After I reported to the receptionist desk I was led down the hallway to the briefing room where my team was at.
My Boss is Sergeant Tony. I'm at the highest ranking of Boot Camp Instructors. I'm a Class A, meaning that I get called in for serious cases that don't always involve instructing Cadets at Boot Camp.
Once everyone made it to the briefing room Sergeant Tony stood at the head of the table. "Alright everyone, this is a special case that we're looking at and a special team of Boot Camp Instructors has been formed to specifically help this case. If you're in this room then you're a part of that team. Earlier this year Uncle 42 had been given permission to test on Agents to see if he could attach Stunning Abilities to them.
"He was only allowed to test on Agents and no other jobs within the Organization. Uncle 42 was able to successfully attach Stunning Abilities to six different Agents." He took out a couple of files and placed them on the table. "These are the Agents that Uncle 42 has been able to successfully attach Stunning Abilities to. Charlotte Dawson, Agent ID Agent 54, Daisy Lowhum, Agent ID Agent 47, Evan Mak, Agent ID Agent 60, Jacob Herring, Agent ID Agent 003, George Harriman Agent ID Agent 72, and last but not least Evelyn Harriman, Agent ID Agent 36."
When Agent 36's name was announced that she was on the team of Super Agents there murmurs around the room.
"Agent 36? Doesn't she also have Demon Power?"
"Dude if Agent 36 also has Stunning Abilities she's got to be the strongest Agent the Organization has!"
"Didn't Agent 36 destroy that meteorite a few years ago?"
"Wow, I can't believe we're going to help out Agent 36! So cool!"
Sergeant Tony rolled his eyes. "Yes, I am well aware that Agent 36 also has Demon Power and she's having the most trouble with her powers right now. Since there's twelve of you guys and six Agents on the team I'm assigning two you per teammate. Instructor Branden?"
I looked at him. "Yes, sir?"
"I hear you're dating Agent 72?" Sergeant Tony asked.
I nodded. "Yes, sir."
"Good, then I'm going to assign you and Instructor River to help Agent 72 out," Sergeant Tony said. "Instructor Ari and Instructor Bob I'm going to assign you two to help Agent 36 out."
When Sergeant Tony finished listing every Instructor in the room's assignments he said, "As of today, there will be a pause on your Boot Camp Instructor duties and a substitute teacher will be taking your place."
"What! Why?" Instructor River asked with a surprised look on her face.
"Because your main objective in the following months you'll be focusing on helping the team of Super Agents get control of their powers," Sergeant Tony explained. "It is of utmost importance that we have the Super Agents get their powers under control because if one of them dies from being too overpowered the Council won't be too happy about it."
Everyone else in the room including me gasped.
"The Council is involved?" I asked.
Sergeant Tony nodded. "The Council is involved but mostly because Queen Amore ordered it and if she ordered it then the Council can not refuse."
My jaw dropped when I heard Queen Amore was also involved in creating the team of Super Agents. There was another collective gasp from everyone in the room.
Wow, this is serious if Queen Amore is involved! What the hell! I thought.
Everything seemed a bit shocking to me because I knew that the Organization's goal was to develop super soldiers for world domination or something like that. But I had no idea how far they were willing to go for it until now. Little did I know something darker was brewing for the team of Super Agents and it would have a lot to do with Agent 36's father.

I groaned as I opened my eyes and found that I wasn't in my room at the hospital. I was in a strange place that looked like an abyss to nothing and I was floating in nothing. "Where am I?"
"That's exactly what I want to know!" Eve said.
"Same here," Charlotte said.
"I second that!" Jacob said.
"I third that!" Evan said.
"And I fourth that!" Daisy said. "And why the hell are we floating? Are we dead?"
"I sure hope not!" Charlotte exclaimed.
"Welcome everyone to my humble realm!" A voice said.
I looked around. "Who's there?"
"Oh, where are my manners?" The voice said, "My name is Fate."
A bright light flashed and a young woman appeared. She wore brown robes with a red sash around her waist to tie them together and brown sandals on her feet. Her skin was tan and she had black hair and black eyes. She had a cane in her hand and she smiled at us. "First of all, let me get you guys standing on solid ground. It's easier to talk to someone when they're not floating into the abyss."
She tapped her cane on the ground and solid ground appeared. When I looked around again I noticed that we were in a building that looked like a library.
There were seven chairs in the middle of the library's lobby area and a circular table was in the center of them.
Fate motioned towards the chairs. "Please, have a seat."
We did as we were told and the table that we were seated around started to glow. After the glow stopped a book appeared and the title of the book was: The Six Knights.
Eve raised an eyebrow. "The Six Knights? What the hell?"
Fate rolled her eyes. "Yeah, yeah I get it. But this story is the history of the Organization that you work for."
"Huh? What do you mean?" I asked.
