Chapter 24: Exploring the new location!
She heard the familiar howls and wanted to summon her weapon, which didn't work as the system sealed her inventory. Xhemile almost cursed again but the remembered that she had another inventory. She put one hand inside her cleavage, rummaging for her weapon. After feeling the familiar shaft, she pulled it out of her cleavage pocket. It appeared and she took in a familiar fighting stance. The howls got closer and soon were replaced by growls and barks, followed by paw sounds on the ground. Xhemile found a strategic place, her back covered by a wide trunk of a needle tree. After a few more moments the first creatures appeared as they jumped out of the bushes into the small clearing where Xhemile was. She immediately identified them with her system.
[Grey wolf leader
Rank 1
Level 2]
Multiple normal grey wolfs now stood Infront of her. They gouged her strength and circled her to find a weak spot, but with her back covered they only had the option to attack from directions where she can see them. The bigger leader took the initiative and ran towards her. It jumped at her, aiming to bite her throat. The only thing it felt was a sharp object burring itself into its torso. Xhemile kicked the corpse of the leader away from her, freeing her now bloodstained spear. The other wolfs were confused and looked at her with a new sense of wariness. Soon another tried to attack, this time flanked by two others. Xhemile swung her spear so she hit it to change its current jump direction, flying into the wolf at its left flank and crashing somewhere behind her in a jumble of fur and legs. The third was now almost reached her throat but she hit its head with the stick end of her spear, snapping its jaw shut and dodging out of the way so it crashed at the tree. She then changed her spear direction and thrust the tip into its torso killing it on the spot. The other two saw that and with high pitches of whining ran away. Xhemile exhaled and tried to calm her fast-beating heart. She sat down to rest a bit, still alert of other hidden dangers. After a few minutes of resting and calming she stood up again and carefully made her way towards a nearby white light. On the way she switched from spear to bow and climbed a tree to scout out the area of the light. After reaching a branch where she could oversee the clearing where the light was, she saw it was guarded by some boars. The boars were eating and relaxing in a mud pit, next to the mud pit a small wooden chest was standing there, it looked out of place, but was surrounded by white light. She looked around some more and noticed a bush rustling on the other side of the clearing. Soon enough a human head appeared and started to look around. Xhemile intrigued by this, concentrated on it. As it moved, she could see better what it had equipped. It was definitely a man and he had a sword in one hand and wore the same clothes as she had, only not ripped. He looked some more around but then shook his head and walked away. I appeared he didn't feel confident enough to take out six boars. After a bit of time was wasted and Xhemile was certain that no one else was currently around she took the first arrow and aimed at the biggest boar of the group. After a bit of adjusting and aiming she was certain that she would hit it, she released the arrow. The bow string let out a small sound and arrow flew towards her target where it burrowed itself in the neck of the boar. I squealed loudly only to fall right after that. The other boars squealed in anger and alarm. The first one down she aimed for the second biggest. After releasing the arrow and again hitting it in the neck killing it instantly, the other boars noticed her and charged her tree. Luckily Xhemile chose a tree which had a very thick trunk. It didn't wobble much as the other four boars crashed into it. She took her time killing one boar after the other. After killing all of them she observed the clearing again looking for someone to take advantage of the unguarded chest. Not noticing anything she climbed down and took the arrows from the boars and harvested some meat and a few tusks. She also was now in range to identify them.

[Boar
Rank 1
Level 4]
They pretty much all were Rank 1 but with different levels. She then walked towards the chest and opened it carefully. It revealed the sight of a small rusted dagger. Xhemile took it and put it in her storage, blade wrapped in a bit of boar-hide, of course. She also noticed she was now at the place of 51st in the score board. She closed the sheet and walked towards the next location, this time choosing a pink light. Higher graded gear would be guarded by stronger monsters, but also more lords or ladies would wait there to take advantage of a fight there or ambush the weakened winner. She carefully walked towards the area and a good distance away she climbed a tree. Luckily the forest grew denser there so she could easily go from tree to tree. She arrived at the place and started to observe. Multiple people were waiting i the bushes. The now golden adorned and luxurious looking chest was guarded by a big black bear with a tough looking hide, luckily it was asleep so it couldn't notice the amount of people surrounding it. She noticed there hiding different groups of lords. Some were definitely in some sort of group or temporary alliance, while others were there alone. One particular group caught her eye as many men were there together gathering around a handsome man in his late twenties with blonde hair. His looks definitely put him into the world of the handsome and his demeanor and arrogance she could observe from her spot were that of a spoiled kid. She could smell the cheesy pickup lines from miles away, if he saw her. She could also clearly think of the consequences, if a girl, which he fancies would ignore him. She was disgusted, but knew that such people existed. She waited and observed some more as he tried to recruit more solo lords into his group.
