  Rules of Increasing Power:

Leveling occurs with no limits, but when a being begins to resemble a concept they begin to gain a divinity. The more common divinities have great power, but it is divided up between all those with that divine path, with it being proportionate to how much you embody the concept in comparison to others on that path. The power gained from a divinity is proportional to how much of said divinity is your domain, and how powerful the concept of that divinity is. For example, if you have domain over 2% of the concept of Logic, you would still gain a rather powerful boost. On the other hand, if you have domain over 96% of the concept of laundry detergent being important, the power would be noticeable, but not much. If a being gains full domain of an area, they become a true Divinity, and immortal until someone with a high sense of that concept and domain manages to wrench away part of it turning them into a partial divinity with major bonuses, but not enough to guarantee their rise back to power. The reason Ascendant classes are so important is because they have the ability to fully and permanently* gain control over the entirety of the domain of their concept. The only reason an Ascendant would fall would be if they no longer embodied their concept. For example if the Ascendant with Domain over space dissociated from reality, their control would be null and void. Another example would be if an Ascendant with domain over hard work became lazy.

  Rules of New Universes:

For the decade after integration, a world cannot be entered by any god or being of a higher level that of the average top 150 beings in that world. Furthermore, when beings gain certain levels of Divinity choosing to either be faith based or to continue to be experience based. The faith path causes those who choose it to have additional stipulations that if violated, severely restrict those gods power. some of those rules would be, for example, to not directly interfere with the affairs of those on a lower level that them. Additionally, older, more powerful gods have stipulations about not killing newer gods, and gain the option to take gods of the same concept under their wings, giving them the power of that god's domain. Often, older gods simply forcefully take new gods under their wing, but the younger gods get a power buff when fighting a god that forced them under that wing of a high multiplier, based on how agregious what they did was.
