  History: In reference to his title: the Dwarf Sage, which he had earned before, during and around the Second Great Ninja War. Issun-boshi had been proclaimed as the master of Earth Style in every aspect of the chakra nature and his many exploits of heroism throughout the elder days of the ninja world along with his abnormally small height had earned him fame to the same degree as the Sannin. Though, in modern times, he has become quite forgotten due to his old age and reduced activity.

  Our second adult human character, I've modeled him off of the character Iroh from the hit Western TV show Avatar: The Last Airbender as well as the Issun-boshi from Japanese myth. I regard Issun-boshi with high praise because I consider his exploits from back in the day as legendary and I'll be delving into some of them as the series goes on (Heck, I might even write a whole spin-off just to do that). How he went from a midget-nobody to one of the most powerful ninjas in the west of the world would be so inspirational. But until the time to recount that tale comes, in the present timeline, he's really just an old fart who has to watch over three rambunctious kids.
