Day after day I just slave away, working at a supermarket barely. earning enough for food and

  shelter. I wish I could have a better paying job, but after my parents died everything went wrong. my education stopped because i didn't have enough money. And because I didn't have enough education, a job at the supermarket is all I could get. If only my parents would still be alive. The authorities didn't even lock the person who crashed into them for that long. Just a few years, I just hope that one day I can become happy, that one day I will not have to slave away at work, and that one day I can become powerful. BOOM. What is happening? Is this a terrorist attack? I will take a peel outside real quick to see what it is, but before I could even do that, something strange happened.   When I heard what was said I could move I was just in too much shock. After processing it a bit I wondered if I had some kind of superpower. But no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't figure out if I had one.Then I suddenly heard a noise coming from behind me. I didn't know what to do. It could be a human, but considering all the weird things that are happening it might be some kind of monster. So I decided the best thing I could do was run away and try to find a safe place to hide. I eventually found some boxes with food inside so I took some food because I was hungry after all that running, and I hid behind the boxes for a second to regain some energy. I heard some people running and screaming. I didn't know why but I found the answer pretty quick. A huge mantis the size of a human was chasing them. After the huge mantis passed I turned the other way hoping to be safe from harm till I found a good place to hide out for a few days. So I continued walking and searching for a safe place, sometimes hiding behind some boxes or other stuff while hearing people scream and die because of those huge mantis’s. Slowly but surely I made my way around town hiding behind stuff when needed,

That was unexpected, but because of that I dropped my guard allowing a huge mantis to sneak behind me, and with a quick attack bite my head. And then I get startled awake thinking it was all a bad dream, so I go on with my day doing my job until another explosion happens and the same thing gets said. I quickly found some food, put it in my pocket and hid behind some boxes. Knowing that huge mantises are walking around, I decided to stay here and come up with a plan for what I would do. The most logical think i could do was commit suicide and return to the start of the day and then train with some kind of weapon the whole day till the Apocalypse starts.

  So I quickly found a mantis and with great determination angered it and stood still.
