Volume 2 Tian Nan ? Xuan Qing Chapter 14 Tian Nan Supports the Pillar, Lofty and Mysterious
Less than half a time, Lu Lun saw his own sword yesterday and was in high spirits today. He shouted "Drive" loudly, swung his neck and sang: "Clouds play with the waves of the western lake, The white clouds of Wutai are confused with the lotus flowers, Cranes dance together on the top of the three yang, Snow people live after the orchid peak. People outside the world searched everywhere, Finally found the high mountain stream curve.
He paused for a moment, took a deep breath, and continued to sing: "The sound of the bell echoes in the valley, The dragon spring jade bureau is accompanied by the horse dragon, The sacred response Buddha's head and horse ears, The slanting sun nineteen never moves. Leisurely, the southern sky bestows the holy peak, The heroic generation emerges from within."
This melody is high and majestic, soaring far up into the clouds, lingering on and on without end.
The sound of Lu Lun's song had just faded away, when a melodious and gentle voice like that of an oriole came from the carriage: "The sunset moves with ten thousand flowers and Yang Creek, the vast and majestic Jin Creek and Lingquan are equal, the white stone twin lotus conceals the immortal, the plum and peach blossoms are in two places and together they surpass Australia, the green jade dragon creek is clear and emerald between, don't say that the heroic peak is alone and good, the stream water follows and surrounds with gentle feelings."
The two voices were like a duet, with one high and the other low, one loud and the other soft, their words matching perfectly, as if they had been rehearsing together for a long time.
Luozhi Han had never heard such a wonderful voice before, and when he thought of the person in the car, he was stunned for a moment.
Lu Shao Hang and Lian Tian, Lu Lun both burst out laughing. Gu Bai Yun saw Luo Zhi Han didn't quite understand the meaning of the lyrics, so he said: "This song respectively contains the names of the 19 peaks of Diancang Mountain and the 18 streams. The first part is like a towering mountain peak that reaches high into the clouds, while the other part is like a winding stream that flows slowly and quietly."
And the names of our Diancang Sect's Nineteenth Road Swordsmanship are also taken from these mountain and stream names, so it is natural for Diancang disciples to recite them fluently. Rong'er has been familiar with Diancang since childhood and can also recite them freely!
Originally Cangshan, also known as Cangshan, is composed of 19 mountain peaks from north to south, starting from Erhai Dengchuan in the north and ending at Xiaguan Tiensheng Bridge in the south, like a green barrier, standing on the west bank of Erhai Lake.
As early as the 8th century, the king of Nanzhao, Piluoge, imitated the practice of the Central Plains regime and decreed that the famous mountains and rivers within the territory of Nanzhao be designated as the Five Peaks and Four Rivers. Diancang Mountain was designated as the Middle Peak, corresponding to Mount Song in the Central Plains, showing its high status.
Cangshan's nineteen peaks, majestic and magnificent, form a strong contrast with the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake. These nineteen peaks stand upright, piercing the sky.
The peaks are listed from north to south as follows: Yunong, Canglang, Wutai, Lianhua, Baiyun, Heyun, Sanyang, Lanfeng, Xueren, Yingyue, Guanyin, Zhonghe, Longquan, Yujü, Malong, Shengying, Fotou, Mamer, Xiayang.
The Cangshan Mountain has 19 peaks, with two peaks on either side of a stream, and there are 18 streams in total. According to historical records, the innermost part of the mountain is like an archery bow, with each peak flanked by a stream, and from the top of the mountain, waterfalls cascade down to form the 18 streams. The streams flow eastward, sometimes hidden and sometimes visible, with flowers floating on the surface, decorating the Cangshan Mountain and Dali, before finally emptying into Erhai Lake.
Shibajian Creek from north to south, its arrangement is: Xiayi, Wanhua, Yangxi, Mangchong, Jinci, Lingshui, Baishi, Shuangyuan, Yinxian, Meixi, Taohai, Zhongxi, Lvyu, Longxi, Qingbi, Mozan, Tienmeng, Yangnan.
More than a hundred years ago, the ancestor of Diancang Sect, Yue Zu Shi, opened up Diancang Mountain and established the sect. He was chivalrous and righteous, standing out in the Jianghu world, and thus the Diancang Sect was passed down. Based on his comprehension of the nineteen peaks of Diancang Mountain and the flow of its eighteen streams, Yue Zu Shi created the famous Diancang Nineteen Road Swordsmanship that would later shake the world.
