Chapter one: After the Ashes

  After the events of Tim o'hearns death the crew lays weary and are in seek of a new leader.

  In a room full of highest councils that have been working amongst the dominion for centuries and have saved the stars

  - Commander Vey'zhar

  - Officer Roc Amber

  -Leading strategic mind in combat Codat Ion

  -Warrior Rea Eek

  -Nic Gardener

  Sit around a table each one of them bringing a different view point to the round table as each of them.

  First Rea Eek speaks the lion like warrior who first and mourns over the passing of Tim by saying "it's really hard for him to move on and he hasn't slept in two weeks" the warrior who never showed any emotion other than to fight or show violence is at the table shedding a tear and venting his emotions. Officer Roc Amber the floating duck is sharing the same feeling but with a emotion that is almost like she saw it coming but didn't act on it and she's not surprised because she's seen too much.

  Then suddenly the crystalized lifeform of Vey'Zhar who had been listening and witnessing the team breaks apart over a human says in his Commander like voice and cold logic "human they are odd because the second they see a better path what they do is they take that better path instead of making the tough decisions"

  He then adds as he looks at the different life forms that have been working amongst the ship for years and have fought many battles he says "it's time this ship faces a new dawn and I bring my cold logic and cunning mind to a new day on this dominion"

  The other who surround the table all nod and they agree with his logic and they vote him to be the new commander of the galactic dominion.

  Somewhere else on the ship in the ships common room is Brad from earth he is sitting and loathing the fact he is the only humans left on this ship.

  He sits all alone because he feels he doesn't have a place in this ship and is very unaware of what he could bring to the dominion because he is just a small pizza guy from Earth.

  As he sits in the booth taking small sips of water from his glass he watches the other life forms walk by socializing and laughing. Then he hears over the intercom that "the new recruites that have been selected in this ship and have been recently promoted head to the ships room of duty"

  He stands up and makes his way through the various lifeforms and he tries not to make eye contact with them

  Once in the the hallway he holds his head down and he then enters the elevator. As he enters he is faced with a leading officer on the ship so what he does is he holds his down until the officer says looking forward "how are you?" Brad quickly catches his breath and he then thinks to himself he doesn't even know how to respond because he is in front of a leading officer and that he is only human and he doesn't have a place in this dominion.

  In a quick breath he says "I'm doing good how about yourself" he quickly thinks to himself about all the other things he could've said and all the other things he could've done instead of being in this elevator like his mind goes to being on the streets and giving away pizza.

  The officer who heard him barely say "I'm doing well just have a whole bunch of paperwork and things like that and I heard you are the new human on the ship, correct?" Brad says in a hesitant voice "yes" the leading officer then composes himself and he looks forward as the elevator door begins to open he says "I believe you are a catalyst amongst the humans and you should embrace the fact that you are setting a new day for humans"

  The office then leaves the elevator leaving Brad feeling better about himself in all aspects.

  After a few seconds the doors open for Brad to get off the elevator and he gets off he enters the room full of various lifeforms and the fear set in of him being the only human and the Outlook on humans amongst the ship so he stays in the corner as the different life forms have huge weapons and looking cool.

  Then a figure steps to the front of the room and addresses the newly promoted recruites and the figure at the front of the room says "we know about the sudden change amongst the ship regarding the former captain tim o'hearns death and at the back of the room Brad tucks away as he was the one to hear Tims final words and his last words about humans being who "they are and never outrunning our choices" run through his head.

  He tries to listen to the figure at the front of the room as he is addressing people. He then says something that gets the room full attention that there has been a new commander found and then steps the new commander, Commander Vey'zhar as he then addresses the room by saying "he has been amongst the ship for the longest and he has led parts of this ship in battle no one else has" he then gazes around the room and says "I am Vey'zhar and I am best to lead this ship because I lead on logic instead of emotion unlike humans and no emotional weight will stand in my way"

  The emphasis on the human part gets Brads attention and he turns his head and thinks to himself what to do and questions the leadership as the Vey'zhar steps from in front of the room and he justs goes off.

