  The good, the bad, and the absolutely traumatizing events that have taken place over the course of my life. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve given up, been ashamed, and have hit rock bottom.

  If you’re struggling out there… whether it be with relationships, work, or life itself. Just know that you’re not alone. I’ve probably been through almost everything in the book and I’m here to tell you to keep going. Don’t give up no matter how hard it gets. Cry it out, punch it out (not on someone’s face) and go take that walk outside. Laugh as much as you can in this life… because I promise once it comes to an end, the biggest thing you’ll want to leave behind are the memories you’ve made with the people you love.

  We are survivors. We are warriors... and somehow, someway… I truly believe it gets better at some point.
