Harmony walked out into the hall to see what Maya and Michael were so shocked about. As soon as Harmony stepped out into the hallway, it became blatantly obvious why they were so surprised.
Harmony noticed something strange about the armor on the guards. It was different than the duo in the cell had. The duo only had brigandine armor. The guards had half plate armor with black under clothing.
A thought started to creep into Harmony’s head. What organization were they actually with? The Eclipse wore flaxen colored uniforms, including the under clothes.
“By the order of the Unity, drop your weapons and surrender,” commanded the guard in the front.
“Why would we listen to orders from the Unity,” Michael growled.
Harmony started to piece everything together. The different uniforms, the order that they were given, and on top of all of that, the fact that Michael had an extremely furious expression on his face. Harmony was pretty sure where they were.
“We’re inside the Unity aren’t we?” Harmony asked Steven in a whispered tone.
They were probably with the O.C.S. as they were the ones that handled anything that is concerned with security. It also made sense because of the uniform they were wearing.
The guard in the front took off the helmet they were wearing, revealing brown and silver hair. A horrible chill went down Harmony’s spine.
They were standing in front of the general of the Organization of Control and Security, Chrysanthemum. One of the highest ranking and strongest personnel in the Unity, and one of the most adept at combat.
“In case you didn’t hear me before, by order of the Unity, drop your weapons and surrender.” the Chrysanthemum said.
Michael seemed to flinch when he heard the order for a second time.
“Michael, I think it would be best to surrender,” Maya said, “there’s no way we can break through this and you know it.”
“I concur,” Steven agreed.
Michael looked at Harmony and she didn’t say anything, but enough had already been said. Maya put her weapon down first, followed by Michael.
Eight guards broke off from the group and walked up to Harmony and the others. The guards swiftly put handcuffs on each of them.
Despite their best efforts at escaping they had been caught. There wasn’t anything else that they could do.

They were being led through a giant hallway. Guards surrounded them, making sure that they weren’t going to try to escape again.
Harmony looked around at their surroundings trying to gather as much about it as possible. The lower wall was made out of stone, but the floor and upper walls were made out of wood. There were also stained glass windows that filled the hall, letting the light from the sun in while tinting it different colors.
Each pane of glass seemed to depict a different story in history. One of the panes of glass depicted a group of people building what appeared to be the shrines that the Eclipse was trying so hard to open.
Another one portrayed a great fight that happened around one of the shrines.
The last one that Harmony really paid attention to was one that illustrated an eclipsing sun over a coffin. There was a label under this one, and it read, “The fall of a great warrior.”
The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
Clearly there was more to history than they had previously thought.
“Where do you think they’re taking us,” Michael asked.
“I have as much information as you do. I have no clue,” Maya responded.
Steven just shrugged his shoulders. Through the visors of the guards helmets, Harmony wasn’t sure if they were staring at them or not. Harmony wasn’t the best at reading people.
Chrysanthemum led them towards a set of giant wooden doors that had to be twice the height of Harmony. She pressed her hand against a pad and the door started to swing open.
On the other side of the door, there was a giant chamber. They started to walk into it as Chrysanthemum walked forward.
There were more windows on the inside, but these ones weren’t stained and just let the light flow in without anything getting in the way.
“So this is the chamber that they were leading us into,” Michael observed, “it’s a bit bright.”
“It seems like a museum,” Steven said.
There were many display cases that held many relics of the past. That’s not what piqued Harmony’s interest though.
At the end of the giant corridor, there was a wooden structure that looked almost like a judges bench. In front of it, there were many seats.
As they approached the giant stand, Harmony saw three people atop of it. One was wearing the colors of the Solar Sword, another the Lunar Lance, and the final person was wearing the colors of the Oathsworn. It seemed as though they were a council.
“What do you think is going to happen?”Harmony asked Michael, slightly scared.
Michael glanced at her, but kept his head pointed straightforward.
“I don’t know, but just keep your composure,” Michael said through the side of his mouth, “these people don’t seem like the type to hurt people without a reason.”
Michael said reason in such a way that made Harmony think that he was angry. He must have figured out that they were with the Unity too. Fear started to well up inside Harmony because of the uncertainty that was emanating from their group
There was no way that they could find a plan to escape while surrounded by their enemy. There was nothing that they could do.
“Steven, what do you think is going to happen?” Harmony asked.
“If Michael doesn’t know, then I don’t,” Steven explained, “but I’m willing to bet that it’s not good.”
Harmony’s fears were still growing, but she decided that she needed to keep up a facade so the others wouldn’t be worried about her.
They approached the judge’s bench like structure. The three people that were standing on it were staring down at them. Their gaze seemed almost soul piercing.
Chrysanthemum kneeled in front of the stand, “Sir, these are the people that we managed to capture from the teleporter near the Eclipse academy.”
“Thank you for reporting in,” one of the people on the stand said, “you are dismissed.”
It was the one male that was on the stand, the other two people that were on the stand were female.
The male had black hair and brown eyes. There was an air of authority to him. One of the girls had silver hair and eyes. She must have been related to Chrysanthemum in some way, but Harmony had never heard of any of Chrysanthemum’s relatives.
The second female had brown hair and eyes. She had a serious look on her face, and it showed no signs of wavering.
“But sir, these people are…” Chrysanthemum started to say.
“They’re teenagers, they aren’t part of the Eclipse military. It’s fine,” the man on the stand affirmed.
He looked strangely familiar to Harmony, but she couldn’t place her finger on it.
Chrysanthemum nodded and led her guards out of the room. They were now alone with these three people that seemed to outrank the generals of the Unity, being the highest position that you can get without being elected.
Harmony had no idea what was going on, and she was close to breaking down. There wasn’t anything that she could do to calm herself down, but she was determined to keep her facade up through her internal panic.
She looked between her friends, and they were all staring up at the people on the stand.
“Greetings,” the male said, “I am James Primrose. Grand Judge of the Solar Sword.”
A feeling of surprise burst through Harmony. She shot her gaze down to her brother.
A look of surprise flickered across his face, then rage took its place. There was a lot more going on than it seemed.
