Abel walks to a window. He opens it. Jack looks out the window. The crops are crushed and frail.
JACK
This is your problem. Not mine.
ABEL
We will all die if you don't take this mission. Do this last mission then you're free to go with no care in the world or anybody to worry about.
JACK
Where is the location?
ABEL
Near northwest Jabri.
JACK
Have you forgotten that every nation is at war for that land?
ABEL
What do you suppose? Everyone die here because of your cowardliness?
JACK
(points at the list)
No! But I can't risk their lives for this mission.
ABEL
I have already talked to them. And they are willing. But are you?

Ext. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - DAY
Jack drives a dirt bike with his new team trailing. Jack's dirt bike starts slowing down and starts making loud noises.
Then, Jack hops off of his dirt bike into the sand. The dirt bike blows up. Jack points at a city far off in the distance. Jake hops on the dirt bike with RI (female,20’s). They zoom off in the distance.
Int. Willies's RESTAURANT - MOMENTS LATER
They sit at the booth. A waitress comes up to them.
WAITRESS
(whispers)
Jack what are you doing here?
Jack
Just came to see an old friend.
WAITRESS
Alright, what is your order sir?
Jack
A couple of waters.
The waitress walks into the back.
JaCK
(points at Ri)
What's your task in this mission?
Ri
I'm expert doctor. And my name is Ri.
JACK
That's fascinating. Anyone else with a special task?
Kim
I am a Biologist.
(points at Sam)
And the guy over there is SAM. He's our inventory manager.
Sam
I can talk for myself, KIM.
Kim
(grin)
But aren't you happy that I did it for you?
Sam rolls his eyes.

Micheal
I’m Micheal. And… I'm your weapon specialist.
Mia
I'm your Geologist.
The waitress comes back with the waters. She hands Jack a few napkins the napkin on top has writing on it.
WaITRESS (V.O.)
Leave here before dawn and go to Clark's warehouse with caution.
JACK
(puts money on the table)
Let's go now.
Ext. Kibu - CONTINUOUS
They all leave (except for Micheal). They're following Jack. Then a huge crowd of people starts to separate them from Jack. Jack doesn't notice and continues walking.
KIM
Don't you think you're forgetting someone, Jack?
Still Jack doesn't notice. While Jack walks he gets bumped by a Narikuro tazen. While his team are struggling to see him in the huge crowd.
Narikuro tazen
I am so sorry, Jack is it?
JACK
Who are you talking about?
NARIKURO TAZEN
You're really silly Jack. It's been a long time hasn't it?
JACK
What are you doing here?
NARIKURO TAZEN
Just, strolling through. You?
JACK
None, of your business.
NARIKURO TAZEN
(points at his team)
If you don't tell me I'll have all your friends killed.

JACK
What is your issue? I am not Jack.
NARIKURO TAZEN
(snap his fingers)
Sure...
Jack looks over where his team is. Five masked men grabbed them. Sam is struggling to get away. Sam slips under the one of the masked man legs.
Sam attempts to run away. Then, one of the masked man grabbed Sam left leg.
Sam
Let go of me!
Sam said while kicking the man. Jack starts walking over to one of the masked men. But the mysterious man grabbed his shoulder.
NARIKURO TAZEN
You shouldn't be so hasty. I was still talking.
Jack turns around and punches Narikuro tazen in the face. Blood runs down Mr mysterious mask to the ground.
NARIKURO TAZEN
You have 10 seconds to answer. Are you Jack? 10... 9... 8... 7...
Micheal shots at Narikuro tazen's right leg. Narikuro tazen falls to the ground.
NARIKURO TAZEN
Don't leave me here Jack.
JACK
Why are you even here? If you answer I may consider changing my mind.
NARIKURO TAZEN
I'll never tell you.
Jack walks up to Narikuro tazen. And grabs his gun.
JACK
Tell your men to leave now.
NARIKURO TAZEN
(snaps)
Ok...
The men lets go of Jack's team. The men and Narikuro tazen disappear in thin air. Jack walks over to his team.

