Prologue ---
The world buzzes around me.
Voices fill the streets, the breeze whispers through the trees, and now and then a car hums past.
This little town… it’s alive in its own way.
Everyone seems full of life.
But me?
The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
I’m just a quiet observer.
I am… Abir
My days begin like everyone else’s — routine and expected —
But they always end with an odd sense of emptiness.
Like something’s missing.
As if I lose a piece of myself each day.
A hollow space in the heart. A quiet loneliness.
Every morning I pack my bag for college.
But for whom?
To see whom?
I sit through lectures, flip through textbooks, take notes like I’m supposed to.
But beyond that?
The same road. The same classrooms. The same faces.
And still… I feel invisible.
No friends.
No one to chat with after class.
No one to say, “Hey, let’s go for a walk.”
Everyone else has built a life, found a goal.
And me?
I keep searching — for myself.
No notifications on my phone.
No one to share a story with.
Even in the crowd, I’m not part of it.
And yet…
I wonder how long this will go on.
Will anything ever change?
Or… will I?
The days pass by like clockwork —
predictable, steady, silent.
But there’s still one place where time stands still.
Where the world fades out, and I can just… breathe.
The Haven of Silence.
At the far end of the town.
A tiny library tucked away in nature’s calm.
No one really comes here.
It’s almost forgotten.
But to me, it’s the most beautiful place in the whole town.
Outside, the library is simple and quiet.
Inside — clean, peaceful, timeless.
The librarian is an old man, probably 74 or 75.
(I stop in front of the library)
Just as beautiful and silent as always.
(A faint smile on my face)
(I push open the door and step inside)
He’s there at the reception desk,
just like always. (I thought)
Entire chapter will be publish soon with pictures i promise!!?????