"What I mean is the Organization has been in place for a long time and it started with Six Knights. And they had the goal of making Super Knights to help in their quest for world domination," Fate answered. The book in the center of the table flipped open and Fate continued, "Once upon a time a century after humans were first born on the planet there were Six Knights from the Kingdom of Weston and they weren't satisfied with their King's rule. And on top of that they had magic that they used to protect the kingdom.
"One of the reasons the Knights weren't satisfied with their King was because they found that their King was content with just ruling over his kingdom and that was that for him. They asked him to conquer different kingdoms in order to turn their nation into an Empire. The King refused and that made the Knights angry. But instead of killing their King right off the bat they broke away from the kingdom they swore to protect and searched for a place to call their own.
"After a decade of searching they finally found a place and built a castle and started plotting on how to go about world domination. So they sent out invitations to different mercenary groups all over the world from different countries to join their kingdom. They offered the mercenary groups food and shelter and becoming their powerful allies and all the mercenary groups needed to take was to live in the knights kingdom. And they weren't surprised at all when the mercenary groups accepted their offer.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
"Once the mercenary groups started living in the Knights kingdom the Knights decided on a name for their kingdom. They decided to call their kingdom the Kingdom of the Organization."
"The Kingdom of the Organization! Seriously?" Daisy laughed. "Wow, how original!"
Instead of reprimanding her, Fate chuckled. "Well at that time it was original and the Kingdom of the Organization is still around it's just not a kingdom anymore. It's the place you guys work for called the Organization."
"Really?" Eve asked. "So the Organization's true name is the Kingdom of the Organization? I bet the Council thought that was a stupid name so they just shortened it to the Organization."
Fate nodded. "Yeah that's pretty much it. Anyway, continuing the story, the Knights offered shelter and a place for the mercenary groups to call their own and they accepted the offer. Not to mention the Knights made very little laws as to what a citizen of their country could and couldn't do. That was because they were doing something dark and sinister to their citizens in their quest for world domination.
"They were turning their citizens into what you guys call nowadays, Lab Rats. They did all sorts of experiments to see if they could transfer some of their magic to other people and turn them into Super Knights. Some of the experiments were a success and some weren't. A lot of people died in the process but as new mercenary groups became citizens the Knights never ran out of test subjects.
"As the years went by the Knights started to get married and had children. Their children had the same magical powers that they did and they gave the task of world domain by creating Super Knights to their children. And their children took on the assignment with glee. Their children went from country to country, continent to continent and were able to bring in all sorts of people and not just mercenary groups to the Kingdom of the Organization.
"More time passed and the Six Knights decided to make things easier to keep track of by dividing their citizens into five groups that would become the modern day five congregations. By dividing everyone into these groups they named them. Their names were A-Circle, Crow Birds, Purple Flowers, The Reds and Army. Five of the Six Knights were placed to rule over each group."
"Wait a minute, if they divided everyone into five groups and there are six Knights then what did the Sixth Knight do?" I asked.
"The Sixth Knight wanted to be a silent leader and he spent all of his time doing research and testing on people trying to find a way to create Super Knights. So far at that time he had only created more Knights that were able to carry the magic that the Knights held. Thousands of years passed and the Kingdom of the Organization was still going strong and branching out all over the world. You find people from each of the five groups all over the world," Fate answered.
"That's probably why there's so many divisions throughout the five congregations now," Jacob said.
Fate nodded. "Exactly. And back then when the Sixth Knights turned other people into Knights he called them Sir Knights. And it didn't matter if you were a woman or a man if you were a Knight you were called a Sir Knight.
"Then one day six Sir Knights stumbled upon a cave and they came across a being who claimed that they were a demon. Of course the Sir Knights didn't believe him until he showed his powers. The Sir Knights believed him then and they made a deal with him. The deal was that they would be able to use his abilities to make them stronger Knights and they would act as the demon's vessel should he call upon them to do so.
"After the deal was made with the demon the Sir Knights were able to develop different abilities much like the ones that are present in the Agents we see today. There was power that stood out among all of the other powers that a Knight could develop. And that power was Demon Power. It turns out that only the Sir Knights with Demon Power were able to be a demon's vessel should there be a need for it.
"As it turned out throughout the years there wasn't much of a need for a Sir Knight to be a demon's vessel and the Demon Power started to slowly disappear. And over the years the descendants of the Sir Knights who first gained Demon Power went to the cave as a rite of passage to see if they could see the demon. The last rite of passage that happened was with Uncle 42's great-grandfather."
"Wait a minute," Eve said. "How do you know about Uncle 42?"
"I'll get to that in a moment," Fate said. "As I was saying, the last rite of passage that happened took place with Uncle 42's great-grandfather and it helped set things up in the Organization the way it is today. The system the Six Knights had helped put things in play and when the Council was first created things were changed around a bit. And the Council was first created by Queen Amore's family. That's why she has more power than the Council to get things done.