Why didn't you help us?
SAM
We could've die because of you!
EXT. KIBU - CONTINUOUS
JACK
I have already planned this. With Micheal who assisted me.
Kim
Micheal is this true?
MiCHEAL
Yes, I can confirm. If things didn't go as plan. I could have taken their lives in fifteen, seconds tops.
Mia
Ok, but next time can you tell us?
JACK
I, promise.
INT. Ava's part shop - cONTINUOUS
They walk into a rusty building. That says Monty's Parts Shop. They see a woman(Ava) working on a motorcycle. Jack walks up to her and they starts talking.
JACK
Hi, Ava.
Ava
Jack, long time no see. What can I do for you?
JACK
I need a new dirt bike.
AVA
(she starts blushing)
Anything else?
JACK
Nothing, else please. So what’s the cost?
AVA
For you Jack... On the house.
JACK
But I insist on paying.

No thanks, but that's a nice gesture.
Jack sits the money on the table. As they walk into the garage with Ava following. She moves a sheet off of the dirt bikes.
AVA
Which one do you want?
Jack
The black one.
AVA
(toss Jack a key)
Thank you for coming back Jack. I… we really miss you.
JACK
I'll be back in a couple of weeks. And thank you, Ava.
AVA

ExT. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - MOMENTS LATER
They drive off into the sunset.
NARIKURO TAZEN (o.S.)
You really didn't think you'll get away that easily.
(laughs evilly)
Ext. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - moRNING
They are driving out of an unknown town. Jack is in front of the group.
KiM
(exaggeratedly)
How many more days?
Sam
According to my calculations we'll be there in two days.
KIM
Why is Mr. Slowpoke leading us? If I was in charge we would've been there now.
Jack slows down his bike and rides close to Kim. And whispers to Kim.

(whisper)
If you continue with your attitude you'll be walking back with limit resources. Am I understood?
Kim
Yes, Captain Slowpoke.
JACK
We'll keep driving until we hit Arak.
They continue driving. They eventually see Arak.
EXT. Arak - MOMENTS LATER
They park near Arak. They walk around the city.
RI
Why are we here Jack?
Jack turns around.
JACK

MiCHEAL
She didn't ask you a question about rocket science.
JACK

Mia
You promised you tell us.
JACK
They're just some stuff I can't tell any of you.

They all start to walking off without Jack.
JACK

They turn around and walk back to Jack.

JACK

JACK
A leader who goes by the name Kila. He’s in this area. In the building

(points at a building)
I'll go to the top of that building aiming my sniper on non-lethal.
JACK

Kim

MICHEAL

(rolls eyes)

Ri can come with me. Sam and Mia get the dirt bikes ready to go just in case. Kim you can help Micheal.
Sam and Mia go over to the dirt bikes in the distance. Micheal and Kim walk over to the building that Micheal had pointed at.
INT. PAY TO WIN - CONTINUOUS
Ri and Jack walking inside a building.
Ri
I wanted to ask you something.
JACK
What is it?

She's my ex-girlfriend.
RI

(chuckles nervously)

Jack opens the door for Ri and himself.
JACK

They are walking in a hallway then they see a huge casino. They walk to a table and sit down.
JACK
We're looking for a man with a huge scar on his face.
They continue looking. Then a waitress came up to them.
WaITRESS#2
Hey, Jack. What info do you need this time?
JACK
Where is Kila?
WAITRESS#2
He is in room #42. But before you go who is this young lady? A new girlfriend?
Ri blushes.
JACK
A friend.
WAITRESS#2
Sure...

They get up and walk to room #42. Jack kicks down the door they see Kila on the floor. A note is on Kila saying.
Olive (V.O.)
Turn around.
Jack and Ri both turn rounding to see Olive. Olive has a mask on. She points at a gas bomb. The bomb goes off. Jack and Ri falls to the ground unconscious.
Ext. ARAK - MOMENTS LATER
Olive walks them (including Kila) out in laundry cart.Olive walks out of the back of Pay To Win. Micheal sees Olive and the laundry cart.
KiM
You see anything?
MiCHEAL
I see a maid doing her job. What about you?
KIM
That maid has an unnecessary large laundry cart.
MICHEAL
Quite peculiar. Isn’t it? I’ll check it out. Stay here and keep your sights on her.
Micheal climbs down a ladder. He walks behind Olive.
MICHEAL
Do you need help?
OLIVE
Get out of my sight!
MICHEAL
Calm down just let me check the basket. I think I left my watch in there.
OLIVE
(laughing maniacally)
Do you think i’m dumb?
Olive turns around and kicks Micheal in his chest.
Olive follows up with a punch but Micheal grabs her fist. And flip her upside down. She falls down but immediately gets back up with sand in her hand. She throws the sand into Micheal’s eyes.