Luozhi Han listened to Gu Baiyun's detailed account of the origin of this school, and his heart was filled with both admiration and respect. This Tian Nan Di Cang School was indeed worthy of being considered one of the seven major schools in the Jianghu!
The crowd continued westward, about three or four hours later, and had already bypassed the city of Dali. In the distance, a peak suddenly appeared in front of them, which was towering and green compared to the surrounding low hills. It stood out in front, and there were also strange peaks looming in the distance behind it.
"This is Diāo Cāng's nineteenth peak, Zhēn Yáng Fēng, the first peak to greet the southern sun." Gu Bái Yún pointed at the mountain peak and said to Luò Zhǐ Hán.
Under the slanting sun, beside a big tree on the side of the main road, there is a row of houses. Under the tree, there is a square pavilion with four corners. Although it's a bit old, it still looks majestic. Inside the pavilion, there is a stone table and several stone stools around it.
There were three people in the pavilion, all dressed in green shirts and square hats. As soon as they saw Lu Shaohang and his entourage riding over on horseback, they hastily stood up and came out of the pavilion to greet them. This was the first welcoming point for guests from the Diancang Sect at the foot of Diancang Mountain.
The crowd paused for a moment, and then the three of them came over together to pay their respects.
"Disciple Zheng Lin met with Master Shi and several senior brothers, not expecting Master Shi and the senior brothers to return so soon. I'll go prepare to notify those on the mountain." Among the three, the leader was Lian Tian's 16th junior brother Zheng Lin. After standing up, Zheng Lin walked forward while signaling to his two junior brothers behind him, one to send a signal to their sect and the other to prepare lunch.
He knew the mission of Master Bo, so now he is in high spirits with Master Bo and all the fellow disciples, naturally it's a smooth journey, although he is only the sixteenth disciple, but also very happy.
Behind him, a young apprentice hastily pulled out a long tube shaped like a firework from his sleeve. This was Dian Cang's unique signal "Tian Hua Fei Shang Shan". The young apprentice pulled the fuse on the outside of the "Tian Hua Fei Shang Shan" with force and held it upright in his hand, making a "whooshing" sound. A blue light shot up into the sky, exploding about 200 meters above ground, forming a firework about one meter in diameter, extremely eye-catching.
Everyone hastily finished their meal, and it was already noon.
Another group of people got on their horses and headed west, passing by the foot of Ma'er Peak, Foding Peak, and Shengying Peak. Luo Zhihan followed Zhao Yangfeng through many places, seeing many new landscapes, but couldn't help being enchanted by the scenery of Diancang Peaks.
Some mountain peaks are towering and steep, while others are lush and deep. Especially when looking at the highest peak of Cangshan from a distance - Malong Peak, the middle of the mountain is still lush and green, but the top of the mountain is covered with snow, magnificent and beautiful. At this moment, the sunlight shines on the crystal-like snowy peaks, radiant and dazzling, and people can't help but be amazed from afar.
The peaks are connected, and between every two of them, there is a stream, the sound of water flowing faintly, as if it's there but not quite. Accompanied by the calls of birds in the valley and butterflies fluttering about, it truly is an earthly paradise.
Lu Zhihan was already intoxicated in the beautiful scenery, and Wan Rou had also gotten out of the carriage, standing side by side with Lu Lun on the driver's seat, admiring the view and chatting and laughing together.
Luozhi Han only saw Lian Wanrou's slender feet swaying back and forth on the edge of the carriage, looking extremely cute and infatuated.
A group of people rushed to the foot of Malong Peak, and as soon as they turned around a small hill, they wanted to head up the mountain again. Eight or nine people came running towards them, and Luo Zhihan saw that they were wearing the same green shirts and square hats as the people at the foot of Xiayang Mountain, so they must be disciples of Diancang.
Gu Baiyun lightly urged "Black Cloud" to rush forward, and they arrived in front of the horse carriage. Lian Tian dismounted his horse, and Luo Zhihan also followed suit after seeing Lian Tian get off his horse.
Among the crowd of Qing Dynasty disciples, there were three people who came running first, all around 22 or 23 years old. The one on the right was a bit chubby, with a white face and a very harmonious appearance, who was Lin Ruochi's fifth junior brother Sun Hui Guang.
