"In 1922, British archaeologist Lord Carnarvon excavated the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun from Egypt's 18th dynasty, and the treasures that were unearthed caused a sensation around the world due to their sheer quantity and immense value."
I was fortunate enough to see those artifacts from thousands of years ago in a large museum during my study abroad in the UK, including mummies of pharaohs, each one is priceless, and some are comparable to the collections in China's National Museum.
Old Guo heard about Cha Wenbin's curse and continued to say to us:
However, a more sensational event occurred 51 months later: all the first batch of workers and archaeologists who entered Tutankhamun's tomb died painfully from a mysterious disease, including Lord Carnarvon, the organizer of that excavation.
For the next sixty years, archaeologists and medical experts tried every means to unravel the mystery of the sudden deaths of the first excavators, but to no avail. As a result, many people could only attribute this mysterious collective death event to the "Curse of the Pharaohs": The ancient Egyptian kings made a curse before their death to prevent others from digging up their tombs, cursing those who dared to enter their tomb, and Lord Carnarvon and his men were killed by the pharaoh's curse.
In principle, I am a person who believes in science. Although I have also seen some things that science cannot explain with my own eyes, I really do not want to accept such an absurd story.
"Is it really cursed?"
Regarding the research topic of Tutankhamun's curse, in 1974 I attempted to propose at Cambridge University that this ancient curse originated from a distant Eastern land, namely China. At the time, I quoted a passage from "The Classic of Mountains and Seas": South of the Western Sea, on the banks of the Flowing Sands, after the Red Water and before the Black Water, there is a great mountain called Kunlun Qiu. There is a god with a human face and tiger body, with markings and a tail, all white, dwelling in it.
It is well known that Egypt's Sphinx has always been an unsolved mystery, and our Da Huang Xi Jing clearly mentions "there are gods with tiger bodies."
Zha Wenbin interrupted Old Gu's conversation and said: "This refers to the Kunlun vein, from today's Sichuan to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau."
"Then let me ask you," said Gu Lao with a smile, "Did the Xia Dynasty really exist? Was the era of Yao and Shun a legend or a myth?"
Mr. Cha Wenbin was still thinking when Old Gu continued, "There is no textual or material evidence to prove this history, just like we couldn't prove the existence of the Shang Dynasty in the past. Archaeology is a science that emphasizes argumentation. It wasn't until 1928, when the ruins of the Shang Dynasty were excavated in Anyang, Henan, that the existence of this dynasty was formally proven. I heard that Mr. Cha is a member of China's indigenous Taoist religion, so let me ask you, is the Investiture of the Gods true or false?"
Zha Wenbin smiled wryly and said: "In my heart, it is true, but if the teacher asks me to produce evidence, I also cannot prove it. Just like what you said about whether the Xia Dynasty existed or not."
"Never mind, science can make assumptions. First propose a hypothesis and then argue or refute it. Let's assume that those dynasties existed and the legends are true. I'll hypothesize that from ancient Emperor Yan to Da Yu, the emperors in Chinese ancient history actually ruled over all of Asia and North Africa. Then, the first dynasty of Ancient Egypt was actually established by a descendant of Emperor Yan! And the Sumerian civilization in Mesopotamia was actually the 'San Miao' civilization! Also known as 'Shou Ma'. Shou Ma, San Miao, and Sumer are actually the same tribe. The so-called Akkadian Empire in Mesopotamia is actually a Cantonese pronunciation of 'Xia Kai Emperor', Xia Kai Empire ruled over all of Asia and Egypt, and China's Emperor Yao was actually an Egyptian, I think you can't accept this result. But don't worry, the scientific community has already proven that human origins are from Africa, and world civilization originated from Africa and spread to the whole world."
"In the Chinese academic circle, it has always been believed that the origin of Chinese civilization is from the Yellow River Basin, dominated by the Central Plains culture. However, I personally hold a conservative view. Moreover, the Xia Dynasty in ancient Chinese history not only existed but was also a huge empire without precedent or successor! The Xia in Xia Dynasty should actually be read as 'ha' in Cantonese, rather than 'xia'. Similarly, Xia Hou Yi should be read as 'Hahauhoi'. In fact, the Xia Dynasty was established by the Xiahou clan. The Xiahou Dynasty is actually the Ahah Dynasty around 3000 BC! The capital of the Ahah Dynasty was not in Egypt but in the Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region of China, and possibly in western Sichuan."
At that time, Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan was the center of the world and the central region where the capital city of Emperor Yan in ancient Chinese history is located! The Xia Hou Wang Dynasty, also known as the Aha Dynasty, was a vast empire as early as 3000 BC, covering the entire Asia and North Africa.
The so-called "Taikang Lost State" is actually the Emperor Yan's Ahah tribe, also known as the Xiahou clan's Bailing, who lost his country due to indulgence in female charm. The Xiahou clan's Bailing is actually the famous Enmebaragesi discovered on the oracle bones of the Two Rivers region. Enmebaragesi is a phonetic translation by Westerners of the cuneiform script of the Two Rivers region, and it is actually the Cantonese pronunciation of "Gao Mi Bailing Gao Xin".