OLIVE
(laughs)
Now you see me Now you don’t.
Micheal closes his eye and takes a deep breath. She then chuckles. Olive throws three kicks as fast as lightning one toward the face and two toward his chest.
But Micheal blocks the attacks. Micheal then pokes all of Olive’s pressure point. Olive falls to the ground.
OLIVE
When I get up your are totes a goner.
Michael bends down beside Olive and pokes her pressure points in her neck.
INT. TESA 10 - EARLIER
Jack yawns.
RI
Wake up sleepy head.
Jack looks around.
JACK
Where's the team?
KILA
What team Jack? I thought you were a one man army.
RI
I don't know. But I've been stuck in here with you and that other guy.
JACK
What do you mean?
Ri tries to walk out but the exit is blocked by an invisible source.
RI
We're stuck here.
JACK
What happened? When we were in Pay to Win?
RI
Well... some person named Olive.

JACK
Olive? There is no way that Olive got us here.
KILA
(disappears into thin air)
Well, you'll better believe-
RI
(shivers)
Where did he go?
JACK
We are about to go back to earth in a couple of second. I can maybe explain it since I have been here a few times.
RI
We aren't on earth?
JACK
Don't think about it too much.
RI
I feel kinda funny Jack.
JACK

RI
(disappears into thin air)

Jack takes a deep breath. And then Jack disappears.
EXT. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - CONTINUOUS
Kila crawls out of the cart and tries to punch Micheal. But Micheal easily evades making Kila falls on the ground. Kim quickly climbs down a ladder.
MICHEAL
Kim, why didn't you shoot?
KiM
(stutters)
I didn't see a good shot. And I could have shot you.
MICHEAL
Why are you so soft? You could have easily pulled the trigger ending this fight nearly instantly. Either killing me or her.

KIM
I couldn't risk it.
MICHEAL
What if I had died? What would have you done?
KIM
I don't know.
MICHEAL
See this is why I can't have you on this mission. You are incompetent.
KIM
What could’ve I done Micheal.
MICHEAL
You could have at least came down and help me fight.
KIM
You know what I'm tired. Let's settle this some other time.
Kim starts walking to the laundry cart.
MICHEAL
Come back here I am not finished!
KIM
What? I can't hear you.
MICHEAL
(sighs)

Int. Truck - Backseats - MOMENTS LATER
Ri wakes up. Jack sitting upright.(in the middle seat) Kila is tied up.
Ri
That was strange, a strange dream.
JACK
It wasn't a dream.
KiLA
(rolls his eyes)
The nightmare continues...
JACK
Shut up Kila.
KILA

Jack move over towards Kila and punches him in the face.
Ri
What did you hit him for Jack?
JACK

RI
Because of what?
KiLA
Yeah, Jack.
Ri
Shut up Kila.
KiLA
I was just helping.
Ri
I said shut up!
JACK
Do you feel that?
The truck stops. They hear footsteps walking closer to them. Then Sam opens the door.
SAM
How was the trip so far? Will I receive a five-star rating?
KiLA
No, but you will be receiving a lawsuit.
JACK
Where are we?
RI
Don't change the subject.
JACK
Can we get out? To stretch our legs.
RI
Weren't finish Jack.
SAM
You know what I will give you two some space.
RI

Sam starts walking off in the distance.

Sam comes back. Kila steps out of the truck. Sam then handcuffs Kila. Kila and Sam start walking away.
KilA
Thanks for taking me away.
Int. TRUCK - Backseat - CONTINUOUS
Ri
Why would you hurt him if he did nothing to you?
JACK
Nothing...
Jack point at a snake bite on his neck. And shows Ri closely.
RI
He did that to you?
JACK
Yes.
EXT. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - CONTINUOUS
Ri gets out of the car. Jack follows.
Ri
The nerve of that jerk!
Jack puts his arm around Ri.
JACK
Don't worry about it. Let's just enjoy the sunset.
RI
How are you so calm about this?
JACK
I am not calm. I just have to control my emotions. Well kinda of...
RI
We can't let him get away with this.
JACK
I know that's why we are sending him to Tesa Prison for good.

