Chapter 15: Helpfulness and camaraderie

Lilli didn't have too much reaction to awakening stretched around Fenrir's cock aside from a blush and an aroused wiggle. "If that's your definition of a reward, Master, I had better be careful I don't please you too often. I'm not sure I could handle it."

Fenrir raised an eyebrow. "I wouldn't expect one of your kind to turn down sex," he said.

"Even succubi have limits. While I certainly wouldn't say no to a session like this every now and again, I have to admit I'm gd I'm not the only one around to ske your lusts. You may just be too much for any one woman to handle, succubus or no."

"I'm sure Aimi wouldn't mind trying, though," Fenrir replied, chuckling.

"Yes, well, Aimi is Aimi, after all."

"That she is." Sitting up, Fenrir gently lifted Lilli off of his cock. She gasped and shuddered as he did so, her walls still clenching greedily around him. As he came free, a great dollop of his cum welled up in her entrance, streaking down her thigh before she caught it on two fingers and deposited it in her mouth, savoring the taste. Fenrir watched, arousal surging at the dispy, but he merely asked, "Ready to continue?"

Lilli stood on shaky legs. "Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to walk much of anywhere for an hour or two. I'm afraid you'll have to continue your exploration without me, Master."

"A shame. Oh well, I suppose I did this to myself, in a manner of speaking." With a smile Fenrir helped his companion redress, and lifting her gently in his arms, set out for the kitchens again.

A pretty blush came to her face, but Lilli didn't resist, submitting to his embrace with grace. "You needn't go to so much trouble on my account. It's me that's meant to be serving you, after all."

  Fenrir just grinned.

After spending some time in thought, Nelith came to a decision. She didn't know just what he intended, but she knew enough to begin with. The chief would need resources and information about the surrounding territories, no matter what he eventually chose to do. She had some knowledge of current events, and she would y good money on there being a library containing information of older history somewhere in this castle.

Raising her voice, she caught the attention of the rest of the succubi. "Okay, girls, let's make ourselves useful. Couldn't hurt to make a good impression, right?"

"Sure, but what do we do? If the big guy doesn't even know what he pns to do himself, how are we supposed to help?" Kira asked, cocking her head.

"No matter what he pns, we'll need basic supplies, food, water, and the like. Kira, you and Aimi- hang on, where did Aimi go?"

"I saw her leave not long after Master did," Yumiko spoke up. "Wherever she was going, she seemed determined."

"Figures. Well Kira, I'll go with you. We're going to investigate the soldiers' camp and see if there's anything we can use. I was going to go look for a library, but I guess that'll have to wait. Koreen, are you feeling strong enough to move around?"

Koreen grimaced. "Maybe a little, but not as much as I'd like. The trip out to the clearing this morning pretty well wiped me out."

"Okay. You stay here with Lilli and Violetta and sort through our stuff," Nelith said, indicating the small pile of bags and knapsacks lying in one corner of the room. "Separate out the food and bnkets from our personal things, and set aside anything that might be useful to teach the chief about everything he'll want to know. I get the impression he doesn't know anything about this part of the world.

"Yumiko, you and Chellise head out to the courtyard and check the well. See if it's still got water, and if it does, make sure it's clean. Once you're done with that, come help us with the camp. Any objections? No? Then let's get to it." The succubi scattered to their assigned tasks, chatting animatedly as they did so.

There wasn't much to sort through for the succubi left in the kitchens, very little food remaining in their packs, and few personal belongings remained to any of them. Pcing the st bnket in a neat pile, Lilli said, "Well, that's that. I think I'll go find our savior and ask him those questions I wanted to. Do you need anything before I go, Vi?"

Violetta shook her head. "I'll be okay," she replied in a soft whisper.

"Don't worry, Lills, I'll be here with her," Koreen said cheerily, glomping onto Violetta from behind and earning a squeak from the shy succubus. "You go on and interrogate the big guy, we'll be fine here."

Violetta nodded in agreement, a slight blush dusting her cheeks with pink.

"All right, but try not to get into too much trouble. Not like st time." Giving Koreen a mock severe look, and pnting a gentle kiss on Violetta's forehead, Lilli straightened and left the room.

"Oh, come on, I'm not that bad an influence!" Koreen shouted after her, sighing exaggeratedly when Lilli ignored her.

Violetta giggled at her antics. "Are you sure? You do get into the most trouble," she said softly, hiding a smile behind one hand.

"That squirrel was asking for it," Koreen replied decidedly.

"And the bear?" Violetta's smile slowly grew.

