing many dark thoughts to himself….

  One day in 1957 a cold winters day….full of sleet and snow….ED’s dark thought started to come into action….he drove to town in family pickup truck and cajoled one of the local women he knew from his mother introducing them at church in town, about the only event ED ever attended and enjoyed, she went to ED’s farm to commit a task that ED’s convinced her was “more of a woman’s domain”, then he surprised attacked her , then he purposely killed her, then hung her body in the Barn where he smoked Venison meat and hide, hung her dead body from a hook, then as she hung here upside down cut off her head and began removing body parts……..

  He repeated this with other women in town …. around six ….and as the days passed and the weeks passed…the towns folk began too scared to leave their homes …in fear of being murdered……then when tradesman and farmhand who came into the close vicinity of the Barn noticed a foul-smelling odor emanating from this barn, they knew something was terribly wrong…….

  While the townsfolk were talking about themselves of this disappearance’s and what on earth was going on and sending out “search parties” to see if they could find any of the six people who were gone, and then discussing ED’s Barn and how disgusting it smell…..ED was getting up to his own devices such as “skinning “ the faces off these women and putting on the face as if it were a mask or making the skinned face into ornaments to hang on the wall or into mp shades!!!!!

  Eventually a whole lot of townsfolk descended on ED’s parents’ farm with a whole lot of Police and the F.B.I…and there was ED…walking around with some-one’s skinned face on wearing as a mask talking in a female impersonated high pitched nasally voice!!...not only this they found the horrendous exhibits of all his “hobbies remnants” – the mask faces on the walls, mpshades , dollies for vase’s and of course he was working on formaldehyde taxidermized human corpse!!

  The rest of the “Posse” found the bodies of most of the missing people who had vanished into thin air, 5 women and 2 men, one person was decapitated and hung up-side down from a meat hook naked being smoked in the meat smoking shed where usually you find deer-meat/venison being prepared!!....

  Ed was tried for the crimes he committed and pleaded total insanity, was sentenced to the electric chair and had after 3 years his sentence commuted to life – spent in a maximum-security mental facility, this now 1960.

  Ed saw out the decades that passed as a solid member of the maximum -security facility as a “model prisoner” worked in the library and whose job it was to tend to vast gardens that surrounded the complex……. he died peacefully of natural causes in 1976………he was 69 years old……

  So, after the information from above has been absorbed by the reader it is easy to see that the legendary status of “Leatherface” was inherit of the real life horrendously insane ED GEIN….
