After spending more than 104K pts Markus territory got.

1x Sylvan Grove (LVL 10)
So out of 30 total building Markus upgraded 10 of them and the remaining pts he has are 8,820pts.
Excluding the 2000 pts for the 2x cards. This is the amount Markus has in his pts balance.
With the remaining 6.8K pts Markus simply leave them in case they come in hand.
After closing this, Markus then simply walks towards his house only to remembering something important.

“It's seems that I forget something…oh.. yes where the hell will the new members will be sleeping, I need to ask Silvia for it”. Markus says as he walks towards Silvia.
After reaching and talking to Silvia Markus tells her about the issue.
“Lord, the summons creature are special they will live inside another dimension when resting and, it is better for you to not to treat them like living things, infact besides the army camps and some special summoning spells for high-rank mage/summoner most of the summon things are like mirror image based on the creatures and life on the singirious continent, so you don't need to worry even if they die they will still be combe back alive for you to fight.” Silvia says for Markus to not to worry about the resting place that much.
She knows that her Lord is in the middle of the exam and that there were no need of living in comfort right now.

She has seen Markus upgrading the level of buildings without the need of materials, when she sees him raising the level of the one defense towers she thaught that it will be only after her Lord as gather the material for upgrading but when she sees him raising the level of many more building without any materials then she gets to know.
Her Lord has unique talent for upgrading the buildings, this talent is very rare.
“No wonder that there are so many high level defense towers”. Silvia looks at the new member of the Treants and the forest spirits and guide them towards the others.
Markus didn't know that his ‘Commander’ has a very sharp institution that it almost pull out his secret, he without any care walks towards his
lord's wooden house.
When he reaches he forgets the main things.
“It seems like that there is only one room in the Lord wooden house, I hope that the remaining points are enough for having one more room in the lord's house or else it will be awkward”. Markus looks at the panel of the wooden house.
Markus call up the panel of the lord's wooden house and upgraded it to level 3 after consuming 1.2k pts.
This allowed it to have one more room with bed on it.
“According to Silvia, the summoned units doesn't need anything and they can be resummoned after death, what it consumes is time. Nothing else”.
Markus calls upon the panel of the Sylvan Grove and sure enough there was a panal, where it was written that, if there is no danger than all the summoned Unit will be returned to the mirror dimension and can be easily call upon for them to fighting.”
“Note: They are beings of mirror worlds and doesn't have any sentiment of life but they will still have some characteristics of there real life counterpart.”
From the above note it is clear that, the summons unit doesn't need any type of resources to maintain but they still have some characteristics of their real life counterparts.
“So this means that they are basically an army which will follow the command and will fight to death and even perish together with the enemy”. Markus thaught this is really good advantage from other, however the downside is that they can't leave the summoning tower to far.
They need to be inside the range of (summoning tower*100m) of radius. As for the summoned troops which Markus have they can be active inside the radius of 1KM.
This much radius is enough for Markus to do many things. As for the puppets and drones and other they are not restricted to this as they are simply equipments and they counts in the equipments for the lord. So they don't have such restriction.
“It is great that I got such precious buildings, don't know when it will be refreshed in the lord's mall but this is really good of I have the chance I will definitely buy it and keep hoarding it”. Markus simply makes a decision for the future.
He doesn't know what types of new things will be there but for now what Markus need is to keep the ranking of no.1 in rank and make sure no one takes it away.
I just hope that from starting from tomorrow there will be more dark creatures so I can upgrade all the building and specially the CORE.
The Core is the most important and also the more level it is the more dangerous it will be, but that is for the small minded people for Markus and many other top lords the higher the level of the core means the more dark creatures and even more resources.
Looking at the dark whirlpool which was rotating slowly and no one noes what it was brewing. Markus simply stop staring and goes back to the lord's wooden house.

The day has already settled and now he need to go back and need some good sleep.