"But most of the time she finds it's best to let the Council do their thing and leave them alone. I know because I've watched her in the past and I've talked to her personally. But yeah the more the Council is left to their own devices the better things are. And because I know about the Council and have talked to Queen Amore I know all about Uncle 42. And I totally agree that he's just as crazy if not crazier as the original Sixth Knight was. Not to mention he's a direct descendant of the Sixth Knight."
Everyone gasped. Fate chuckled. "Yeah I know right?"
"So basically you brought us here to tell us a history lesson? Why?" Jacob asked.
"Because you guys met part of the goal that the Six Knights were after. You six will be the first generation of Super Agents and in the future there will be more. As far as the world domination thing, well that remains to be seen if that will ever happen," Fate said. "And no, you can't change the future, it's already been set in stone. All I'm able to do is watch over you guys and I can only step in when my powers allow me to. Eve and George, your families will be the strongest families to ever work with the Organization."
"What!" Eve and I gasped.
"You're kidding right?" I asked.
Fate shook her head. "Nope, I'm not joking. Not to mention all of you guys within this group are descents of the Five Knights that ruled over each group that was created. You're not related by blood so don't worry Eve, didn't marry your cousin or anything like that. It's a little complicated to explain how you're descendants."
Eve nodded. "Oh I understand it's too complicated and I don't want to know. Besides, I already have a daughter with Levi so it's kind of too late to undo it now."
Fate snorted. "It was going to happen anyway. You were going to marry into the Harriman Family, specifically to Levi. And you two will stay married until the day you die. Levi's a good guy. He's got a pure heart when it comes down to having a family. The good thing is that Levi will never cheat on you and I know you won't cheat on him."
She looked at me. "The same thing goes for you and your partners George. As for the rest of you, it's a given that you'll be married sooner or later in the future and have children of your own. Unfortunately everyone here families will belong to the Organization in some way shape or form. I know it's a hard thing to deal with but I can't change it and even if I could, I wouldn't. That wouldn't be right.
"Oh you guys should probably get back to the real world soon. Your loved ones are probably worried sick about you."
"Exactly how long have we been sleeping?" I asked.
Fate shrugged. "Only a couple of days. Hey, it could've been worse. I'm only able to talk to people after they've had a traumatic experience and they're in a coma because of it. Once I talked to someone who had been in a coma for over a month! But that's how it is. So since I doubt I'll see any of you again I'll say farewell."
Before any of us had a chance to say anything, Fate disappeared and that's when I woke up.

It's been two days since George went into a coma after I'd been assigned to help him deal with his powers. I heard from the others that every single Agent on the team of Super Agents fell into a coma at the same time.
"This is weird," I said to myself. "I've been trying to use my powers to wake him up but I seem to be blocked by something."
"Yeah I got the same thing when I tried," Instructor River said as she sat down beside me.
I was sitting in George's hospital room staring at him anxiously waiting for him to wake up.
Instructor River frowned. "He's going to wake up, I can feel it."
"Is that part of your abilities?" I asked.
Instructor River shook her head. "No, it's just a hunch, A very strong hunch."
Right on cue, George slowly opened his eyes and then flinched and immediately shut them. He groaned, "It's too fucking bright in here!"
"George!" I said as I went to hug him. I hugged him as gently as I could.
He chuckled. "Well hello to you too. God it feels good to be awake and it would feel better if it weren't so fucking bright in here."
"I can do something about that," Instructor River said. She snapped her fingers and the lights in the hospital room dimmed a little.
George slowly opened his eyes again and sighed a sigh of relief. "That's better." He looked over at Instructor River. "Who are you?"
"My name is Instructor River and I've been assigned to you along with your boyfriend to help you get control of your powers. And I can sense with my abilities that they're still not stable," Instructor River said.
"I see," George said after I let go of him. "I'm thirsty."
Since he couldn't really get out of bed because he was tied down to the bed I got a glass or water for him and handed it to him. He drank the water pretty quickly which is understandable because since he'd been asleep for two days he hadn't drank anything for two days.
"Oh good, Agent 72 you're finally awake!" I heard someone say. I looked over to see the man that was responsible for George's agony, Uncle 42. There's a reason why he's called a nutcase that's because he is one. Uncle 42 just walked past as if I wasn't even there. "I was starting to wonder if I was going to lose my Super Agents there for a moment. All six of you went into a coma at the same time!"
I clenched my jaw trying so hard to keep my composure. Instructor River put a hand on my shoulder and shook her head.
Uncle 42 turned to me and smirked. "Good job finally waking him up. Do you two mind stepping outside so that I can have a little chat with him?"
I wanted to say something so bad but decided not because I knew that whatever I said would cause more trouble than what it's worth. So I stepped out of the hallway to let Uncle 42 talk to George.