  Chapter Two: Shattered Trust

  Following the events of the new recruites briefing Brad is left with an unsatisfied taste in his mouth now he is forced to stand up for himself but a fear still runs through his spine.

  Also following the events Vey'zhar stands in the middle of the briefing room tasking people with new missions and outside forces.

  Then comes a fueled Brad as he has pep in his step and he marches in the middle of the room with sitting high ranking figures in the ship what he does is he confronts Vey'zhar as he says "I would like to speak with you for a second" the Commander then brushes him off by saying "give us one second" Brad then says "no I need to speak to you now!" The other ranking leaders who had their full attention on the task and briefing at hand there attention turns fully to Brad.

  Vey'zhar notices his briefing teams attention had been sidetracked he then turns his attention to Brad fully and Brad he had been confident in tone but underneath he's rattling like a boy in a storm. As Vey'zhar turns and faces Brad he feels a presence both of one that is authoritative and above him looking at him dead on the eyes.

  Brad takes a breath and says "the way you mentioned humans in our briefing meeting earlier I couldn't ignore it any longer"

  Vey'zhar notices something off about Brad and that nothing stands out about him. He says "aren't you the new human on board? Should we hold our precaution to you as we only have you for a limited amount of time and that your so fragile?"

  Brad then smirks "fragile? Like who? Come on say his name" he takes a pause and glances around the room and says"oh you won't I will Tim o'hearn sure he was human and he was fragile but guess what I was there to here his final words and they are engraved in my mind for all of eternity. No mission, no weapons not even a single star can remove what was said to me in that moment"

  Some high ranking figures are moved but Vey'zhar is still unmoved and from behind the high ranking officer stands and questions Brads usefulness as he says "that's really noble and you've come a long way but here's the deal your a human and you are nothing more than your decisions"

  Brad inhales giving a everyone a piercing look as he says "yeah I may be human and guess what that's what makes humans special and that's that we are out decisions and that we can move on from our decisions and actually live"

  The members finally moved with his speech and they all nod and Brad backs away and he exits the finding a small corner to rest his mind.

  Chapter Three: Echoes from the Helm

  Flying from his home planet Radiant Wing the part time member of the galactic dominion.

  He flies amongst the ship feeling a new sense of vigor after being promoted into this new role on the dominion and he is called amongst the ship to investigate Tim's quarters.

  As he does so walks amongst the ship going inside of Tims quarters and enters a abandoned office and it is filled with a dead space almost like there is a ghost that hunts this place but is gone forever. As he walks throughout the office he feels chills through his spine and he approaches a desk with a chair and the chair looks almost as if it hasn't been seated in ever and he opens a folder that he found on the desk and it has paper work of a rising force and it is in Tims handwriting and it is a warning form Tim before he passed. Nathan (radiant wing) is taken back by this but he feels like he can help take this force on with help and he thinks to himself what he should do and he takes it to the high ranking figures on the ship.

  As Nathan exits the office he sees scientist on board and he thinks about telling them but then doesn't, and sees an elevator but then thinks to himself why would he do that when he has wings. So he flies the paper work throughout the ship and he lands in front of the door for the main operation task force and the dirt opens after a few seconds and the force is currently in the middle of a operative from a mission from centuries ago. Nathan enters the room and says "it's time to stop looking at old missions and look into new ones" as he slams the papers on the table with the halogram on it.

  Next the task force looks at the documents and thinks to themselves why should they take it as it is from Tim o'hearn and they see new forces arriving and look into it. Each member going to their own research center and as they do so Nathan feels something vibrate in his pocket and he thinks to himself how he has service in space like this and he pulls his phone out of his pocket hero suit pocket and he sees new updates on his grades as he even wonder if he is going to graduate this year he then thinks to himself that he is stretched to thin and that he is juggling the responsibility of him being a member of the galactic dominion and his own planetary duty.

  Chapter Four: Hunter of Stars

  Once a notorious bounty hunter who resides on a planet of now peace he'd had done everything there is to do amongst the stars accept join the galactic Dominion so because of that he lives in his recliner and watches TV and plants flowers.

