You think subsonic hollowpoint, the gun now has them. Man walks into a mob owned bar, strapped with a Beretta m9, human in appearance, suddenly pulls out a gun and goes dead quiet subsonic assasination with higher powered heavy rounds comparable to a 45, and on the way out suddenly runs into SWAT, reloads magazines and suddenly had ammo that cuts through walls, barriers, vests.

  Soldier with an AR15 variant, 8 inch barrel, shows up for black ops, running an 45 legend with massive expanding 700 grain hollowpoints through a fully suppressed gun that looks like a shelf grabbed off-brand AR, takes out guards silently getting to a sniper post and does a round change, suddenly he’s got magnetic railgun boosted rounds capable of 1000-yard shots, stabilized and full velocity in a short barrel, because that quieter railgun round is spin stabilized. He neutralizes the target from a kilometer away with a fairly quiet shot, and reloads, suddenly on the way out there's armored trucks in the way. No problem, he’s got a 556 now with high explosive and magnetic propellant, shooting a needle sharp incendiary glowing hot round screaming out with a million rpm and 5,000 feet per second, turning the doors to Swiss cheese. Light's out. Folds the stock, tossed the gun on his back and runs away Scott free. Hell, a modded Ruger 10-22 clone with the magnetic and high explosive propellant boosted system with Shrode-rounds is basically an AR now if you run a 40 grain solid and mag-boost it up to 2700fps. Even suppressed, with no gunpowder and an almost entirely magnetic thrown bullet, that’s room for a 90 grain round, so even running 22 subsonic, whisper soft shooting little 22 plinkers, you’re practically in the lethality of 9mm FMJs. How small can you fold up a Ruger 10-22? 50 round banana magazine with full auto and no recoil is pretty devastating under a hundred yards, with ammo that looks and carries like grandpappy’s squirrel gun.

  Now I could spend a week drawing up an AK, AR, MP5, 10-22 and a few pistols, that look like boring guns you could google, and then show a 10 page spreadsheet of 10 ammo combinations for each, and never cover half the range of this concept that’s just in the 6 bullets I calculated already, so screw it, you know what those look like, you’ve seen the guns they would pass for, and you can imagine just how many different caliber cartridges can fit an AR upper and lower already with a new barrel and carrier kit, so imagine that in every gun, but every variant in a compact short-barrel model, and you got all of them on you in one gun, and it’s even possible to change ammo mid-magazine and the damn thing would cycle out a “556” and load in a 50 Beowulf... mid-burst, with the flip of a switch, if you set it up for that. If you want every other round 300 blackout and every other round black tipped 308, nothing is stopping you, they’ll just hear every other shot and recoil control is gonna feel weird as shit so it’s pointlessly dumb... but the gun would do it.

  I dunno just a weird late night concept, thought I’d record it before prototyping.
