He did not come to me. It does not matter. As I told him, I would be there tomorrow. So, having won a bit more then I lost, I went to my residence.
While I waited for day, I shut off the body. Like androids, they ran on power. Unlike Androids, if you couldn't use mana, then recharging my golum body would be expensive in the short term. So, I revisited all I had learned that day.
Most was background knowledge of the distant past, but it was important to have a good background knowledge base for when I go to more modern times.
When day broke, I turned on the body, and went to school. I had filled my schedule with history class for the rest of the week. I went through the day doing the same as before.
I entered early, greeted the professor, grabbed the books I wanted, then sat in the back. I picked up where I left off, and that was my day.

I went back home to assist in processing, and when all was done, I went to the casino. I entered quietly and fell into a crowd by the entrance, and began to look around.
I didn't see Jorik, so I shrugged internally, and went to the card tables. It mattered little what game I played. As long as I could cheat, I could win as much, or as little as I pleased. Today, I will win less. Still positive, but not by much.
I occasionally chatted with the players at my table, sometimes I pretend to get upset after a losing streak, change table, the like.
It was just when I was about to leave for the night when I saw Jorik. He was with 2 other dwarves, and looking at me. I pretended not to see, and went on for 30 minutes, before it was time to go.
As I got up, the 3 dwarves got up as well. As I headed to the door with my winnings, I got intercepted by them. I jumped a bit.
"Oh! Jorik! By the gods, man, you startled me. It's good to see you! Unfortunately I was about to leave, but I have to ask, you think on my offer?" I ask, turning to him.
"Ay. In fact, we, my brothers and I here, wanna discuss what ya ment. You mind?" He asked, more demanded really.
"Hmmm. I've got work in the morn, but... eh, sure. I can work with this. Sure. Lead the way." I say, and begin following him, the 2 other dwarves, Jorik's brothers, followed behind.