  Razha now a retired werewolf bounty hunter he watches his son be an amazing bounty hunter amongst the galactic dominion and he hears the news of his son doing amazing missions and getting the job done in a way he never could. See during his day Razha was a fierce and incorruptible bounty hunter who just only saw black and white.

  One day as Razha sits in his recliner see takes a sniff just see get a sense of what lies beyond the stars. He gets up feeling every sense of the years he spent of in duty and he goes to water his flowers and as he is under that sun in his white tank top and grey sweatpants and flip flops he bends down and he feels the pain of himself and he picks up the hose and begins to water the plants. Next he sees the flowers move and he senses it can't be the wind he then feels his fur move and he sniffs and he senses somethings coming and he looks up and he sees his son beaming down from the a ship.

  His done lands in the garden kind of destroying some flowers. Razha gets kind of pissed but he refuses to let that side of him take over again so he takes a deep breath.

  His son lands in the garden looking every bit of the warrior Razha did in his prime holding a sword and a cosmic blaster on his side and his fur stained with blood.

  Razha asks Riaww as he sits himself off "how has the dominion been?"

  Riaww says "i've been good"

  Razha invites his son into the house

  Riaww takes a glances at the garden and gets concerned for his father for a few seconds.

  Razha puts down the hose and goes inside.

  They both go inside and Riaww takes off his sword and blaster as his dad taught him to never bring around the ones you love early in his life.

  He takes the sword and placed on the wall next to his fathers other war weapons and he takes his blaster and takes the ammunition out of it and places it on the counter both men are filled with silence as the father lives alone and in the house.

  Riaww takes a breath and he vents to his father saying "you know back at the dominion I've been promoted due to a change at the guard" Razha asks "what does that mean?" Riaww says "you remember a commander named Tim o'hearn or ever heard of him" Razha says "yes he was that human fella that was highly ranked amongst the stars and everyone was sceptical of him due him being human" Riaww then takes a seat and says "oh yeah now him being skeptical is more apparent then ever and by the way he's dead and because he put on a cosmic helmet and he let the power go to his head"

  Riaww then decides to tell him about the how things on the ship are more crazy then ever and how they are facing new threats.

  Razha then gets up feeling the pain of different missions in his knees and he goes to the wall of his different weapons from his days of fighting and gives his son a golden sword that he used to kill a king and when he did he felt like kind of the universe when he did.

  Riaww takes the sword and sees his reflection in the sword and gets some perspective on what it means and he puts his sword on his side and then grabs him the sword father gave and puts it in his back and he grabs his blaster and puts it in his side. He then gives his father a hug and goes out to the front yard and gets beamed back into the galactic dominion.

  As Riaww is beamed up Razha faces the thoughts of what if he been on the galactic dominion in his prime.

  He then turns around seeing the half empty walls of weapons and he also sees his old tactical suit.

  Chapter Five: Dominion of Lies

  As Brad is done facing different viewpoints and expressing his thoughts to the Commander and the high ranking members after he did that he went to go sit in silence.

  Now he is in a dark room he sits and the room is filled with computers and he projectors.

  As Brad sits there he leans back and a light from one of the computers fill the room and he is alerted and strange face appears in a halogram like fashion and he sits there dumb founded and he begins to open his mouth the figure speaks in a commanding voice and says "I am vault I am a AI and I am older than the dominion itself, who stands before me?"

  Brad says in a voice of hesitation and says "I...Im Brad" brad follows up by saying you're older than the dominion itself" in a breathless tone it says "absolutely" Brad takes a few steps back and says "wow" he then wonder to himself what he can tell it without giving to much information away. Before he can speak vault says "your the human that stood up up to the Commander, I approve of that and going through documents it's said you a pizza delivery guy"

  Brad then asks "how it knew that?" And vault says "he lives throughout the ship and has cosmic knowledge and can even tell you about the cosmic threats that are in wakea this very moment"

  Brad nods at that opportunity and says "please tell me I would like to know this force"

  Vault then stores Brad with knowledge of an awakening force called the celestial bind and it is led by a former member of the dominion and his name is klyrex and he feeds on fear and broken wills and he corrupts planets once under dominion control.