Ri puts her head on Jack's shoulder. Jack moves her hair away from her face.
JACK
You are really beautiful.
Ri blushes.
ExT. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - MOMENTS LATER
Kila and Sam walk towards Ri and Jack.
KiLA
(chuckles)

Ri
Shut up. You jerk.
KILA
Watch your tone, little girl.
JACK
Sam can you get him out of here.
KILA
Fight me Jack or do you need your girlfriend to fight for you?
Jack punches Kila in the face. Kila nose starts to bleed.
SAM
Don’t you think that’s a little harsh?
Ri
Please not now Sam.
Sam starts walking Kila to the truck.
SAM
Next time can you fill me in?
Sam and Kila head towards the truck. Kila struggles to get out of the handcuff. Sam lose his grip on the handcuffs. Kila takes off and runs toward the truck. Kicks the wheel. The wheel falls off. Sam, Ri and Jack come running to the truck. Jack puts Kila in the back of the truck.
KilA
(laughs)
How are we getting back?
SAM
Shut up!

Jack stay here please.
Ri and Sam walk away from them.
Ext. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - CONTINUOUS
RI
Sam how are we getting back?
Sam
I can call the team to pick us up.
RI
That sounds good. Sam do you know were we are?
Sam press a button on his shoulder pad.
SAM
Tzuba.
RI
Why such a long detour?
SAM
We are looking for allies.
RI
What would we need allies for? If we are going and leaving.
Sam turns away from Ri.
SAM
I can't tell you.
RI
(turns sam around)

SAM
Its not like I don't like you its just orders.

SAM
I can't tell you even if I wanted to.
RI
After all we been through.
SAM
We shouldn't be talking about this.

They head back where Jack is.
Int. THE TRUCK - mOMENTS LATER
Jack is in the back with kila. Sam and Ri are in the front.
JACK
It's so quiet back here.
Ri shrugs. Sam sighs. Ri looks at Sam whose looking around.
Sam
I will tell you under one condition.
Ri
(annoyingly)
I thought you couldn't its orders.
JACK
Ri, what is he talking about?
SAM
We had a little argument.
Ri
(sarcastically)
What argument? Oh wait, I remember we were talking about if Sam is an actually friend.
Jack

A couple of people riding dirt bikes park a distance away from the truck.
Ext. SOMEWHERE IN THE DESERT - CONTINUOUS
RI
Just wait a minute Sam, I'll go and talk to them.
Ri opens her door and exits the truck. Ri approaches the group of people on the dirt bikes to inquire about their presences in Tzuba. Jack also get out of the truck.
SAM
I don’t recommend talking to them.
Jack approaches Ri slowly. Jack close his eyes . He sees a glimpse of the future. Ri screaming as the bikers ride towards them with a sense of urgency, and a chill runs down his spine.
Jack opens his eyes. As he gasped for air. Jack feels a snake bite on the back of his neck. He collapses. Just as darkness starts to envelop him, he reaches for his radio to call for help. Ri hears him fall to the ground.
RI
Jack, hold on! I'm coming!
She runs over to him. Sam brings over some medical equipment from the truck. They rush to the truck and put Jack In the back seat.
Ri assesses the severity of the snake bite while the group frantically tries to stabilize Jack.

Ri looks around at the worried faces of the group, feeling the weight of the situation.
Ri
We will... travel by foot.
They quickly prepare for the long journey by foot, gathering supplies and making sure Jack is stable for the trip. The group sets off on foot, each step feeling heavier as they make their way towards Zuna. After hours of trekking through the dense jungle, the group finally arrives at the outskirts of Zuna.
RI
I think we’re being followed.
SaM
I think you're right.
RI
Come out and we won’t hurt you!
Two teens step out of the bushes. With fearful expressions, the two teens cautiously approach Ri and Sam, explaining that they've been watching them for days, unsure if the newcomers were a threat.
The teens tell Ri and Sam that they have a small settlement nearby and are wary of outsiders, especially those with injuries. Ri nods understandingly and assures the teens that they come in peace, seeking help for their injured friend. They pack up.

