Hello my name's Charles Shamrock or Kain Shamrock either works I'm sitting in a train currently but not by choice here's what happened. My day started out normal I got out of bed and went to a mirror which I headed how badly my black hair was and even now I'm questioning why my eyes turned a golden color like actual eye color not that iron illness when you lack it. I combed my hair getting ready for the day and when I finally got done my mom yelled up to me "Kain breakfast is ready!!!" I yell back down to her "Be right down" I start getting dressed which sometimes was hard for being 6'4" especially trying to stay on one leg sometimes. The pants took a bit longer due to a certain dog we had chewing the knee parts of the pants... I swear that dog needs to be trained. When I finally got my pants on and my shirt and shoes I grabbed my glasses and headed downstairs to the kitchen while passing alot of old photos from our ancestors. I stopped periodically to pray to them so they don't get forgotten then I headed the rest of the way and took a left to the kitchen saying "Mornin mom and dad." I went over to the table and took a seat next to dad which said "Morning son, dog ate your pants again?" I sigh saying "Yeah we really need to get her trained." He chuckled a bit as my mom brought over food for us saying "She's only a puppy." Then I said "She's starting to grow grey hairs mom she's long past a puppy." She sits my plate Infront of me and I start eating the eggs and bacon but as I'm eating a car pulls up it looked like one of those old mafia cars they used to drive but I'm not sure why I thought used to when they just got built. I immediately jumped up saying "dang forgot that needle on a string... Still not sure what it is I'll be back." I rush upstairs not knowing things would turn sour. When I reached my room I grabbed the box where the needle was held and I took it with me back downstairs and as I reach the bottom of the steps my dad says "Son get in the basement now." I looked confused then he yells "NOW HURRY!!!!" I have no idea what's happening but I went to the basement that was under the stairs and I closed the door. I waited for a while then I heard my dad talking to someone... Well heard is an understatement it's more like mumbling so I couldn't hear what they said. Before I could think of coming up I hear gunshots and two people collapsing to the ground. In shock I ran to the escape tunnel and started to crawl my way out which took a while with how long it took. By the time I was ready to head back I reached the end and opened the hatch to climb out and I ended up in a field. I looked back toward my home to see it was on fire and before I could think of going back home I stuck to the escape plan and I started heading toward the train station which would take a while due to it being 4 miles away. I started my walk towards the train station through the what seems like endless field. About three hours later I started following the edge of the road and eventually coming up to a gas station that's across the road from a wheat field... Which in honesty I thought was a horrible spot for a wheat field. I walked up to the gas station while it just turned night and I end up seeing my friend jack he was working on his car as usual which I don't know why he wanted to get one from the junkyard though... Probably cheaper I guess. I headed up to him and said "Hey jack-o'-lantern Jack." He says "har har har just cause I got my head stuck in one that one Halloween it's become a full on nickname." I laugh a bit then I said "Also you've been groaning you wanted to dye your hair orange for the longest time the pumpkin thing was just the flame to the candle bud." We laugh a little then he says "What are you doing out this far? Parents gone again?" I look down sad then I said "they were killed just a few hours ago by someone and I don't know who." He looks shocked then says "Oh man sorry to hear that..... So you're heading to the train station huh." I nod and since he knows I wouldn't ask him for a ride he says "Alright let me finish up something's and we'll-" before he could finish a meteor hit the wheat field catching it on fire but before we could get some fire extinguisher the fire ended up flowing toward the meteor extinguishing itself but leaving a path. I got curious and I started walking toward the wheat field across the street even though Jack didn't want me to. When I reached the other side I headed down the path the flames left and I felt the box I was holding get hot. I opened the box to see the needle glowing and as I kept walking for a good 10 yards I ended up seeing a needle like mine lodged into the ground. I moved towards it hoping to pick it up it started turning into flames then flowed towards my needle and it started fusing with it making it grow a little. I stood there confused as I saw an image of a pendant flash in my mind but I was confused to what it mean. Before I confused myself more I headed back towards the gas station and by that time Jack was already getting the car read and when I came back he asked "What was it?" I looked at him confused then said "A needle like mine but it fused with mine." He looked confused then he said "Did you see an image of a pendant?" I nod then he took out a needle on a string like I do but his was smaller. I asked him "When did you get that?" He responds "Family heirloom I guess and by yours it seems you have three needles in one." I looked confused but I just got in the car and buckled up and Jack soon followed. When he started up the car and started driving I looked out the window lost in thought and Jack knew not to disturb a mourning person when they don't want to be. It's been a few hours and we finally arrived at the train station and when he parked he asked "Mind if I come with? I think there's more to this than we think and I think these aren't needles just pieces." I nod then get out and to our surprise a train was waiting for us so I hurried to the ticket vendor then asked "Two tickets please." He responded "For you two it's free now hurry along." I looked confused but I ended up hurrying to the what I thought was a normal train. I climbed aboard and I sat down but in such a haste I finally realized everything was different.... Like there was a galaxy under my feet as a flooring. I knew I couldn't go back either way so I sat where I am now waiting to see what's ahead of us as the train started moving.
