Prologue

Land of Dawn, a vast land filled with incredible wonders. Since the dawn of creation, light and darkness have waged war against each other, each fighting for its own survival. These endless battles caused devastation across lands, destroying countless lives. Yet, for the first time, a hero was born who sought to bring balance between these two forces, born of both light and darkness, Lunax. With her immense power, she ended a war that had lasted for centuries and then fell into a peaceful slumber. But this was not the last time the war between light and darkness would unfold. Years passed, centuries passed, and the demons of the Abyss repeatedly attacked surrounding lands, bringing with them ruin. But each time, they were forced to retreat to their dark lairs. Then, after many years, news of their attacks ceased.

Years later, the people of the Moniyan Empire, a powerful empire that had stood for centuries and protected its land from every threat, were still mourning the loss of their prince. The prince who had disappeared after his first birthday. Despite extensive searches by the empire's heroes and leaders, he was never found. In a fertile border region, there stood a village called Aldrefal. A village known for its kindness and hospitality, where the people were always blessed by the Light God. Their lives were filled with the scent of colorful flowers, fresh bread, and traditional sweets. It was a place where joy echoed, accompanied by the songs of musicians and birds. The scenery of this village was enough to captivate any traveler.

However, it didn’t take long for a dark shadow to descend, not only on this village but the entire empire. A vast swarm of black crows appeared in the sky above the village, signaling a coming catastrophe. Dark clouds gathered on the horizon, and demons of the Abyss, like the heat of a summer storm, attacked the village and the surrounding lands. They killed, burned, and devoured everything, leaving only ruins behind.

The power of the Abyssal demons in this attack was unprecedented. The empire’s forces, who had for centuries driven demons back, were now easily overwhelmed. Time and time again, they were crushed. Eventually, this shadow reached the heart of the empire. The sorcerers, using all their might, created a massive defensive barrier around the capital, hoping to make it the final line of defense. But at that moment, the ambitious and daring commander of the Abyssal forces, the Dark Prince Dyrroth, stepped forward from his army and unleashed a wave of dark magic, clearing the path for his troops to enter the gates of the capital.

The Abyssal army surged into the capital, casting their foul shadow to the gates of the palace, where the last line of defense, five great heroes of the empire, prepared to face them. They fought bravely, but it wasn’t long before they, too, were worn and wounded. Yet, they continued to fight. Victory for the Dark Prince seemed certain. Then, once again, the Light God showed mercy to his soldiers and land.

Princess Sylvana, the princess of the empire, prayed fervently in the temple of the Light God. Her prayers were answered as the Light God granted her and her soldiers immense power. With renewed spirits, the soldiers charged at the demons, and Sylvana, at the forefront, launched an attack on Dyrroth. A legendary battle ensued, and after much bloodshed, the Dark Prince and the Princess of Light clashed. Though Dyrroth used all his dark energy to win, he ultimately fell. Sylvana struck a fatal blow to his chest, forcing both him and his Abyssal army to retreat. With his deep wound, Dyrroth cast himself into the depths of the Abyss, narrowly escaping death.

The Light had won. But the scars of the war still marked the land. Fertile lands were destroyed, forests were burned, and rivers ran red with blood. The damage was so deep that no one celebrated the victory.

In the ruined village of Aldrefal, a 17-year-old girl emerged from the rubble. She gazed in shock at the ruined village, once a symbol of happiness, now a symbol of devastation. She ran toward her home, finding the hand of her younger brother, who was trapped under the rubble. With all her strength, she pulled his weakened body from beneath the debris.

"No, please hold on... Ryan... stay with me."

But the wound was too deep for him to survive. The young girl, refusing to accept her brother’s death, desperately prayed to the gods to keep him alive.

Just as she had lost all hope, she noticed a light glowing on her hand. It was the sign of the Light God’s power flowing through her. The girl, with all her might, whispered the healing spell her mother had taught her, but nothing happened.

She tried again, but still, no change. On her final attempt, she placed her hands over her brother's chest and uttered the spell once more. This time, the magic of light enveloped her brother’s body, healing him completely. But the life force had already left him. She placed her head against his chest, but no heartbeat was to be heard. In her grief, tears flowed freely, and as they fell upon his body, she suddenly heard a faint voice:

  "S... sister..."

A miracle occurred, and her brother returned to life. She embraced him tightly, her heart filled with joy and tears of happiness. The future ahead of them was beyond anything they could have imagined. From the ashes, life was reborn, and this was the story born from the ashes.
