At that point, they no longer need precepts, and can naturally conform to their heavenly nature. For example, a young man who is prone to lust will be stuck at the level of Scattered Immortal if he does not have strong precepts to restrain him. But after becoming an Earth Immortal through cultivation, he will no longer be obsessed with women. Therefore, the Scattered Immortal Precepts are the most numerous, while the Heavenly Immortal Precepts are the fewest."
