Dear diary,

  The Base kinda stinks.

  And we've got a house now! Well it's Gina's house but she said we could live with her. She also said my arm is not broken and it should be okay in a couple weeks. Gina is the Base doctor, I don't know how she ended up with Goodman but she's really nice. Though I don't know why she thinks I'm Goodman's daughter. Goodman isn't my daddy. My daddy's dead.

  Anyway Goodman and Gina are talking right now so I'm sitting outside. They told me to play with the others but I just wanted to let you know we're okay.