  Brad then eats the knowledge and takes it to some task members and the room also has radiant wing inside and he meets radiant wing for the first time and the exchange is rather regular and humorous as they both relate to not having much going on but everything going on at once and Brad then says to the members about this force and they claim they know and blow him off because they are still weary of humans.

  Chapter Six: Shadows that Bleed

  As klyrex sit amongst the stars it floats throughout the stars on his firey black dragon and he is a hooded figure with no face feeding on fear and takes peoples broken will and teethers them to itself and makes itself stronger.

  It takes over and feeds on the destroyed wills of protected dominion planets.

  It goes from planet to planet and puts each person under false illusions and crazy memories of there's.

  He has gathered from different pockets of space a crew and they call themselves the celestial binds. Each of them bringing something different to the universe for the worse.

  Klyrex has been riding around in that dragon making himself stronger and he is coming for the galactic dominion.

  Chapter Seven: The Edge of loyalty

  In the ship as the word of the waking forces of the celestial binds tension and strategic minds wake amongst the ships.

  The strategy room is filled with deep thinkers and minds build for war in the front is Vey'zhar as he is leading the meeting with his leading officers and putting together and is putting together a game plan of attack as the forces awake.

  In the back of the room is Brad as he feels he shouldn't be in this room but feels he earned his way into this room.

  So what he does is he goes to the front and puts on his listening ears on and as he makes his way to the front he gets several glances from other life forms. Now standing at the center at the room he hears something he disagrees with and that is "sending troops into the lines of fire and danger"

  He speaks up and with his voice it creates a division amongst the ship and creating major confrontation.

  Brad saying to the room we deserve a planetary withdrawal other in the room

  Riaww still holding both swords in his side along with his blaster says "humans they may smell odd but they die for each other" he then decides Brads side and radiant wing is torn between what to choose so he leaves and goes back to his home planet.

  Chapter Eight: Crownless, Not Powerless

  Brad who now has confidence leads a strike team to stop Klyrex and he chooses Riaww and and a few other officers.

  They grab their own individual space ships and each of them has blasters.

  Brad who hopes in his space ship and it has so many buttons on it.

  But again the halogram of vault comes out the projector in the ship and it says how to fly the thing.

  Brad takes flight and he travels the universe as Vey'zhar watches them from the ship and says nothing

  Each character going throughout space and seeing each planet that klyrex fed off of and he is travelling in space and the dominion then fires at the celestial binds and they put half of the dominion under false illusions and tie them to planets using fear in their minds. Brad having second thoughts of this unofficial mission and he starts to fire at the huge dragon and he then fires and then the dragon approaches the ship that Brad is in and eats him and and now Brad is trapped in a false illusions in his mind. Riaww who has seen that and refuses to accept defeat he is the last standing member on this crew and the dragon approaches him and the ship that he is in and Riaww hops onto the wing of the ship and he brings out the sword that his father gave him and lunges off the ship and straight into the dragon and slices it in half with the golden sword.

  He is now covered in blood and cosmic stable has been reprized. The few members of the crew sent on the mission is still in a fear trance and as he drags them back onto each of them back in the ship and each of them sent to the hospital on board.

  Vey'zhar who stands there looking at each them get stretchered away he then respects Brad as he sacrificed himself for the cause and that's the point Brad has been trying to prove this entire time but it's finally clear to him.

  Chapter Nine: Dominion Reforged

  There is a celebration for the dominion and Vey'zhar visits the hospital making an uneasy peace with Brad as he lays there in the hospital bed.

  Vey'zhar says your name is spreading and you are becoming really popular.

  Radiant Wing returns and he stands in front of the ship and says "if you ever need me I'll be watching" he then flies away back to his home planet.

  Epilogue: The Crown Still Waits

  Deep in dominion vaults the helmet that Tim o'hearn once tried to wear is still covered with human blood and the pulse of the helmet.

  Klyrex lays in the ruins of a shattered and fragmented galaxy as his heartbeat still goes on and the feeling of fear never dies.

  Vault awakens in the room and says to itself in its voice but as if it's giving warning and hesitation for the first time saying "the cycle begins again"

  Then it shuts off
