Other authors all posted their afterwords on the day of release... I had to arrange too many things, and as a result, a group of readers urged for updates, so I only have an afterword today.
I find it quite ridiculous myself.
There are too many things I want to say, and it's hard to get them all out, so even if it's a bit late, I'll add them anyway.
I am an author with a very old book age and also have a three-digit author number on Starting Point.
The first book "Gun of the Tyrant" was started on July 1, 2002, so no need to guess, Yun Fei I am a big uncle born in 1980.
Starting from the first set of books, I've been basically mixing in Taiwan's traditional character market. Honestly, income may not be high, but at least it allows me to live a happy and carefree life.
Although I briefly returned to the starting point in '09 to write a set of "Wolf Master", but due to my own unsuitability for online writing, the results were not good. So I obediently rolled back to writing traditional characters again.
However, starting from 2010, the Taiwanese traditional market began to shrink, and my creations also fell into a predicament. Especially from 2011 to 2013, I submitted manuscripts to Taiwan's Fresh Network as many as eight times but were all rejected.
There are actually many objective reasons, such as the dominance of fantasy novels in the traditional Chinese market, and the fact that Fresh Network was poorly managed. For books that were not guaranteed to make money, they simply refused to publish them. In fact, Fresh Network also went bankrupt in early 2013.
I'm not a one-track mind person, my eight submissions were mainly because I owed Xianwang a great favor. I once left Xianwang before, but later Hetu didn't want me, in 2010 when I had no income, it was Xianwang that accepted my manuscripts and helped me get through the economic crisis. So I just wanted to be a loyal subject.
Unfortunately, there's no good ending anyway. The continuous heavy blows made me give up writing.
In 13 years, I found a job to do, an idle job, which can barely get by.
By the end of 2013, I got married and finally found a girl who was willing to spend her life with me.
Then in February 2015, my son was born. The most practical problem came, income is completely not enough for milk powder...
So I had no choice but to roll out and write a book ~_~。
Don't laugh...
When you have a family and children, you will know what it's like to be exhausted.
Of course, this also leads to a result, I'm afraid this set of books can't be too popular. Because if the book is too popular, what if my son starves to death? The little guy wakes up twice every night, and the milk he drinks is all white and creamy! (Please let me cry for a few minutes)
I also know that readers want me to update faster and at a fixed time, all I can say is that I'll do my best. During the day, I have things to attend to. At around 10 pm, before the little one goes to sleep, he must absolutely throw a tantrum, go to sleep! Why cry before sleeping?!
Wait till he grows up a bit, I'll beat him to death! (angrily)
That maddeningly obsessive melody... I couldn't write anything during that time.
So I often update after midnight.
That's really helpless, I hope everyone can forgive me.
This article was written on September 9th and has been online for 9 days, with the results also coming out. As previously promised, if there were several hundred subscriptions, I would strive to reach two million characters.
It's not afraid to say now, the book's results are better than I imagined. More than a thousand points have been subscribed. I can only say, okay, since everyone supports me so much, I'll just set the word count a bit higher, around 30 million words. Anyway, readers can enjoy reading it, and I'll also make some milk powder money.
After putting it on the shelf, I tried it and felt that three more 9Ks are still relatively stable. But as people reach middle age, things get busy, and I only dare to promise that there won't be less than 6K per day, of course, generally it's 9K.
As for more, that's the update, I hope everyone sees the update without being stingy with votes, monthly tickets, recommended tickets, rewards, and subscriptions. None of these can be missing!
I took a look, today is the 9th, and in the past 7 days I've averaged over 10,800 characters per day. It feels like my updates are still pretty strong. Now at 410,000 characters, I'll probably be able to break 1 million characters in about two months.
As for writing collapse, it shouldn't happen. I'm an old writer, having written so many series of books, with outlines and detailed outlines, the main character has always been moving towards the path of becoming a god, I really don't know how to write to have something called a writing collapse...
Finally, I hope everyone will continue to support "Shadow Throne". Thank you all!
