  I feel so much better after having a good cry. I'm still sad but it's not that bad anymore. I need to do other stuff because I'm scared that if I keep crying all I'll do is cry. And that's not good.

  I was thinking about stuff yesterday, and maybe I should send all my demons home. Bob looked really happy to be back on earth. That's why I left him there, I didn't want to take him away from his family.
