Description:
The "Sinful Ruins" theme for Dungeons is one designed around a hypothetical ruined civilization. It also has close ties to the [Netherworld Royal] theme, which is available to only Dungeon Masters who possess the [Demon Lord] Extra Skill.
"Sinful Ruins'" overall appeal is based around that of an urban, high-tech city that is more commonly found in the worlds of Migrants than of the cities on Terra Sol. Crumbling gigantic buildings of concrete and metal make up most of the Dungeon's floors along with the remains of facilities (not the Dungeon kind) such as fountains and parks can also be found.

To obtain this theme for one's Dungeon, the Dungeon Master has to collect Magic Stones solely from monsters that live in urban habitats. This can be creatures hiding in giant sewers, old dragons that defend their loot in abandoned castles, humanoid monstrosities that prey on people in the shadows of back alleys in large cities, and many other examples. Except, such creatures are rare to find. As a consequence of this scarcity, "Sinful Ruins" is an extremely rare, though not impossible, theme to find among Dungeons.
As one would expect from a Dungeon related to the [True Chaos] title, all floors of a "Sinful Ruins" Dungeon have a secret effect that encourages negative Karma Values while also troubling the acquisition of positive Karma Values. Other than that, the urban ruins also provide a lower resistance against status ailments and reduction of status values.
These properties make attributes such as Darkness, Poison, and Ice quite valuable for a "Sinful Ruins" Dungeon, as they provide facilities and monsters that love lowering invaders' stats and/or inflicting status ailments such as [Blindness], [Poison], and [Freeze] in this case.
An important point of notice is that these effects only work on Dungeon "floors". Dungeon Zones, which are placed outside the Dungeon's initial area, cannot obtain this special effect. The favoritism for negative Karma Value points is a different story.
Another property of this theme is that it is quite easy to set up shop in the ruins. More specifically, many facilities available for the "Sinful Ruins" Dungeon are shops and safe zones where products can be developed and sold, not only to the Dungeon inhabitants but even to the Dungeon divers. Many of the shops require the Dungeon Master to provide the goods' "blueprints" by producing the items first in designated facilities, though some shops may provide random material drops for certain categories all on their own.
Regardless of the method of acquisition, these shops make "Sinful Ruins" Dungeons, along with other similar urban-type Dungeons, a popular raiding spot for adventurers. This breeds the availability for the Dungeon Master to add Treasure Chests that, instead of needing to be provided with items as "treasures", can reward the Dungeon divers with special tokens or coins that can be used instead of Sols in the Dungeon's various shops and facilities.
It was mentioned before that "Sinful Ruins" loves having attributes related to status ailments or status value down-effects, but the attributes can also affect the floors in many other drastic ways. Since the aesthetics of the Dungeon is "a ruined civilization", the many attributes related to causes that could cause this ruin may often color the floors in their colors. For example, the Ocean and Water attributes could lead to the city being flooded, the Fire and Sun attributes could leave the buildings charred, and the Gold, Silver, and other Valuable-category attributes could provide trap facilities that affect people mentally and turn them berserk in a "gold rush" fashion.
Bloom's comment: We might have lucked out with our Magic Stones. A giant spider living in the sewer, an old Stone hidden within a ghost castle, and a demon Stone from an unidentified origin provided by Blot, but seems to have been from a city demon.
Garami's comment: Wow, you're right! And here I believed it was because of my nature as a city gal...
