Chapter 5: Slaughter (Part 1)

  Chapter 5: Slaughter (Part 1)

In the tedious waiting, the sky gradually darkened.

The moonlight quietly reveals its tip, gently swaying soft and smooth silver light.

Liu Feng, who was sitting on a stone chair with his legs crossed, suddenly frowned and said in a low voice: "Something's not right. Mo Fei, go out and find the captain."

Liu Feng, who had been waiting for a long time, finally felt that something was wrong. Usually, Kens and the others would return early, even if they were delayed due to some matter, he would ask Beifa to come back and inform him. But today, neither of them returned, and Badas, who went out to look for them, also had no news.

Mo Fei, who was practicing archery, also sensed something unusual when he heard Liu Feng's low shout. His face changed color and he quickly put away his bow and arrow without saying a word, staring straight at Liu Feng.

Looking at Mo Fei's eyes, Liu Feng understood that he had to think of a way himself.

Furrowing his brow: "First go out and take a look around, and ask the surrounding shops at the same time, should be able to hear some news."

Mo Fei nodded and quickly rushed out.

Liu Fengyue jumped down from the stone chair, just about to go out, when suddenly a shout came from outside the door: "Xiao Feng, come quickly, the captain is here."

Liu Feng was startled and hastily ran out.

Looking at Kens and Beifa who were covered in wounds, as well as Badas, Kens and Beifa had already fainted.

A faint glimmer of cold light flashed across his eyes.

  "What's going on?"

The dwarf next to him, who was in great pain and hopping on one foot, had a furious expression: "It's those damn mercenaries from the Crazy Idea Mercenary Group again. We ran into them on the street today and their leader beat me up like this. If it wasn't for the City Guard arriving just in time, we might not have made it back."

Liu Feng's mouth curled up into a cold and sinister smile.

  "Alright, very good..."

"Shouldn't we first help the team leaders and others go in?" Liu Feng said calmly.

"Well, what do you think?" Mo Fei nodded slightly and asked.

"Hehe, they want to play? I'll go and keep them company then."

"Alright, be careful." Mo Fei knew Liu Feng's strength and wasn't too worried.

Watching Mo Fei support the last Badas into the gate, Liu Feng smiled softly: "Tonight, we're going to kill someone..."

The tone is calm, but the killing intent is severe.

She lightly turned around and walked into a nearby weapon shop, buying two weapons.

A light sword, a heavy sword.

A light sword slices, a heavy sword chops.

Walking quietly on the wide bluestone ground, looking at the houses with bright lights in the distance.

  Mercenary Corps of Frenzied Fantasies

The large magical font, on a dark night, is extremely dazzling.

Hearing the loud laughter coming from inside, Liu Feng couldn't help but sneer: "You're having a great time, are you? Just wait and see, you'll be even happier later."

Two lazy mercenaries stood at the entrance, hugging their arms and occasionally glancing inside with envious expressions.

"Hey, you stinky little brat, what are you doing standing here? Scram quickly, don't you know this is the territory of the Mercenary Group of Wild Ideas?" The burly man to the left glared at Liu Feng with a displeased expression as he walked step by step towards him, cursing in his mouth.

"Hey kid, who are you? Are you looking for someone? My captain is inside, so you'd better be careful." The big man on the right seemed to have a more delicate mind, but his calm expression was tinged with a hint of threat.

"Is your captain also here? That's good." Liu Feng smiled lightly.

The two mercenary goalkeepers also breathed a sigh of relief when they heard the words, thinking it was the captain's friend and were about to welcome him with a smile.

"Just kill them all." The light and airy words made the smiles on both of their faces stiffen.

"Second brother, take action and shout for help." The big man on the right let out a low growl, drew his large sword from his waist and swung it down in one swift motion, while also reminding his younger brother behind him to go sound the alarm.

"Haha, never mind, I'll go in myself later."

A sharp sword blade mixed with a fierce wind slashed straight towards Liu Feng's head, who was standing still on the spot.

Closer, closer, the Great Han seemed to be able to feel the joyful sound of the sword tip cutting through skin and flesh, his mouth corners uncontrollably revealing a hint of a sly smile.

The sword chopped heavily onto Liu Feng's head, but there was no scene of blood splashing everywhere.

The sword went straight through Liu Feng's body without any hindrance.

Da Han's pupils constricted, "Lingering shadow?"

Suddenly a severe pain struck between the items, no time to turn around, and before I could even react, everything went dark and life was lost.

He drew his sword and appeared in front of the big man who had just run a few steps, his long sword slashing down, leaving a bloody mark on his neck.

Da Han's face was filled with incredulity, his eyes wide open, and he fell backwards.

"If you want to blame someone, blame yourselves for following the wrong person."

He walked forward with a steady pace, all along the way, his sword flashed and blood splattered, without any extra sound.

Mercy? Compassion? That's just the strong giving charity to the weak.

Looking at the brightly lit house in front of him, Liu Feng sneered coldly. He had come all this way and encountered many obstacles, killing as many people as he had met along the way.

Killing is terrifying, but it's just a concept on Earth.

Here, killing is simple; killing one person and killing ten thousand people are only a matter of quantity.

He is strong, he is weak.

  He lives, he dies.

A very simple rule, simple and clear.

He kicked open the door panel with one foot and gazed coldly at the crowd inside who looked somewhat frightened, remaining silent.

The person sitting at the very top, about thirty years old, wore a gray magic robe, with a badge on his chest that had two moons and one star engraved on it.

  Seventh Rank, Earth-Attribute Mage.

"Little brother, I am Mo Tu, the leader of the Merciless Blade Squad. What brings you here?" He slowly stood up, looking at the blood dripping from Liu Feng's sword tip, and his heart had already understood that all the guards in the courtyard had been taken care of. A fierce glint flashed across his eyes.

"Are you the leader of the Mercenary Group? Was it you who injured Kens?" Liu Feng's eyelids slightly lifted, and a smile played on his lips.

"Oh dear, little brother might have misunderstood...". Mu Tu's mouth twitched slightly as he dryly said: "It's like this... Little."

"Is it or isn't it?" The cold words cut off his excuses.

"Damn it, you little turtle egg, who do you think you are? How dare you speak to our captain like that?" A young magician below the silent earth shouted angrily at Liu Feng's arrogant attitude: "I'll tell you, our boss is a seven..."

The words had barely left his lips when a human head shot up into the air.

Mute's pupils suddenly contracted violently, what speed is this????

Just now he only saw the young man at the door, his body swayed slightly, and in the blink of an eye, he had already killed the person beside him and returned to his original position.

My heart is colder than ice...

Where did Kens meet such a strong person? Damn it, how come there's no news at all?

Suddenly a thought flashed through his mind and he blurted out: "You're the one who hurt Wu Kei?"

Liu Feng somewhat absent-mindedly nodded: "It's me."

"Hehe, little brother... Mud explosion burial..." Mu Tu laughed for a couple of seconds before suddenly changing his tone and directly casting a high-level magic spell.

The hall shook violently, and the hard ground quickly turned into a muddy swamp, tightly wrapping Liu Feng's feet.

Mo Tu let out a cold laugh: "You little brat, you're too arrogant. Although your speed is extremely fast, I'd like to see how you get out of this muddy pit!"

"Lao San, shoot the arrow." A cold shout awakened the people around him.

  "Uh-huh."

The bow and arrow stood up, the arrowhead shining with a green light, locking onto Liu Feng in the pool from afar.
