In the early age of stars and stone, the Anuki carved truth into the bones of the world. They shared the Laws with the lesser races—not as rules, but as reality’s rhythm. Every being in the Narlokan Universe, from the smallest beast to the mightiest Dragonite, lives by these truths, whether they know it or not.
- Law of Equivalence – Every action echoes. What is given must be returned. Nothing can be gained without loss.
- Law of Resonance – Like calls to like. Gen’Ki drawn aligns with the nature of the soul.
- Law of Will – Intention carves reality. The stronger the will, the deeper the impact.
- Law of Convergence – Power drawn from multiple sources must converge into one form—or risk annihilation.
- Law of Identity – Power without purpose consumes. Know your name, or be erased by the force you wield.
- Law of Threshold – There is always a price for evolution. Growth demands sacrifice.
- Law of Return – Nothing truly ends. All cycles return to their source, and all deaths mark a beginning.
These are not teachings. They are not philosophy. They are the very bones of existence.
Akiba, or Aki for short, was born in Thailand to a loving Cameroonian father and a Thai mother. His childhood was filled with warmth and encouragement, but the world outside his home was far less kind. His unusual features—golden-brown skin, tight curly hair, and heterochromatic eyes—made him a target in high school.
Charn Chai, the ringleader, along with the twin brothers Chada and Direk, tormented Aki relentlessly. Yet, Aki never backed down. Every day was a battle, both in the classroom and outside of it. He fought, not just with his fists but with his mind. Despite the bruises and broken ribs, he studied every night, using his photographic memory to excel.
Years passed. Aki graduated as the top student of his class, while his tormentors dropped out and spiraled into self-destruction. The three bullies who once ruled the school halls succumbed to drug abuse, fading into oblivion. Meanwhile, Aki moved to Japan, built his own company from the ground up, and married a woman named Aisha. Together, they had twin sons, Akiba Jr. and Ichigo. His life was long, filled with love and success.
And then, eventually, it ended.