The man on the left had a square face, dark skin, and looked sturdy. He was Luo Tian, the third junior brother of Lu Shaoxing among Gu Baiyun's three great disciples.
The man in the middle was neither tall nor thin, and his appearance was quite handsome, but his eyes were too sharp and piercing, exactly like Lian Tian's fourth junior brother Hu Xing.
Everyone came forward and bowed to Gu Baiyun, saying: "Disciple pays respects to Master Uncle!"
Gu Baiyun nodded and said: "Alright, let's all get up!"
In the mountains, there was a burst of cheerful voices and laughter. Lu Lun had something important to attend to and didn't get off the car. Even when Wan Rou and everyone else got off to chat and laugh, she still didn't get off the car, but instead sat in Lu Lun's car and headed towards Xuan Qing Temple, which was located halfway up the mountain.
Gu Baiyun and Lu Shaoxing led the way after paying their respects to the younger disciples and junior masters, while a group of disciples followed behind, surrounding Lian Tian and Luo Zhihan as they walked up the mountain with the horse carriage. The reins of the horses in Lian Tian and Luo Zhihan's hands had already been taken over by a young junior master.
"Second Brother, have you seen our swords? Aren't they especially sharp? With our 'White Stone Sword Technique', it must be very satisfying to use!" Sun Hui Guang had been making rapid progress in practicing the "White Stone Sword Technique" recently and received many praises from his teacher Liu. He couldn't help but ask eagerly.
Before Lian Tian could respond, the younger disciples rushed to answer: "Second Brother's family is the number one sword casting manor in Tiān Nán, and Uncle Lian's relationship with us at Dian Cang is so good. This time, the treasured sword they cast will naturally be the best!"
Lian Tian Xiao laughed: "To be honest, I really haven't tried using a sword yet!"
He saw everyone was a bit disappointed and added: "However, my father and Shifu have tried them before, they said they were all good swords."
How could the crowd not know about Master Bai and Tian Nan's first swordsmith, Lian Ri Feng's martial arts and reputation? What they said was naturally true, and suddenly there was a burst of applause.
Lian Tian saw Luo Zhihan and humbly followed him, then pulled Luo Zhihan over to introduce him to everyone: "This is the junior brother of Master Bo's good friend, Luo Zhihan from the South Sea Sword Sect."
Luozhi Han hurriedly bowed and greeted those around him, while a group of young junior brothers all chimed in with "we've long admired you".
Lian Tian waited for Luo to stop the cold, got up and pulled him over to introduce Fifth Brother Sun Hui Guang and Third Brother Luo Tien of their master's door. Sun Hui Guang was enthusiastic and busy saying good things, while Luo Tien was honest and steady, also humbly greeting each other.
Lian Tian turned around and pointed at Hu Xing, then said to Luo Zhi Han: "This is my fourth junior brother Hu Xing. The 'Buddha's Top Sword' technique is the best among us brothers, and Fifth Master often praises him!"
Luo Zhi hastened forward and bowed: "I've long heard of Master Hu's great reputation, today I finally get to meet you, what an honor!"
Hu Xing burst out laughing and, taking advantage of the momentum, grasped Luo Zhihan's hands with both of his own, saying: "The reputation of the Nanhai Sword Sect has spread far and wide. Today, I have the good fortune to meet you in person - it's truly wonderful!"
One side spoke, one side used both hands with force, Luo Zhi only felt his bones colliding in his hands, almost cracking open. He hastily circulated his internal energy to protect himself. However, after repeatedly urging several paths of inner strength, it was like trying to hold water in his hands - there was no trace or shadow, and the painful feeling on his hands increased without decreasing. His face suddenly turned pale, and he found it hard to speak.
Lian Tian lightly patted Luo Zhi's right shoulder and said, "Alright, everyone has met now. Shibo is already very far ahead of us, let's hurry up and catch up!"
Hu Xing only felt a strong force suddenly coming, with an overwhelming momentum, and he didn't dare to resist it head-on. He popped his hands open and had no choice but to let go, saying: "Yes, we're going up quickly, and Liu Shu is also waiting for Shifu!"
He thought to himself, "Master has always praised Second Brother's rapid progress in martial arts, it seems he was right. With such internal energy, I'm afraid only Eldest Brother and Lu Brother can compare!"
