Chapter 20: Hypnosis Again

  Chapter Twenty: Hypnosis Once More

"What's that, Jenny? You're hypnotizing?" Lisa and Lily both leaned in closer.

"I think it's better if you have troubles, to speak out. We're all sisters." This was said completely without the boldness of an American.

Catherine listened, her face turning red.

This thing can't be said, once it's said... then you'll become a laughing stock yourself.

Not mentioning what had almost happened earlier, her own distressing aftereffect also left her at a loss.

"Come on, give it a try, Kate!"

  They were all very excited.

"Well... maybe just a little look?" Catherine said reluctantly.

Then Jenny brought Catherine to the school infirmary and after a brief discussion with the teacher, she vacated a room.

"Treatment requires a quiet environment, you all go out first."

When Catherine heard Jenny's words, she felt a little relieved.

If it were just one person, then things would be a bit better.

But at this time, they pulled Jenny out together.

  "Huh?"

Catherine saw the sly smiles on Lily's face, but couldn't hear what they were saying.

Jenny was initially bewildered, but later followed with a sly smile.

"Right... don't forget about the most important thing~" Lily winked at Jenny.

"I can only say that hypnosis is not some kind of magical thing, it just makes the subconscious feel comfortable, and if she doesn't want to say something, she still won't say it."

Jenny said and then walked in, closing the door behind her.

"Alright, Kate, lie down on the bed."

Jenny said, taking off her own glasses.

For more than half a year, the freckles on Jenny's face have all disappeared. Now taking off her glasses, she actually gives people a feeling of an ugly duckling turning into a swan.

However, Jenny's outfit wasn't great, so that temperament didn't seem to be fully revealed.

Jenny doesn't seem to be bad at makeup. To know, she did Catherine's hair last time, and it was done in a flash, very quickly. She probably didn't want to go for a vain comparison?

Jenny took out the timer and turned it on.

  "Kate... now, try to relax..."

Catherine had an experience before, so this time she quickly got into it.

  "Kate, what's troubling you?"

  She asked softly.

  "I..."

Catherine was now in a state of semi-consciousness.

"I can't put it into words. I think about men every day, but at the same time, I detest them."

Catherine herself didn't know how to clearly express her situation, and in a daze, she only came up with an ambiguous answer.

Jenny raised an eyebrow, but she hadn't expected Catherine to bring up such a topic.

Maybe Jenny's hypnosis technique is better, or maybe Catherine can completely let go, what she is saying now is not Chinese but English, it seems also for her to understand.

  "Why don't you like men?"

"It's just annoying... extremely annoying... really very annoying..."

Catherine didn't want to mention what happened subconsciously, so she just said "I hate it".

"Have you felt anything unusual lately?"

"I feel empty and can't focus. I also don't like wearing skirts, it makes me feel even more hollow... During ballet training, when the teacher's hand touches my thigh, it makes my whole body tremble."

  "Alright, Kate."

Jenny didn't laugh or show any other expression, but said: "Men are not disgusting creatures, they are also human beings, just like us. Moreover, you should respect yourself, follow your instincts, and don't go against them, do you understand?"

Catherine seemed somewhat perplexed but nodded nonetheless.

"Okay, next I'll ask a few more questions..."

"Kate, what do you think of Aunt Susan?"

  Susan is their dorm mother.

"It's okay... When I first saw her, I was thinking, how can someone so chubby be so full of energy and standing guard at the dorm entrance every day."

"What do you think of Lily?"

"She seems to think of herself as an older sister, but in fact, I regard her as a younger sister."

  Jenny felt like laughing.

  "Where's Lisa?"

"She likes tight-fitting clothes, but every time I see her, I think of a full-body tights, waist cincher and so on. She's very modern, but it would be better if she were more classical."

  "Where's Aida?"

  "Very beautiful, very sexy..."

Her fingers were very powerful, this Catherine did not say.

  "What about me?"

"Typical ugly duckling turned swan, elegant demeanor but low presence, you'd better be more high-profile."

Jenny tilted her head and thought for a moment.

"Kate... what's your favorite brand of underwear?"

"I actually don't like underwear, so I often wear leotards as undergarments when practicing ballet. But for health reasons, I have no choice but to wear them..."

  "What's with the T-shape?"

"My favorite is C-cup, but I like looking at them rather than wearing them."

  C?

Jenny seems never to have heard of it.

  "Where is the bra?"

"I don't like it either. I heard there's a special kind that holds everything in, but still shows off the cherry, I want to see others wear..."

"Kate... who is your favorite person?"

  "Many..."

  Many?

What kind of answer is this?

  This is a reserved question!

Girls love gossiping, especially about boys they like.

  "Can you give an example?"

"Saber, Haruhi Suzumiya, Kyubey, Natalie, Audrey Hepburn..."

A series of names, Jenny seemed to have heard a few of them. However, the first one seemed somewhat strange.

  "Who is Saber?"

"Saber" means military sword or sidearm, doesn't seem like a person's name.

  "Altoria..."

  "Who is she?"

  "King Arthur."

  Jenny found it strange.

  "Isn't King Arthur a man?"

"If she were a girl, she would be very pretty."

It seems Catherine really doesn't like boys?

Jenny finally came to this conclusion.

Jenny's grandfather came from England, so she had also heard the legend of King Arthur. In fact, Jenny had admired King Arthur since she was a child.

In her impression, King Arthur should be a muscular man with thick hair and sharp eyes. But such a person is actually a girl in Catherine's eyes?

Oh my god, Jenny didn't know what to do with this matter. She thought that Catherine's sexual orientation seemed to have deviated a bit, and she needed to find an opportunity to clarify this with Catherine, but it could only be left like this for now.

"Alright Kate, those are all the questions. Now, follow me."

"I will follow my own instincts."

Catherine hesitated for a moment: "I will follow my own instincts."

"I will not be troubled by my own body, but rather take pride in it."

This is also an idea of American sex education.

"I will not be troubled by my own body, but rather take pride in it."

"I will submit to the will of the body rather than try to go against it."

This is mainly aimed at Catherine's current emotional distress. In Jenny's view, Catherine is completely because of her inability to let go, and she seems not to recognize that her identity and body are integrated. Although her words seem a bit excessive, she thinks this is just right for Catherine.

However, hypnosis only gives a person a subconscious mind, the key is still on the other side, as long as Catherine figured it out, everything will be easy to solve.

After all, hypnosis is not science fiction and it's not that mysterious.

"I will submit to the will of the body rather than try to go against it."

"Alright, I'll count from 1 to 10 now, and then you'll wake up, got it?"

  "Hmm..."

Jenny finally let out a sigh of relief.

Everything has been settled. However, unfortunately, the most important question, Catherine's answer was unexpected, making girls who like gossip feel regretful.
