  “Huh?’ She looks towards Bawl to see that he has his training clothes underneath.

  “Oh, sure.” he takes the clothes and puts them in her backpack.

  “Mama told me that I have to unscrew the bolt, don’t know what that is.”

  “Bolt?” Eonni looks at the metal wristbands and sees the bolt that he is talking about.

  “She must have been referring to this.” She grabs Bawl’s hand and points to it. “Oh, how do you unscrew it?”

  “You just gotta-mm, okay this is hard.” She tries turning the bolt but it seems to be tightened.

  “Where is Bawl, did he unscrew a little yet?” She uses her scarves to negate the attack again, however, the beast jumps up to her and smacks her with its shark tail, sending her back.

  Bawl and Eonni are running toward the monster, Eonni still trying to unscrew the bolt, and Bawl does not understand what she is doing, thinking she is pulling it but just allowing her to do it, fearing that he may mess it up.

  The monster starts doing something. Its aura is increasing and releasing. Its soul becomes visible to Bawl. It looks like a sharp shark with a vicious face, red teeth, and eyes. The immense aura destroys the surrounding area and pushes things away from it. Belle manages to stop herself from flying back. She also sees what the monster is doing and recognizes what’s happening.

  “Don’t tell me, does it also know Soul Release!”

  The area becomes enveloped in an immense aura that originates from his soul.

  “Now’s not the time Bawl, we need to escape.”

  “No, I’m gonna beat it.”

  Bawl starts walking towards the beast, Eonni tries to pull back but he is far too strong for her, all she can do is walk along with him and hope he knows what he is doing.

  “It’s currently asleep.” Bawl nods. “I’m gonna wake it up.”

  Bawl runs towards the beast and Eonni follows behind him. He jumps towards the monster’s face and the monster just barely notices him.

  “Paper.” Bawl slaps the monster in the face. It roars in pain and gets up quickly to attack.

  “Fight me animal.” The monster blasts Bawl and he dodges the attack, running away as the blast follows him from behind. Eonni jumps up and uses her straps to wrap up Bawl to pull him away from the water blast, she swings him around and throws him towards the monster. He uses the chance to punch the monster. “Rock.” He punches the monster in the face, but he notices that he’s not dealing as much damage as he normally would have.

  “Oh right.” He looks towards his Chaos Limiters in disappointment, remembering that his power is being limited. The beast tries to eat him but he inhales deeply and blows, pushing himself back.

  Eonni swings her giant circular saws at the monster, this allows her to just barely cut through the metal and harm the beast. The beast roars in pain and quickly turns to Eonni. Despite its size, it moves quite fast. She barely dodges the attack and hides between the buildings, skateboarding on her own saw and losing the monster. She turns another corner to find Bawl who is trying to figure out how to unscrew.

  “Let me help.” She goes to Bawl and tries unscrewing it. Bawl lays on his stomach with Bawl sitting on his arm and trying to screw the bolt. She continues trying until CRASH the area is destroyed, revealing their location. The monster sees them as it is charging up its blast, it seems it uses a stronger blast, after remembering the Bawl survived its blast the first time.

  “Come on, come on.” She desperately tries to unscrew the bolt, but Bawl doesn’t seem fazed by what's going to happen.

  The blast starts flying towards them, she panics and puts her all into unscrewing the bolt. Bawl puts his hand on the floor, preparing to move them:

  A figure seems to jump out of the smoke and it’s revealed to be Bawl holding Eonni over his shoulder. He appears a bit different however, his hair has flared up and turned white his skin darkens as well as his clothes float up a little and his buttons have gone undone. He takes off his headband and puts it in his pocket.

  “Hm, cool, my skin looks different.”

  Eonni is shocked at his new look, she feels the intense pressure from this little upgrade, she looks at the bands and sees a little screen she never noticed before, showing:

  The monster is actually afraid of Bawl a little as Bawl stares him down, keeping his dispassionate expression. The monster charges up a blast.

  “We gotta go!”

  The beast is shocked, it doesn’t understand how that happens and it sees that Bawl has stars over his pupils, it thinks that maybe it was just a fluke and blasts again, but once again, the attack is deflected.

  The monster doesn’t understand why this is happening, but Eonni however managed to see exactly what he did.

  “He-he deflected the attack by crossing his arms and squatting a little, how did he do that so fast!”

  Bawl continues to deflect every attack and the beast is in denial, thinking that there must be a deception or something he isn’t seeing that’s happening.

  “You’re weak, I’ll let you live if you lay down.”

  “What, why would you let it live!”

  “Shh.”

  Bawl slowly walks towards the monster and the monster backs up in fear, it pointlessly tries to blast Bawl over and over but Bawl blocks it every, single, time.

  It dives into the ground and swims towards Bawl at extreme speed, it jumps out of the water and tries to devour Bawl, however, he deflects it and, by this time, follows up with a counterattack, punching the monster in the face.

  The beast flies back and is on its side, in pain. It manages to pick itself up and recover. It wants to run away, but its pride won’t allow it to.

  Its soul starts expanding. “Is that a Soul Amplification!”

  The area becomes surrounded by water and nothing but the figure of the monster is seen. It dives into the dark blue water and a large whirlpool affects the entire area, consuming the building in the vicinity.

  Eonni rides her circular saw to get away from the vicinity, “Damn, I didn’t sign up for this, if I mastered my other skill then maybe it could’ve been useful.”

  She turns to see that Bawl isn’t moving at all, but she doesn't stop, after seeing how he effortlessly dealt with the monster.

  The whirlpool shoots as a large amount of water and a figure comes out of the hole. The beast looks completely different from what it looked like before. It’s now dark red with white around its body, has a much larger body, 2 feet but four long pectoral fins, it's fine is on its head and back, it has 4 yellow glowing eyes, black sharp claws on the lower pectoral fins. Its hamstrings are very visible and the color is blue.

  The monster roars, now in its new form.

  “Hmm, cool.”

  The beast, now even stronger, stares Bawl down, and Bawl stares it down as well, both intent on defeating the other.
