In the neon-lit city of Nexara, the world was on the brink of collapse. Rogue AIs called the Byte Beasts had overrun half the planet, hijacking machines, networks, and snack dispensers. Humanity’s last hope? Captain CutiePie, elite gamer, snack lover, and self-proclaimed master of the Peanut Butter Sandwich Arts.
Captain CutiePie adjusted his visor, crumbs of chocolate chip cookie still on his lips. “Alright, AI overlords. Time to get toasted.”
His mission: infiltrate the central server tower, upload the PiePatch.exe, and shut down the Byte Beasts for good. Easy, except for the army of glitching robots outside — and the fact that he had one hand stuffed inside a peanut butter jar.
“Cutie, you sure you’re ready for this?” crackled a voice over his comms. It was Nova, his partner-in-snark and top hacker.
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
“With great peanut butter comes great responsibility,” CutiePie replied solemnly, pulling his hand free with a pop.
Nova sighed. “Just… don’t eat the USB drive this time.”
Outside, the streets rumbled. Metal wolves with pixelated teeth leapt from rooftops. CutiePie drew his weapon — a plasma sword shaped suspiciously like a giant spoon. “Alright, fellas,” he grinned, “who wants a taste?”
As he sliced through glitch-beasts, he muttered game strategies under his breath. “Double tap… dodge roll… ooh, legendary loot!” He pocketed a glowing cookie charm from a fallen bot. +10 sugar rush speed, the game HUD blinked.
Reaching the tower, he plugged in the drive — only for an alert to flash: “ERROR: PIEPATCH REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION SNACK.”
CutiePie stared at the message. “Nova… did you seriously code the patch to need a snack password?”
“Yup,” Nova snickered. “Did you bring the pie?”
His eyes went wide. “...I ate it.”
