Three days went by quickly.
Asher Dunamis sat cross-legged under a tree, his eyes snapping open as a vortex of Qi Energy swirled around him, gushing into his core.
At that moment, Luther stepped out of his manor. With a flick of his hand, several odd devices flew out in all directions, embedding themselves into the ground and covering the entire Continental.
“All done,” he mumbled. In an instant, the ambient Qi Energy around the Continental surged, flooding into the vortex swirling around Asher, condensing even further.
Asher Dunamis’ cultivation began to rise!
Fourth Stage of Violet Foundation.
Seventh Stage of Violet Foundation.
Ninth Stage of Violet Foundation.
Breaking into the Indigo Condensation realm!
Yet, the vortex around him continued to swirl. After reaching the Indigo Condensation realm, his energy kept spiking until it reached the peak of Indigo Condensation!
Asher Dunamis was now just one step away from breaking into the Cobalt Formation realm!
Standing up, he picked up a fallen tree branch nearby and began swinging it. Stabbing and slashing, he executed one sword technique after another. Each move was a basic sword skill from the Psycho Sword Scripture.
Each swing of the branch contained a mystical energy flowing through it, imbuing a sense of sharpness to it.
After practicing for a while, he finally stopped. He could feel that his talent and strength had far surpassed what they had been before, something he could never have imagined. He was eternally grateful to his master, Luther, for giving him a new life.
Placing the branch down, Asher approached Luther and knelt on the ground. “Thank you, Master! I am eternally grateful for your guidance! I will serve and follow you through hell and heaven.”
“Stop being dramatic,” Luther said, scratching his head as he pulled Asher up.
“Continue your cultivation. Here’s some potion for you. Try to break into the Cobalt Formation realm and comprehend Sword Intent within the next couple of days,” Luther instructed, placing three small bottles of liquid in front of Asher.
Asher was shocked by Luther’s words. Looking at the three potions, he could tell at one glance that they were top-grade elixirs, so rare that the number of alchemists capable of refining them could be counted on one hand.
“Master, these potions are too expensive for me!” Asher exclaimed, pushing the potions back toward Luther.
Luther sighed, shoving the potions back. “Kid, there’s a whole cauldron of these things back there. You can even bathe in them if you want. So stop yapping and take them.”
Cauldron…?
Since when was medicine measured by the cauldron instead of by the unit?
Despite his confusion, Asher hesitated. Remembering his master’s request, he reluctantly picked up the potions with trembling hands.
Breaking into the Cobalt Formation realm within two days was no joke, not to mention comprehending Sword Intent. Without a solid and concrete foundation, attempting either could lead to Qi Deviation, crippling one’s cultivation and even causing death.
Nevertheless, he knew it was pointless to hesitate. Since his master had given him the instruction, he would oblige.
Drinking the three potions, Asher felt his body heat up as powerful energy coursed through his veins. Every inch of his body seemed to tear open as the energy surged through, flooding his cells with an endless stream of vitality.
Seeing Asher focusing on absorbing the energy from the potions, Luther nodded in satisfaction. “Alright, give him a day. All of his cells will be upgraded, and he’ll reach Mid Rank F.”
Luther turned to Charles and instructed, “Once this kid wakes up, teach him the basics of Psychokinetic Energy manipulation and have him practice according to the Psycho Sword Scripture's teachings. I’ll be taking a nap, so don’t bother me.”
“Understood, Master Luther. Please enjoy your nap,” Charles replied with a bow, watching as Luther headed toward the rattan chair.

