Sunday night, his father told everyone about the film Ever After reception. According to the reports, the women loved the movie but the men just found it average although they said that it was entertaining.
The male viewers were asked if they would still watch a movie with the same theme and all of them still said yes.
More than likely, because the movies were a new entertainment that could be enjoyed by the whole family and that in the Amelia, the tickets were extremely cheap, everyone would still watch the films that Anton’s family would show even if the quality was extremely bad. Not that Anton planned to show a low-quality film but he thought that maybe he should choose older movies first before showing the recent ones since the quality of the movies was totally different.
Of course, he was thinking about the quality of the graphics but the fact of the matter was, that movies with themes or settings that was set in a time or place that wouldn’t shock the audience too much was limited and sooner or later, the cinema would have gone through those types of films but that was going to be in the future.
Then he thought that the good thing about his Diablo II system was all the movies from Earth was translated perfectly to the local language and that meant that he didn’t need to stick to movies from the United States. He could choose movies from different countries but since Anton didn’t know those films, that meant that he would rely on reviews for the quality of those movies.
“Anton, what are you doing with your friends inside your room during those mornings when you don’t have classes?” Anna asked while they were eating dinner.
“We formed a minstrel group but it was just for fun. We’re not serious and it was just a way to pass the time and enjoy our youths. I suggest you find a group of friends with the same hobby so you can enjoy your life as well because focusing on just one thing like your magic is unhealthy. You need to have balance in your life to remain mentally healthy and in my opinion, if you’re mentally balanced, it would make your progress in your magic much faster,” Anton said trying to sound wise.
“Is that true?” Frederick suddenly asked.
“Yes. Haven’t you encountered a situation wherein you’re stuck in something but the moment you focus on something else, the block suddenly disappears and you receive inspiration? That meant that you achieved a mental balance that allowed you to progress,” Anton said even though he didn’t truly know what he was spouting about.
All the adults in the room nodded after thinking about what Anton had said and he almost laughed out loud.
“Did you name your group of minstrels?” Lunelle asked smilingly.
“Not yet. We’ve discussed some of the names that we thought but we haven’t decided the best one yet.”
“There are no mages my age on the ship,” Anna sadly said diverting the topic back to creating friends.

“You don’t have to focus on mages. You can befriend regular people your age. Torun and the others were not mages. Use your brain on where you can find people your age,” Anton said to his sister.
“That’s a good idea, Anton,” Anders said.
“Anna’s choices will be limited. She’s not like you who can roam the ship alone. She needed to be guarded and the fact that she’s the sister of an archmage and a noble and the daughter of a very rich businessman meant that only girls like her could befriend her since those who had lower status will be intimidated. If she was older, there’s a chance that she will find a group of girls of any station that she could befriend like you but because of her age and the population of young people on the ship, her choices would be low,” Antonia said.
“Anna’s very mature for her age and that means that she can befriend a group of girls older than her. Not only that, the fact that she had access to movies because her family owns the cinema will likely attract a lot of people. I’ll assist you in finding a group of girls, Anna,” Lucia said to Anton’s sister after her comments about her friend choices.
Anna said to Lucia that she would like that and even Lunelle, Ramona, and Belinda said that they would also like to expand their circle of friends.
After dinner, Anton went to his room to take a shower and rest but the rest of the mages continued their magic practice. They had been very diligent ever since Frederick reached wizard rank three.
While lying on his bed, Anton thought of the fact that in two weeks, he would reach eighteen years of age and would almost reach the first year he came upon this world. Even if this world was extremely dangerous and their enemies were extremely powerful, Anton was still thankful that he transmigrated. In this world, he was a powerful wizard who could wield energies that created the fabric of the universe but the sweet thing was, he still had access to the internet.
Not only that but because of his item-enchanting abilities, he and his new family could enjoy a comfortable and rich life. Yes, there might come a time when his life would be full of battles in the future but that was the problem of his future self and in the meantime, he was satisfied with how his current life was. After his self-introspection, he surfed the internet until he fell asleep.
The next day, he attended his classes after breakfast with his family with a good attitude and he was excited to learn more about magic. His teachers and his classmates were not treating him as an archmage but just a regular student and he liked that because he could just concentrate on learning.
During lunchtime, instead of talking about the subjects that they had just learned, Fiona and Minerva gushed about the most beautiful love story that they had seen, which was the recent movie that was being shown in the cinema. They kept reiterating that Ever After was the greatest love story and they doubted that there would ever be another one like it.
Anton rolled his eyes at them and told them there were a lot more romantic films in the future which he thought was a mistake because the two girls pestered him to give them some information about those. It was funny to see that the other guys had the same long-suffering expression on their faces as Anton’s but he just kept saying that he’s not allowed to divulge any information about future films.
After lunch which was longer than usual because of the excited Fiona and Minerva, Anton returned to the suite and received a scolding from his sister but based on the other mages' expressions, they also felt a little disgruntled. It was just Anna was the only one who dared to scold Anton. After he apologized to everyone, he went inside his room the entered his Diablo II system. The first thing that he did was to create a single enchanted item to add to the growing number of enchanted items in his inventory then he spent an hour practicing his Necromancer spells since he felt that he would need to familiarize himself with the character spells because he had some ideas about creating magic items based on necromantic spells.