"Okay, so maybe the bear was a mistake. But how was I to know he wanted my berries? It was a gigantic patch. There was plenty of room for both of us!"

Violetta giggled again as Koreen ranted about her mishaps, content to rex and listen to her more animated friend.

Meanwhile, out in the courtyard, the rest of the succubi found a good deal more to do. There were plenty of supplies to be found in the camp, and Yumiko and Chellise reported the well water to be fresh and pure. Commandeering ink, quill, and paper from one of the tents, Nelith settled down to inventorying all the gear the other girls found. No small amount of food, mostly preserved, three horses; two draft, for pulling the supply wagon, and one warhorse which had no doubt been the commander's before his demise. There was also medicine and bandages, weapons and armor, tools to maintain them... Essentially everything which a military company needed on the march.

Fenrir had stripped the armor from the soldiers' bodies before burning them, and while most of the gear was damaged in one way or another, little was beyond repair, so Nelith dutifully noted it down. It took them several hours to finish the list, by which point the sun was slipping behind the peaks to the west.

Stretching, Nelith rose from the small table she had been sitting at for the past few hours. "Okay, that looks like everything. Good work, girls, I'm sure the chief will appreciate this."

"He better," Kira groaned, flopping into a nearby canvas chair. "My back is killing me."

Yumiko sat down as well, with slightly more grace. "It still beats being chased by those soldiers," she said, indicating the smoke still rising zily just beyond the wall.

"Suppose I can't argue with that, but it doesn't mean I have to like it."

"But it's worth it, though, if Daddy- ...is ...pleased..." Chellise blushed furiously under the curious looks of the other succubi, trailing off uncertainly.

Nelith smirked. "So he is your daddy now?"

"He, um, he said I could call him that, if I want..." Chellise whispered, voice now almost inaudible.

"Well, it's about time you stopped pretending you weren't into that," Kira said unconcernedly. "It's really not as weird as you seem to think. I mean, Yumiko over here is into being thrown around like a rag doll. Compared to that-"

"Hey, I'm not into being thrown around. I-"

But she got no further as Kira continued, unheeding. "Compared to that, wanting a big strong man to take care of you and baby you a little is downright vanil. Hell, I wouldn't mind that kind of treatment from time to time."

"Well, when you put it like that, I see your point," Nelith said, looking thoughtful. "I'm usually into getting it a bit rougher, but that does sound nice."

There was a moment's silence, then Yumiko shivered. "It's starting to get cold. Is there anything else we need to do, or can we go inside now?"

"No, that's everything," Nelith replied, picking up the manifest she had spent the st few hours writing. "It does get chilly quick this high in the mountains, doesn't it?"

"It's beautiful here, though," Yumiko murmured, almost to herself. The rest nodded in agreement, preparing to head inside.

In the kitchens, they found the fire already relit, all the other succubi clustered around it and speaking softly amongst themselves. "I see you're working hard," Nelith quipped sarcastically. "It didn't occur to you that we might like some help?"

Lilli looked up. "I'm sorry, Nelith. After we were done here I took the opportunity to go speak with Master Fenrir, and after that, well, I needed some time to recover."

Nelith's eyebrows briefly tried to disappear into her hair, before she smirked. "Oh. I see. And let me guess, the same for you, Aimi?"

"I was going to come help, but when Master fucks you, you don't just walk it off. My legs still feel funny."

The red-skinned succubus sighed in defeat. "Okay, I get it. Where is the chief, anyway?"

"He was going to keep exploring the castle when he dropped me off here. I would have thought he'd be done by now, though. It's not that big," Lilli said, poking through a box of food and spices the others had brought in with them. "Hmm, I think I can make a decent dinner with this."

After Fenrir had finished exploring, he had exited the castle by a small postern gate and headed back to the clearing to finish the burial of the succubi. Once done, he rested a hand on the memorial and murmured, "I never had a chance to know you, but I have honored you as best I could. More for your sisters' sake than yours, I admit, but I will do what I believe you would have wanted; I will try my best to ensure your sisters don't join you before their time." He lingered a moment longer in silence before turning and walking back to the castle.

At the main gate, he caught a familiar scent. Safara had passed this way, perhaps an hour ago. He followed her spoor down the path, a doubt forming in his mind. Upon reaching the old road, she had turned southeast, and judging from the distance between footprints, begun jogging. He followed, his suspicion crystalizing further with every step. When he saw that she had gnced back frequently as though expecting pursuit, suspicion became certainty, and he sprang into the fastest pace he could maintain without losing her trail.
