After the questioning session the four suspects are finally alone for their discussion. Though the questioning session is over they are not yet escaped the tensions. Today have left them more question for them to be answered.

  17th of October

  Evening

  Lyn: "I want you all to tell me where and what were you doing near the cafe."

  Sarah: "What do you mean?"

  Lyn: "Don't py dumb that detective told me all four of you were there. and Sarah you even cimed to have seen me leaving the supermarket at 20 minutes to eight."

  Sarah: "...wait...you mean Sam and Remi were there too?"

  Sam: "Um..yeah but did Lyn not left the cafe a forty minutes to eight?"

  Lyn: "I lied okay because I did not want to present it to anyone that I was anywhere near that b**** when she died. I did not want to come off as a suspect."

  Remi: "I see it seems that not only we hid facts from other but also lied."

  Lyn: "Shut-"

  Remi: "For continuing today's ritual we first have to spill everything we experienced from that day."

  Sarah: "Sam and Remi both were present at the scene, then let me guess you two were together and therefore have alibi. But me and Lyn now appears to be the prime suspects."

  Sam: "Did one of you two-"

  Remi: "Actually no Rachel theorizes that we both killed Sasha because when we were both standing outside that cafe right behind Sasha the CCTV stopped working for awhile and the next thing it recorded was Sasha dead so."

  Sarah: "Wait really?!"

  The three of them were shocked at the sudden change of expression of Sarah to happy and excited when she was sulking right before this revetion.

  Lyn: "Why are you happy that they are now in suspicion?"

  Sarah: "I am not happy for th-"

  Lyn: "How could you even if you are out of suspicion..."

  Sam: "But you see even if I may be suspected I am unhinged since I know I haven't done anithing nor Remi and Lyn."

  Lyn: "Yeah... Sarah, expin why are you acting like this all of a sudden? don't tell me did you..."

  Sarah: "I ONLY ARRIVED AT THAT SCENE WHEN SASHA WAS ALREADY DEAD."

  Remi: "Let's not quarrel but how about we all come up with a theory of our own and then try the ritual."

  Sam: "We don't really need a theory we can just say that this person have pushed Sasha and the final part of the ritual will reveal everything. The suspects have already been narrowed down to us four. I will say Remi."

  All of them shivered at the thought that one of them is going to be evicted as Sasha's killer.

  Remi: "In that case I will say Lyn"

  Lyn: "I will say Sarah. But Remi you don't actually suspect me right?"

  Remi: "Course not."

  Sarah: "I will say that Remi and Sam both pnned the murder. Since they were both together."

  Sam: "Makes sense cuz either it was none of us or both of us."

  Sarah: "What a cute couple."

  Sam's face twitched upon Sarah's reply

  Remi: "So I will first tell what me and Sam were doing at the scene. On that day I was not around my phone until at 8. I was scrolling through webtoons and then I noticed Sasha's text message. I opened it and also read the previous texts. I wanted to talk to her about something so I told her to wait for me there. As you know that cafe is right across my house barely 2 minutes distance, so I got there quickly and saw Sam was there too. But even though we made pns before hands on the texts she started being weird and said she will take a taxi home. Sam and I hanged out in the cafe but after 10 minutes or so we heard commotions outside. Even the staffs were going out to see what had happened and you know what happened afterwards."

  Sam: "I think she knew what it was about what you wished to talk withe her and she just did not want to talk in front of me. I mean me being there was a surprise I guess."

  Lyn: "I want to apologize for lying. I did not got out of the supermarket at 40 minutes to 8 and also I was there waiting for Sasha. I did not waited at the cafe because the supermarket had air conditioner. I noticed Sasha's message after she was dead and when I got out of the supermarket, first thing I saw all the commotion. When I realized what had happened i quickly went home. I was at home a little before forty minutes to eight. I don't think I remember when I left the supermarket."

  Sam: "Though if we were all there together we could have prevented what took pce."

  Lyn: "Anyways when are we starting the ritual?"

  Remi: "Sarah, your turn to spill your side of the tea. Please the ritual might not work if we are not honest."

  Sarah: "My side of the narrative is simple. I wished to harass Sasha but when I arrived there she welcomed me with her dead body."

  Lyn: "Also when I told her I am at the supermarket she told me convince her that all of us were there by sending her pics. She initially did not intend to come."

  Sarah: "You satisfied now? Remi"

  Lyn: "Stop it now you were the one who suddenly became happy when you heard Rachel specuting Remi and Sam to be he killer."

  Sarah: "okay?"

  Sam: "Let us now start the ritual because we have got to go home before 8 pm know."

  Remi: "Ah! Yes good reminder then."

  They set the chairs just like before, lit up a candle in the middle of the table and turned off the lights. This time though there was no need for the newspaper regarding Sasha's death to summon her.

  Starting in the clockwise direction

  Lyn: "When we first did this ritual we came to know that Sasha was murdered. She cims that one of us was there behind her at the cafe and pushed her. I want to reveal the true killer. The true killer is Remi."

  Sarah: "Sasha cims that one us was there to push her at the cafe. Sam was the one who pushed her but Remi was also involved. she set up Lyn to tell the prank and Sam to push her so that she can be out of suspicion."