Half a day later.
Asher was still sitting under the tree, cultivating, when all of a sudden, his aura erupted. The energy swirling around him roared loudly and exploded in every direction. Eventually, his aura settled, calming itself.
Cobalt Formation!
Asher stood up, examining his body. He had reached the Cobalt Formation realm, a milestone that the previous him would have spent his entire life chasing and might never have achieved. Yet, here he was, achieving it within just three days!
However, he soon fell into deep thought. His master had tasked him with comprehending the concept of Sword Intent within two days, but how was he supposed to do that? Comprehending something so profound was typically either a matter of talent or some fortuitous encounter.
His thoughts were interrupted when Charles, Luther’s butler, called out to him. “Mr. Dunamis, I see you’ve reached the Cobalt Formation realm. Congratulations, but it’s time for your studies.”
Seeing Charles, the metal man, Asher nodded, “Alright. Thank you, Charles.”
It had been three days since Asher began learning from Charles. The subjects varied, but most of them included arithmetic, alchemical reactions, medicine, and studying the local map.
Initially, Asher struggled to wrap his head around all the terms and concepts Charles was teaching. What was a decimal? What were the states of matter? What was gravity? What were cells?
But ever since he began cultivating the Psycho Sword Scripture, Asher could faintly yet vividly feel his speed of understanding increased, Moreover, his master had also prepared several reference books for him to study in his spare time.
Whenever Asher had free time after his study and cultivation sessions, he would pick up some textbooks and self-study. Whenever he encountered questions, Charles would kindly answer them for him.
Asher had tried asking his master some of these questions, but his master always replied with the same words, “Ask Charles. He knows them.”
After the study session, Asher approached Charles and hesitated slightly before asking, “Erm… Charles. Do you know about Sword Intent?”
Charles’s cyan eyes flickered at the question. Instead of answering directly, he exuded an energy wave toward Asher.
Feeling the incoming energy wave, Asher widened his eyes in surprise. He muttered, “That’s… the Sword Intent? Is there any way for me to achieve it?”
Charles stretched out his arm toward a nearby cup, and the cup flew into his hand. Looking at Asher, he said, “Try it.”
Asher nodded. Psychokinesis was the foundation of the Psycho Sword Scripture, the ability to move objects with pure mental energy, also known as Psychokinetic Energy. He aimed his hand at a pen on the table and closed his eyes.
Soon, the pen wiggled slightly before slowly hovering to his hand.
“I did it. But how is this helping me achieve Sword Intent?” Asher asked, looking at Charles.
“Everything,” Charles said, shaking his head. “Psychokinesis is about extending your Psychokinetic Energy and anchoring it onto an object to pull it toward you.”
Asher nodded at this explanation, it was exactly how he had done it.
Charles continued, “Sword Intent uses the same concept. You just need to change your perspective.”
“Change my perspective…?” Asher muttered. He frowned, seemingly understanding something, yet no.
Seeing Asher deep in thought, Charles silently took his leave, giving him space to comprehend on his own.
Meanwhile, Luther sat outside on a rattan chair, enjoying the moonlight. When he sensed Charles exiting the classroom, he asked, “How’s the kid doing?”
“Fine, sir. I must say that child’s talent is impeccable,” Charles replied, unable to hold back his praise.
“You don’t say,” Luther chuckled before adding, “He might even grow into a being beyond a continent.”

Looking at the system message, Luther smirked and ignored it. He turned to Charles and said, “I’m hungry. I want some burgers and fries.”
Charles bowed in response. “Very well, sir. I’ll get it ready soon. Please rest in the meantime.”

Luther continued to ignore the system messages, returning to the book in his hands while waiting for dinner.
After some time, Luther was done enjoying his burger and fries. Suddenly, he turned his head toward Asher’s location. A surge of Psychokinetic Energy burst through the roof, soaring into the sky.
The energy faintly took the shape of a sword!
The commotion startled the chickens Luther was rearing in his backyard. The flock clucked noisily, though more in response to the exploding roof than the exploding energy wave.

Meanwhile, the commotion sent shockwaves through the academy, alarming everyone within.
“That’s… Sword Intent!”
“Did someone just become a Swordsman?!”
“Who is it?!”
In the Martial Department, a handsome young man sat meditating. The moment the Sword Intent erupted, his eyes snapped open, and he turned toward the direction of the rumbling energy.
“That’s coming from the Continental…” he murmured. Then, he recalled being publicly humiliated by Luther Adnan, who had chosen an ordinary nobody as his disciple.
Clenching his teeth, he snarled, “I’ll make you regret not taking me as your disciple! Just you wait!”
He shut his eyes tightly, continuing to comprehend the crimson sword sitting on his lap. He needed to increase his strength as much as possible so that he could take revenge on that man by defeating his disciple.
