It didn’t take Louie or Lena that long before they reached St. Canard. They couldn’t believe how beautiful the city was in the evening sky.
“Whoa” said Lena as she gazed out of the helicopter.
“Now approaching St. Canard” said the pilot.
The hawk pilot headed towards the SCP Foundation site where Theo’s St. Canard counterpart – Mister Ricky Raven, an anthropomorphic raven was the director of the St. Canard Foundation site. Ricky was with a few SCP soldiers as the helicopter landed.
“Ah yes, you must be Louie Duck and Lena Sabrewing right this way” said Ricky, “Theo told me all about your exploits with SCP-589.”
“He tried to get rich off of it” said Lena.
“Ah yes, right” said Ricky.
Ricky led them through a few hallways in the Foundation site, Ricky wanted to give Louie and Lena a glimpse at what Darkwing Duck/Drake Mallard would be facing.
“It’s always nice to introduce you to your foe first before the Chaos Insurgents dare try to spring an escape plan” chuckled Ricky.
Ricky soon led them to a more secured portion of the site, there Lena and Louie could see some sort of strange tub sealed off and acid being poured into it. Louie and Lena could see what looked like a strange reptilian humanoid/anthropomorphic lizard was floating inside the acid.
Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.
“This is SCP-682, the Hard to Destroy Reptile” said Ricky, “we maintain his acid bay to encase him in this containment breach.”
Louie decided to take a closer look, much against Lena trying to prevent him from doing so. Louie was always eager to see the next exciting thing. But as he glared into the acid tub itself, the figure soon awoke from its slumber. SCP-682 had red glowing eyes and long hair, he had a sinister smile upon his face.
“Why hello there new victim, what’s your name?” asked SCP-682.
That deep voice, Louie paused for a moment, this was no game. Lena immediately pulled Louie away from the secured tub.
“What’s the matter, are you shy?” asked SCP-682.
“He can talk even though everything is sealed?” asked Louie.
“Well, he does have that telekinetic power” said Ricky, “nothing to worry about unless if you got too close.”
“Don’t be shy Louie, I know you always like to make deals” continued SCP-682’s voice in Louie’s mind.
Lena did her best trying to intervene by using her own powers diving down into Louie’s mind.
“Don’t listen to him” said Lena.
SCP-682 then glared at Lena, even though he was still in the secured tub.
“You can’t protect him forever” said SCP-682, “when I get out, I will make sure the both of you will get to know me.”
Lucky for Louie and Lena, they were soon led out of SCP-682’s mental reach, Ricky gave Louie and Lena the address where one Drake Mallard was living.
“This is Drake’s address” said Ricky, “you’ll be escorted to his residence.”
Louie still got the shivers of SCP-682 glaring into his mind, he had never felt that sort of force before. Even Lena knew she had to be careful using her powers against SCP-682, knowing his reputation in terms of having a fast healing factor ready. As they headed off with a wolf SCP soldier, they didn’t even know if Darkwing Duck could stop the likes of the Chaos Insurgency from freeing SCP-682 from his containment chamber.
“So many doubts” thought Louie.
“I agree” said Lena as she used her telekinetic powers to communicate with Louie.
But for someone like Drake, he was in for quite a surprise who was going to request his help.