Lian Tianyi pulled the reins to stop the cold, and the surrounding crowd didn't notice that the majority of the disciples had gone up the mountain to chase after Shifu and the horse carriage.
Just now, Lian Tian used his internal force to shock Hu Xing open and then brought out Shifu. It was really a well-considered move, giving both a warning and a way out for Hu Xing. Now, seeing Luo Zhihan not speaking a word, he lightly patted him and smiled slightly, indicating that he shouldn't take it to heart.
Luo Zhihan was just in unbearable pain, when he suddenly felt a gentle force spreading from his right shoulder throughout his body. Instantly, the pain disappeared and burst out of his hands, shocking Hu Xing. His entire body's meridians were extremely comfortable after being circulated by this inner force, it was indescribable.
He was deeply grateful in his heart, thinking that the two days he saw Lu Shaohang, Lian Tian, and even Lu Lun's martial arts internal strength were so powerful, himself not even Hu Xing could be their opponent, it can be seen that Dian Cang's reputation is well-deserved. However, after seeing Gu Shibo, Lu Shaohang, Lian Tian, and Lu Lun, they are all such gentlemen, he admires Dian Cang even more.
Malong Peak is the most towering among the nineteen peaks of Diancang, but the Xuanqing Temple of Diancang Sect is located in the lush greenery of the half-mountain waist. The road is not very steep, and the wide road along the way has sparse branches on both sides, with beautiful scenery.
Luozhi Han felt that they had only walked a few turns, about four or five miles, when they turned over a mountain and the crowd cheered up.
He looked up and saw a large Taoist temple in front of him, the gate was not very high or magnificent, but it had a heroic spirit, directly facing the top of Ma Long Mountain. From a distance, it seemed like a soaring eagle spreading its wings to fly in the sky. Behind it, there were many connected courtyards hidden among the green trees, which was exactly the famous Qing Cheng Taoist Temple of Mount Qingcheng.
In front of the gate, Gu Baiyun had already dismounted, and Lu Lun ordered Xiao Qi and Si Tui to come over and lead "Hei Yun", instructing them to take good care of it. He then unloaded the horse that was pulling the carriage and personally went to shout at several sturdy junior brothers to carry the well-packed sword box. Amidst the cheers of his fellow disciples, he followed Master Gu into the grand hall behind.
Lian Tian and Luo Zhihan, Hu Xing, Sun Hui Guang, Luo Tian and many fellow disciples also entered the Guanmen, heading towards the main hall. After passing through a very large inner courtyard, the main hall of the Xuanyi Temple, Yunyuan Hall, arrived. In the middle of the hall were three chairs, below which was a floor made entirely of marble, clean and solemn. As soon as the disciples entered the hall, it suddenly became quiet.
Now in the great hall, there were only two people left, Lu Lun and another young man with a white cloth wrapped around his head, who was laughing softly. He was Lian Tian's third junior brother, Qian Ren, a member of the White Clan.
When people meet, they rarely miss an opportunity for a chat and a laugh.
Luozhi Han knew that the Bai people of Dali were quite prosperous, so when he introduced Lian Tian, he was also very respectful to Qianren. Qianren was very kind and humble, although his Mandarin was not fluent, he said "I don't dare" repeatedly, and bowed down at the same time.
"Shibo and Lu Shixiong, Yun Shixiong has taken the sword box into the back hall to see Shifu. Shishu just came out and also rushed over. I'll wait here with San Shixiong first." Rulun said, the Yun Shixiong he mentioned was Gu Baiyun's second disciple, Yun Yuan.
Everyone was speaking in hushed tones and laughing.
"Second Brother is back, that's great! Quickly tell us, how sharp is the sword Uncle Lian forged? What does it look like?" A crisp and tender voice came from the side hall. Before the voice had even faded away, Luo Zhihan felt a flash of light before his eyes, and two beautiful girls were standing in front of him.
A goose-yellow shirt, a light purple cloud skirt, and behind them two green-clad girls, all of whom are as beautiful as jade, filling the room with fragrance. The light purple cloud skirt girl asked a question in front of Lian Tian, but the next sentence was directed at Ru Lun, her voice like the first chirp of an oriole, the return of a swallow to its nest, pleasant and moving.
Luo Zhi's heart skipped a beat, was there really such a moving voice in this world?
