  The brown haired boy looked at Zack with a panicked look, then sent someone to go look, but the person he ordered was too scared to go. Max groaned and went up there himself, Zack followed him.

  The scene was full of terrified people. Zack looked around, and noticed shattered glass scattered all over the floor. A man stood frozen with a broken bottle in his hand. The blond scanned the room.

  Max stomped to the middle of the room. "Okay, who's responsible for this?" He demanded.

  Suddenly, Matthew grabbed Max from behind, but the mouse brown haired kid was too quick for him. He swung his fist at Matthew and laughed.

  "Nice try!"

  Zack jumps in and pulls Max away from him. He tried to unhook the chain, but the boy slipped out from under him.

  "Sorry, you can't have it!" Max said. Zack snarled, and Matthew looked at the troubled drunk kid.

  "It doesn't belong to you, asshat! You told me you'll give it back!" Matthew screamed.

  Max laughed. "DID I say that?"

  "YES!"

  Max chuckled and locked his lips. "Eh, I change my mind."

  "Why do you have to be such a dick!" Matthew exclaimed.

  "My house, my rules!" Max said simply. Then he left the tavern, leaving Matthew and Zack speechless.