Ext. VILLAGE - MOMENTS LATER
They follow them back to their home. Grateful for a glimmer of hope in this unknown land. They arrive at the town amidst a backdrop of towering trees and lush, green foliage. A teen(Ichisawa) carries Jack away from them.
Ri
Where are you take him?
Ichisawa
I’m taking him to a hut. So he can rest.
RI
Ok,.
Ri and Sam are greeted by one of the leaders(Zeno).
ZeNo
My name is Zeno. I’m one of the leaders of this village. You are welcome to wander around. Choose one of the teens to show you the village.
SAM
(Sam shakes Zeno’s hand)
I’m Sam and this is Ri. We will hold off the tour for a moment. Because our friend Jack needs medical assistance.
ZENO
What’s his condition?
RI
He is very frail.
ZENO
What’s the cause of his sickness?
RI
A snake bite on the back of his neck.
Ri shows Zeno the snake bite on Jack’s neck.
ZENO
How long has he had the snake bite?
Ri stands up.
INT. TRUCK - BACKSEAT - EARLIER

Jack shows Ri his scar on his neck.
Ext. Village - MOMENTS LATER
ZENO
Kila, right?
RI
How did you know?
ZENO
Lots of people have come here for treatment after, having altercations with "The Konshi Family".
Ri lets out a sigh of relief.
SAm
So, is he going to be ok?
Ri is jumping around energetically.
RI
Didn’t you hear him. He is in safe hands.
ZENO
Unfortunately, we require Genki’s berries. We’ll take care of your friend.
Ri stoops jump and looks confused. Sam has a slight smirk on his face.
RI
Where do we find these berries?
Zeno points northwest.
ZENO
Legend states that one of our founding leader Genki trained all the dogs to hunt for berries. So if you see a dog follow it. It may lead you straight to the berries.
RI
This should be a piece of cake.
SAM
Don’t speak too soon.
Ri and Sam start head northwest.

Also the dogs out here are very huge. Don’t use technology it could set off traps from sensors
SAM
Ok.
Ext. Northwest from VILLAGE - MOMENTS LATER
They continue heading towards northwest.
Sam takes out his phone. To take a picture.
Ri
Why do you have our phone? You know that they have technology sensors monitoring this place. Which is filled with a horrendous amount of traps.
Sam
Fine, I’ll put it away.
RI
It’s too late.
A huge dog emerges out of the forest. The dog starts to growling at them. They both tiptoe backward. Then Sam snaps a branch.
SAM
Sorry.
The dog starts to chase them.They run away. The dog stops chasing after them. They continue to run until Ri saw a cave far off in the distance.
RI
Let’s go into that cave.
They go into the cave. Both are extremely tired of running. The dog goes in front of the entrance of the cave and quickly falls asleep.
SAM
We should try to squeeze ourselves out of here.
They both go on different sides of the cave entrance. They both give each other a nod. The starts squeezing through. But Sam slips off the wall. He falls on the dog’s nose. The dog is awaken. They slip out of the cave. The dog let out a loud howl.

Stand your ground Sam.
They both stand as still as possible. The dog barks and growls. After a few minutes, the dog stops. And licks Ri while wagging its tail.
RI
Guess we have a pet?
SAM
You're insane!
RI
I know! Isn’t it great? Let’s name him… Kuma.
Ri climbs up the dog. Ri sits on Kuma's back. Ri offer her hand. Sam starts thinkis her hand.
RI
Are you coming or not?
Sam grabs it. Ri pulls him up.
Ri
Leads us to Genki’s berries.
SAM
What makes you think this beast will listen to you?
RI
I don’t know. I feel a bond between me and Kuma.
SAM
That’s weird.
Kuma starts to growl and jump up and down.
RI
(scratches Kuma fur)
Calm down Kuma.
Kuma starts to calm down. Kuma lays down.
RI
Wake up please.
Ri lays down on top of Kuma.
RI
(sobbing)
Please we need you to take us to the berries to help Jack. Please.