Around 2800 BC, in the ancient times, it was not a primitive society as described in textbooks. People were very rich and it was a world of lust. The social atmosphere was quite decadent. Yan Emperor's grandson Bo Ling and Huangdi's clan member Han Liu fought over a woman, triggering a great war in the ancient world. In the end, Bo Ling of the Yan Emperor lineage lost his throne.
After that, Xia Hou Qi led the army to Western Asia and recovered Asia. However, the empire soon disintegrated. After that, the Night Lang Dynasty closed its doors and isolated itself for 471 years until the invasion of the Yin people in 1598 BC. The Xia Hou Dynasty established by the Night Lang tribe officially came to an end. This Night Lang tribe continued for more than two thousand years until it disappeared during the Western Han dynasty.
"This is the main historical thread from around 3000 BC to 1598 AD. The ancient Chinese history in Chinese classics, especially after Qin fire, most of the historical records come from folk legends and are full of errors. The recorded Xia Dynasty history is actually the history since Emperor Yan."
I've already been confused after hearing all these, I only care about the so-called curse of Zha Wenbin, and asked: "What does that have to do with the curse?"
"First, let me finish speaking. In ancient times, the world was governed by religion. It is said that in the past, when Xia Dynasty proclaimed itself an empire, distant countries brought tributes of gold and paintings of all things, and the nine provinces offered countless treasures. Yu of Xia cast bronze tripods, inscribing all things on them, so that everything was prepared, allowing people to distinguish between gods and demons."
The so-called shepherd of the nine states, Da Yu cast the nine tripod to stabilize the mountains and rivers. The word "pastor" is actually a "witch" character. In ancient times, the actual rulers of each state were all great witch doctors, not Liu Bei's Yuzhou pastor in the Three Kingdoms period. During the time of Da Yu, the nine witches, or the shepherds of the nine states, presented maps to him, which can be seen that Da Yu was actually the ruler of the nine states. And Da Yu's territory covered the entire Asia, northeastern Africa and Alaska in North America. From this, it can be seen that Da Yu was a world-renowned figure at that time.
Why can I assert this? The records of Da Yu's water control are embodied in civilizations all over the world:
The Bible, Genesis records that due to human evil on earth, God decided to destroy the world's civilization. God ordered Noah to build a giant ark and put at least one pair of every living thing in it. The flood came and destroyed all life on earth, only those in Noah's ark were saved. After the water receded, Noah and his family continued to live on new land. They became the ancestors of various nations in the Middle East.
In Mesopotamian mythology, the wind god and king of the gods Enlil was annoyed by the noise of humans, so he sent a flood, drought, and plague to destroy them. However, the benevolent water god Enki taught Atra-Khasis irrigation, grain storage, and medicine, allowing humanity to survive.
The Mayan Indians have a sacred book called the "Popol Vuh", which also contains an account of the flood sent by the gods to punish humanity. The book tells how the gods created humans at first, but this was not a very successful experiment. The gods first made figures of men out of wood and gave them the power of speech. These wooden men later lost their favor because they forgot the existence of their creators. So the gods decided to send a flood to destroy humanity...
"Isn't the wooden man here similar to Nüwa creating humans in ancient Chinese mythology?"
I will continue to say: "Shan Hai Jing? Hai Nei Pian" records: "The flood flooded the sky, Gun stole the soil to cover up the flood." ; "Mengzi? Teng Wen Gong" records: "At that time, the world was not yet peaceful. The flood flowed horizontally and overflowed all over the world; the water flowed backwards, overflowing China." And in 1979, UNESCO and Chinese scholars jointly participated in a survey, which also pointed out that excavations along the coast of East China all indicated that there was a period of time when the coastline was farther away from the current coastline... and that time coincided with around 3000-2000 BC.
What does this mean? It means that the so-called flood in the cradle of civilization all over the world occurred in ancient China, and at that time Da Yu was the ruler of the world.
After the completion of Da Yu's nine tripod cauldrons, they were respectfully placed in the ancestral temple, and outsiders could not see their true appearance.
The nine tripods thus became a symbol of the regime and an object of contention for all under heaven. Why should they contend for the nine tripods? The nine tripods are merely nine bronze vessels, even if they were nine golden ones, their value would still be limited. Why do heroes from all over the world want to contend for it?
Zha Wenbin said: "The symbol of the emperor is like the Heirloom Seal of the Realm, the ancients emphasized proper names and words."
"No, what they were fighting for was not the nine tripod cauldrons as bronze, but the world map and product map on the nine tripod cauldrons. Their value is greater than that of bronze. The magic, maps, transportation routes, mineral guides, desert water resources maps, and animal and plant distribution maps on the nine tripod cauldrons were a precious encyclopedia at that time, with it, there was a basis for asking for the tripod to dominate the world. Just like Mr. Jin Yong's "Dragon Slaying Sword", when the sword is out, who dares to compete with it? The treasure sword dominates the world and no one dares to disobey, Zhang Wuji finally understood that how can a sword dominate the world, of course, it is the "Wumu Legacy" military strategy book that can achieve this."
