Chapter 55 of Volume 1: She is the main one, she is the secondary one

  In the business world, many secrets can't be hidden for long.   "If that's what you think, then whatever." Bai Xiaofan smiled indifferently, tossing the contract onto Qin Lan's office desk. He raised an eyebrow and said loudly, "Sign it!"

  "I won't sign?" Qin Lan pursed her lips tightly, her fingernails digging into her flesh, but she struggled to maintain her dignified demeanor.

  She gambled on Bai Xiaofan, betting that he wouldn't hurt her or look down on her. She gambled on him, and it would pain her heart.

  Bai Xiao's smile revealed her teeth, exceptionally beautiful and extraordinary. Her white teeth were unusually sharp under the elegant crystal lamp!

  "You'll sign because this is where your beloved money is."

  Qin Lan lost the gamble because she forgot that Bai Xiaofan was just like her, a ruthless and cunning person. People like them would never show mercy to those who betrayed them.