Kuma starts sniffing around. Kuma starts heading off towards a forest in the distances.
SAM
You really are a dog whisper.
Kuma prances over to the berries. Ri kisses Kuma and scratches his head.
Ri
(jumps off of Kuma)
I’ll grab the berries.
SAM
Sound, good.
Ri runs over to the bushes. And she starts collecting the berries in her hand Kuma lays down. Ri has a few Genki berries in her hand. She puts them in her pockets.
SAM
I think we should camp here for tonight. I’ll go collect some fire wood.
RI
Sam be very careful. We don’t know dangerous things lurk around here.
SAM
(starts to walk deeper into the forest)
You worry too much.
Sam is walking. He has some firewood in his hand. Sam trips on a wire. He drops the firewood. Sam stumbles and he get control of his balance. Sam hears a high pitched noise.
SAM
(he starts running towards Ri)
Crap.
Ri is sleeping beside Kuma. Sam is running towards them.
SAM
Wake up!
Ri wakes up. Sam helps her stand up. KABOOM! There’s a huge explosion. Kuma wakes up in a state of panic. And runs away from the forest towards the desert. Ri and Sam chase after Kuma.
SAM
(yelling)
Come here, Kuma. Now!
Ri whistle to Kuma. Kuma turns his head around.

SAM
Come, now!
Kuma starts to back away.
RI
Sam let me handle this. Come here buddy.
Kuma slowly starts to come toward Ri.
RI
That’s it Kuma.
SAM
We don’t have time for this.
RI
Be patient Sam.
Sam sighs loudly. Ri walks towards Kuma. She hops onto Kuma. Sam follows. Ri helps him get up. Ri starts leading Kuma toward the village.
Ext. VILLAGE - MOMENTS LATER
The chief hears commotion outside of his hut. He walks out of his hut. Zeno sees them in the middle of the village.
ZENO (V.O.)
They’re back?
Sam and Ri hop off of Kuma. Zeno kneels to them.
ZENO
Do you have the berries?
SAM
Yes, but why are you kneeling?
Zeno stands up.
RI
We saw some traps in the forest would you care to explain?
ZENO
Long ago before the Jabari became a settlement. Hunters or poachers came here. Looking for the dog that Genki trained. And starts kill them one by one. My tribe tried to stop the foreigners. But they were many.

(tearing up)
They were able to wipe out half of the tribe. And they claimed the stolen land. They named it Jabari mocking our last leader.
RI
That’s so evil and cruel.
ZENO
And they set traps a lot of traps.
SAM
We ran into a problem similar to that recently.
ZENO
But enough dwelling in the past.
Ri hands Zeno the berries out of her pocket. Zeno goes to the Jack’s hut. Ri and Sam follow behind Zeno . Zeno feeds Jack the berries. Jack looks around.
SAM
Hi, buddy welcome back.
Jack sits upright. And mumbles something.
ZENO
He won’t be able to talk for a hour or so.
Ri
Thank you, Zeno.
ZENO
No, thank you.
SAM
How do we get into the city without people seeing Kuma?
ZENO
Whose Kuma?
Ri
Our dog we named him Kuma.
ZENO
I recommend you leave him with us.
Zeno reaches into his pocket. And hands Ri a whistle.
Sam
What’s does she need that for?

She can use the whistle and Kuma will come to her.

EXT. Away from the VILLAGE - CONTINUOUS
RI and Sam wave back to the villagers who are also waving. Jack is asleep on Ri's shoulder. They're are on dirt bikes. Ri and Jack are sharing. Sam has his own.
SAM
You ready to go to Jabari?
Ri
Ready than ever.
Ext. Outside of jabari - LATER
Ri, Jack, and Sam rode through the dusty paths as they approached the outskirts of Jabari.
Ext. Jabari - Gate - MOMENTS LATER
They drive through the gate. Two guards stop them.
Guard #1
Please step out of the dirt bike.
Ri stopped the engine and dismounted, followed by Jack and Sam.
GUARD #1
You will be separated until you all pass getting your ids.
They reluctantly handed over their IDs and were escorted to different processing areas. Jack looks at Ri. And nods. Jack then turns to Sam.
JACK
Stay sharp and cooperate, we'll meet inside once this is all done.
Int. Check in Center - moments later
Jack is seated. Two guards are guarding the exit. Narikuro tazen walks into through the door.

