Chapter 23

The man awoke, and his ears rang. He looked around, to the alarm clock with the alarm he had set, and he had seemed to wake up from it. His eyes twitched, the light burning them in the morning wake, and he got up. He put on shoes and walked to the window.

The man had worn gray clothes to bed, the same as his black ones, but for sleeping. He looked outside of the window noticing people rushing around the huge city, with multiple skyscrapers, the only ones in the country, high up above them in the clouds. He looked at this huge place of rush and panic which he had never seen before for ten minutes, and then walked away to change.

He put on his full black clothing, and then prepared to leave. He would get a job somewhere nearby the hotel, and stay there to make his income. He was going to live the average life of a person there, except he would spend the money to live, and only live, then send the rest to the company. After this he would attempt his murder of the leader. He would succeed in this, and hopefully wouldn’t be caught by the ruler’s army who only served the country, and were strongly against murder, because then there would be more casualties then needed, and he could possibly die in a situation like that as well.

The man walked around looking at business flyers for workers until he found a job he could easily get. It was a job for the manager of a company, a certain big one in the city. The requirements were rather simple, you had to be a fast typer, be good at managing, and be a good leader. He had been a leader of his platoon before, and his training for this mission included typing training to type faster so he basically qualified for it.

The man looked for the building that the job stated was the company's headquarters, the one he was about to work for. He went to the place on the poster he saw, and there was a huge skyscraper standing before him. This was good as he knew his workplace should be nice, and this was now proof it wasn’t a small company faking it.

He pushed the door open, and went inside the humongous building. He looked around briefly, and saw what seemed to be a reception desk. He walked up to her and asked the lady about the job, and that he was trying to apply for it.

The lady pointed to a staircase, and said to walk to the 6th floor, make a right, a left, go forward, and then there would be a door with a label that said job application. This is where he would be interviewed for the job, and told if he could work there or not. He walked to the room, which was exhausting, but alright, and walked into the room the lady had told him about.

A man sat there in a black armchair, blankly staring at him, then told #BCXN to come sit down. He provided his I.D. and showed proof of his typing speed. The man then continuously asked questions. The questions were about different parts of the job, and leadership questions.

Surprisingly, to the man who interviewed him, #BCXN got all of the questions correct. He was perfectly qualified for the job in every way, and there was nothing to stop his performance when he did it. He had gotten the job, and was told that he would report next week to start his first shift.

#BCXN comfortably left the office place, almost getting lost in the maze of hallways, and walked to his hotel. It was only a ten minute walk, so he arrived swiftly. He walked up to his room, and went to sleep for that day after eating a meal he had prepared in the hotel room. He soundly slept waiting for the next day, and next week, when he would start the job. He would wait until then.
