Once inside the temple, Mari sat down on the closest bench, closing her eyes for a moment she focused on the intent to make the temple better.
Quickly pressing yes Mari focused on the image she had in mind. She replaced the marble in the walls with obsidian and made the stone worship pews into dark wood.
After that, she imagined several support beams across the ceiling -potential perches for thieves.
Finally, she crossed her fingers and hoped that underneath the statue there would be a hidden passageway that would lead to the barracks and living quarters.
Ju’s temple had the barracks and living quarters below deck and extended underneath the ground, while Su’s had a rather fancy appearance. She wanted Au’s to be just as unique.
When she opened her eyes Mari was happy to see the changes had fit her imagination perfectly, even the doors that had once led off to the barracks and living quarters were gone and she hoped that meant they were now somewhere under the statue.
With that done Mari left the temple and was greeted by the three messengers. Cloud and Wave seemed a bit annoyed but Trick was still smiling
“Okay, I’m done now. Uh, what happens next?” She asked fiddling with her fingers.
“Now we claim the temples for our deities, doing this will use up all the divine power in these bodies and our conciseness will thus return to our original forms.” Cloud explained.
“So we have to say goodbye now,” Trick pouted but a moment later was cheerfully bouncing around again “I hope I get to meet you again, you're pretty interesting.” With that, he entered Au’s temple.
“Farewell,” Wave nodded and then walked into Ju’s temple without a second glance back.
“The Goddess and I appreciate your work,” Cloud gave a slight bow and entered Su’s temple.
It was only moments later that three large beams of light shot into the sky, purple, blue, and gold. Mari was once again alone.
“Looks like I managed one of the hidden tasks but not the other. I should check how many credits I have now…” Mari trailed off and looked around.

“But first I want to go back to my workroom, do I have to make the cathedral out here or can I go back?”
“Thank you thank you thank you” Mari mumbled and speed walked back to the tree quickly reentering her workroom.
At her entrance, Nuit barked, “Oh! I’m so sorry Nuit I forgot to bring you along.” She picked the fox up and cuddled her.
“That was exhausting and I really want a nap, but first let's make the Cathedral.” Mari sighed and put Nuit on her shoulder.
“Let’s start with the Hero’s Hall,” Mari decided. Once purchased she got a new screen with several basic building blocks, very reminiscent of Minecraft, as well as a list of things the Hall will need to count as a Hero's Hall.
"Right, I should really check what my new total of credits is before I start spending." Mari quickly opened her personal screen and checked. "2,526 credits, somehow I feel like that's going to disappear fast."
With a slightly reluctant sigh, Mari purchased all three required parts for a total of 400 credits.
Then she returned to the construction screen, first, she built a large building. From the outside, she wanted it to look similar to an actual cathedral from her memories so she spent several hours making it as close as she could and hoped when she finished everything it would work like the temples and change to fit her imagination.
Then she left the 3d point of view and entered first person, similar to a game so that she could get a better look at the entrance. First, she placed the Record of Accomplishments right next to the entrance.
It looked like a large pillar it was mostly empty right now but the names of the Warriors from before were written at the bottom as well as their level and that they successfully killed one forest Wolf but left the quest uncompleted.
After that Mari put the single Personal Tracker Station a few feet to the right of the record. It looked like a bit like an ATM.
Finally was the Library of Collected Knowledge which currently looked like a single bookshelf that stood alone by the right wall.
In the end, it was really rather empty, but Mari decided to make all the halls first before she went about decorating.
Next, Mari bought the Hall of Memories, there was still a lot to do before she could sleep.