NARIKURO TAZEN
Jack great to see you again. Let's make this quick, we have a job to finish.
Jack looks away. Narikuro tazen grabs his face and turns it towards him, forcing Jack to make eye contact.
NARIKURO TAZEN
You're going to have to go deep undercover for this one. It won't be easy, but it's the only way to gain the intel we need.
JACK
I’ll do it after I finish my mission.
NARIKURO TAZEN
Screw your mission, you'll do what I tell you. At least if you want to remain in my good graces.
Jack spits at the Narikuro tazen's feet, refusing to be intimidated.
NARIKURO TAZEN
Listen to me and you’ll see your little friends.
Narikuro tazen leans in closer.
NARIKURO TAZEN
(whispers)
But defy me, and they'll wish that never came here.
JACK
I’ll do it.
NARIKURO TAZEN
Good.
Int. Check in - moments later
Jack walks out of the room with a heavy heart, knowing the depths to which he would have to sink to carry out the mission.
NARIKURO TAZEN (V.O.)
There’s two bags. Three houses down from here.
He quickly scans the area for any potential threats and adjusts his posture, preparing to carry out the next stage of the plan. Jack grabs the bag. He darts out of the room. He bumps into Ri.

Jack where have you been? I've been looking for you everywhere.
jACK
I don’t have a lot of time Ri, I can't explain right now, but I need you to trust me and stay safe.
Jack starts to run to Check In Center.
Int. Check in Center - continuous
NARIKURO TAZEN
I want you to regroup with your team and head to the extraction point. Our time here is running sort.
Jack walks out.
Ext. Jabri - later
Ri runs to Jack.
RI
What did he do to you?
JACK
Nothing… we just need to find Sam.
RI
What is it Jack? I know something is bothering you.
Jack looks at Ri, his eyes filled with a mix of determination and concern.
JACK
Let’s find Sam and get out of here before it's too late.
They go looking for Sam. The night was growing darker as Jack and Ri navigated the shadows, their senses on high alert for any signs of danger. A man jumps out of an alleyway.
CHARLIE
I want in.
Jack turns and looks at the man who jumped out of the alleyway.
RI
What’s your name?

CHARLIE
My name is Charlie and i'm trying to get out of here.
RI
What’s wrong with life here?
CHARLIE
The city is brainwashed. They're all under the city's control. It's dangerous and we need to leave.
RI
How would you know?
CHARLIE
Nobody remembers what life is outside of here. Not a soul. Well, except for those who've managed to escape.
Charlie clutches onto Jack's arm, desperation in his eyes.
JACK
We need to find somebody first, then we can talk about getting out of here.
CHARLIE
I understand, but remember time is running out. What’s the name of your friend?
RI
Sam, he’s a white male, he’s 5’10, earlier 30’s.

He might in then compound. Let's head toward the compound and look for Sam there.
JACK
I’ll go with Charlie. Ri you must go somewhere safe.
CHARLIE
Ri go to my house. You will be safe there. Knock three times. The door will open.
RI
(waves)

Jack and Charlie head to the compound.
Ext. Compound - Moments Later
People are working mechanical systems. Kim's eyes widen in surprise as she catches sight of Jack entering the compound. A few of the workers stop. Kim jumps up and down with her arms extended.
KIM
Jack over here.
Jack walks over to her.
KIM
We need to leave now!
JACK
Where’s Sam? And are the others here?
KIM
None of them are here Jack.
Ext. City - Later
Jack, Charlie, and Kim walk swiftly through the bustling city streets, keeping an eye out for any sign of Sam.
Charlie
I know a place where we can get shelter.
Int. Shack - Moments Later
KIM
Do you miss it?
JACK
What?
KIM
Home?
Jack looked around the dimly lit shack, a pained expression on his face.
JACK
I wish, I could say I do.
KIM
It's been so long, but I remember it like it was yesterday.

