Weapon & Combat Arts (Refining Qi for Battle)

Ancient Techniques (Risky but Powerful Abilities)
??? Time – Allows user to move freely while others remain frozen for a few seconds.
?? Blood Sacrifice Ritual – Burns one's own Qi and lifespan to gain a temporary surge of power.

Requires:
Time Root (?) – A rare root, necessary for Time Veil. Those with strong Time Root can slow or accelerate time in short bursts.
Blood Root (??) – Needed for Blood Sacrifice Ritual (not evil, they can use blood of monsters or anyting to cultivate) High-level cultivators can exchange life force for temporary godlike strength.
Void Root (??) – The most mysterious root, required for Void Step. Cultivators with this root can bend space, making them nearly impossible to catch.
Some uncommon individuals have more than one root, allowing them to cultivate various types of cultivation, as well as allowing them to join together the two powers to be even stronger. But, unfortunately this is very risky as no all have the talent, will or the compatibility to do this, which may end up with them exploding.
Some people are Rootless and must rely on weapons, formations, or external forces to cultivate.
The people are not judged by the type of cultivation they do but by their character.
IMPORTANT:
In this world, demonic and righteous cultivators live together. There is no difference, only the fact that demonic cultivators have animal ears and tail according to their breed. Both live together harmoniously and those that kill to improve their cultivation are hated by both factions.
They are called the evil faction.
Chi Chi's father is the most powerful cultivator in the whole land and is a righteous cultivator, while her mother is a demonic cat cultivator. Chi Chi has inherited her mothers cat tail and ears, but she can control them according to her will and emotions.(They haven't been awakened yet so she currently doesn't have those features)