  Remi and Lyn: "The phone incident" [They forgot about that]

  Sam: "I somewhat agrees with Sarah but rather than me it was Remi who, called Lyn about the prank and was also the one behind her who pushed her."

  Remi: "I disagree with all of you it was soly Lyn's idea about the prank and she was the one who called Sasha to the cafe with the intention of killing her."

  Sasha: "Is this a joke? You all are talking about me being murdered but I am sitting right here. Is this some inside joke? Also Lyn which game session were you talking about? You said i was there too. How come i don't remember."

  Sam: "You don't remember?"

  Sasha: "Nope. Not an idea."

  Sam: "It is alright we will fill you in ter. Anyways it is your turn to tell a scary event that occurred in your life."

  Sasha: "A scary event? Lemme think...ah! did you if you ever meet face to face to your doppelganger something bad happens to you."

  Sarah and Lyn: "[me]"

  A few minutes passes and the judgement still does not passes.

  Lyn: "Remi, did we neglect a rule?"

  Remi: "I don't think so."

  Sam: "I think we should wait a bit more than we will have to go home anyways. It is thirty minutes to seven."

  Sasha: "What are we waiting for?"

  Remi: "I did tell you the rules about this game but a ritual actually. In the end when everyone have told their tales, the minimum light that is allowed to be kept goes out and another voice passes the judgment of who have told false story and who have told true stories.

  Sasha: "Oh so we were pying that."

  Sarah and Lyn were on their phone and Sam was still expining all the ritual mechanism to Sasha. Remi was quiet, waiting for the judgement. Her eyes looking towards the clock and then towards Sasha. The clock struck fifty minutes to seven.

  Remi: "Okay the judgement will not pass.

  Sasha: "Let's go home together.

  Sarah: "Nah you go alone we are walking home together."

  Sasha: "I was asking only Sam though."

  Sam: "Okay we will go."

  When Sarah opened her text messages that night she received a message from Sam saying: "Insensitive b**** whether just shut your mouth or don't talk to Sasha like that."

  18th of October

  1 in the morning

  Remi: "Hello?"

  Lyn: "Yeah i wanna talk to you about something."

  Remi: "About Sarah?"

  Lyn: "Yeah I mean the way her expression changed, I mean, I can't..... she was sulking just before.

  Remi: "Yeah....on top of it I don't think she has told us everything. Not that it matters. I think the detectives are end of their investigation. We will just have to wait and see."

  Lyn: "I wanted to believe none of us did it but Sarah..."

  Remi: "...."

  Lyn: "Oh by the way Sam called Sarah a b for talking to Sasha like that."

  Remi: "I mean he liked her. He isn't trying to even hide it anymore."

  Lyn: "That was why a week prior to Sasha's death I stopped doing that kind of thing to Sasha because Sam liked her. He'd get pissed. But Sarah hated that and that was why she harassed her even more and threatened her to stay away from him. you remember that bang that suddenly appeared on her forehead? Sarah burned that area with lit cigarette. She even shipped Sam and you together so he stops looking at her notice you instead."

  Remi: "Wait why I did not know this?[about lit cigarettes]"

  Lyn: "Sarah told me not to......but Remi..... you could've told the teachers about us but why didn't you?"

  Remi: "I did one time but when Sasha was asked about it she denied it saying I misunderstood. I tried to convince her and told the teachers once again but she straight up told the teachers that I just don't understand their jokes and I am too sensitive. This is what i hated of her-"

  Lyn: "Because even after what Sarah did to her she'd follow her like a puppy."

  Remi: "I know right. And that was why I started to kinda avoid her after that and also my reputation in front of the teachers also fell."

  Lyn: "Yeah to be honest I don't feel bad for her death. Is that psychopathic?"

  Remi: "To be honest, yes. You should get checked regarding that."

  Lyn: "Anyways I was surprised on Sasha's courage today. I mean she was really scared of Sarah after that and avoided going with Sam alone anywhere."

  Remi: "The whole fact that we can see her after her death is weird."

  Lyn: " I mean yeah. But Remi, about the call on that day I swear it was you...if ignored the fact that your voice seemed kinda weird."

  Remi: "No I wasn't, like I was in the shower around that time. I only came towards my phone at 8 p.m."

  Lyn: "Before that?"

  Remi: "I don't need to expin that. Do you wanna know what I found? I checked the fingerprints on my phone and other than mine there was another one which did not seem like belonging to any human."

  Lyn: "WHAT!?"

  Remi: "Can you not yell in my ear. Those same fingerprints is also found on my window pane and sill."

  Lyn: "Your room is?"

  Remi: "On the ground floor, easy to get through."

  Lyn: "What do you make of it?"

  Remi: "Look what makes this whole case strange is that: there might be used some sort of chemicals to make the fingerprints appear like that. But couldn't that person have used gloves instead? It'd be much easier and also hasn't that person now made it presence known now?

  Lyn:".... oh my...I am sorry for yelling at you on that day and you shouldn't be all alone in your house if there is a danger of intruder. You shouldn't be at your house at all. I am coming to your house...I will escort you to mine."

  Remi: "Hell nah I am tired."

  Lyn: "I am bringing Sam only he can console you."