Get some sleep. We’ll be home sooner than you think.
They both fall asleep They wake up to Jack being dragged away. Kim hops out of the bed. And runs outside. Jack is put into a car. Charlie grabs Kim's shoulder.
CHARLIE
He’s a goner.
KIM
What can we do?
CHARLIE
Let's focus on finding Sam and getting out of here.
KIM
Will he be ok?
CHARLIE
Yes, but he will not be the same Jack you once knew.
Int. Jabari’s Protection Service - Moments Later
Tori's in a Black and red suit walks into a dimly lit room.
JACK
(yelling)
Get these handcuffs off of me now!
Tori walked up to him with a menacing grin.
Tori
Who are you to make such high demands?
JACK
Cut the crap! Go ahead and do your witchcraft.
Tori walks to him.
TORI
I wouldn’t call it witchcraft because it’s Neuroscience.
Tori places her hands on Jack's temple, her fingers pressing gently to trigger the release of certain chemicals in his brain that would dampen his sense of resistance.

Jack wakes up with Narikuro tazen watching him.
NARIKURO TAZEN
(he helps Jack sit up)
You're safe now
JaCK
Good to see you friend.
Narikuro tazen is confused.
NARIKURO TAZEN
J. P. S. did this.
Jack nods gravely.
JACK
They are after Sam. For... leverage.
His eyes reflecting the deep concern. Narikuro tazen surprised.
NARIKURO TAZEN
How come you remember?
JACK
I… took some pills to numb most of Tori's manipulation.
NARIKURO TAZEN
Smart… I’ll send you back to your friend, Kim. To regroup.
Jack looks at Narikuro tazen with gratitude.
NARIKURO TAZEN
Make sure to finish the mission.
Ext. Market - Moments Later
Jack is dropped off from a vehicle. Kim sees him and rushes over.
KIM
Jack, what happened?
JACK
We’ll talk about when we leave this place.
Two men are glaring at them.
KIM
We should go home quickly.

Jack and Kim quickly purchase some supplies and rush back to a safe location where they can discuss.

KIM.
We found Mia and Ri.
JACK
That’s great news! Where are they?
They step out of a building. Ri runs and hugs him.
RI
I missed you.
Jack hugs her back.
JACK
(murmurs)
I'm so glad you're safe.
Mia smiles.
MIA
We have a lot to catch up on. Jack, we don’t have time.
ext. Shack - Moments Later
JACK
Everyone knows the plan?
Everyone nods. They hop on to motorcycles. Kim is riding with Jack.
KIM
Why are you working with Narikuro tazen?
JACK
I don’t trust him completely, but for now, he's our best chance at taking down Tori and saving our friends.
KIM
Haven't you learned anything, Jack?
JACK
Nothing much, but this city did teach me one thing.

JACK
(Hops unto a motorcycle)
Sometimes your heart lies about what it wants.
Kim toss Jack some keys.
JACK
I’m going to find Sam. And I need you to locate any allies.
RI
Ok.
Jack revs the motorcycle engine and speeds off into the night.
Ext. Palace - gate - MOMENTS LATER
Two guards stop jack at the entrance. Jack stops the motorcycle. Jack puts his left hand into his pocket.

Jack pulls a cigarette out of his pocket.
JACK
Do either of you have a liter?
GUARD #2
The empress requested your presence.
The guards handcuffs him. One of the guards slips a litter into Jack’s pocket.
Int. Palace - LATER
Jack is tied to a chair.
Tori
I want to know everything!
JaCK
I’m not telling you—
Tori smacks Jack.
TORI
I wonder what your friends would think… knowing that you were responsible for their “untimely” deaths.

Jack's faces is bleeding.
JACK
We’re only here for food and medicine.
Tori lands a punch on Jack's face.
TORI
You're starting to piss me off.
Tori writes on a piece of paper. She turns it to Jack.
Tori (V.O.)
It's not me calling the shots. I need your help.
Jack
Wha—
Narikuro tazen walks behind Tori with a sword in his right hand. A sword goes through Tori. Tori gasped for air. She collapses onto the floor.
JaCK
That wasn’t apart of our deal.
Narikuro tazen walls over to Jack and unties him.
Narikuro tazen
I had to… you heard what she was going to do to your comrades. And I can’t let my favorite assassin die.
JACK
I needed some more time with her.
NARIKURO TAZEN
(tosses Jack a headset piece)
Luckily, I know the layout of this place inside and out.
