Chapter 56: You didnt listen first

At that moment, the air thinned out.

Because her chin was lifted, Chu Ci felt as if she had actively offered her lips to be kissed. Di Honglian was not gentle either, pecking at her lip and biting it fiercely, completely unlike his usual demeanor.

Chu Ci hadn't even had time to clear his mind before he was kissed so hard it hurt, his breathing erratic. He wanted to ask Emperor Mo to slow down a bit, but the latter became even more ruthless, as if he hadn't kissed his wife in 800 years...

Chu Ci was being pressed down so hard he was almost out of breath, his chest heaving, his voice breaking in and out as he begged in a thin, fragmented tone, "No...can't take it..."

When Emperor Di heard her call out like that, he paused for a moment and kissed her. His Adam's apple tightened slightly, and the hand holding the back of her head also applied some force to press against her. However, his long white fingers slowly slid into her soft and smooth black hair. The dark bottom of his eyes flashed with a hint of turmoil, as if he was about to lose control, but it seemed like he was afraid of scaring her. In the end, he suppressed his emotions, slowly released her mouth, let go of her, and calmly sat back down.

Chu Ci's entire body had softened, her eyes were dazed and unfocused, her lips were bitten red, like rose petals dripping with dew, enticingly. She was panting slightly, her mouth open as she breathed, looking bewildered and sensual.

In contrast, His Highness the Crown Prince didn't have a single hair out of place, still sitting elegantly and calmly across from him, exuding an air of noble restraint, as if nothing had just happened.

Even so, His Highness the Crown Prince seemed kind enough to wait for her to calm down a bit before lightly opening his lips and asking: "Are you going to listen now?"

That tone was as if scolding a mischievous child who didn't know better.

"Huh?" Chu Ci looked up at the crown prince with a bewildered expression, then reached out to touch the warm and cool breath still on her lips. She seemed a bit out of focus as she murmured: "Your Highness didn't you say... that next time you would speak first?"

  Di Kuai: "......"

"Your Highness, you... how can you speak without keeping your word!" Chu Ci seemed to have just reacted, covering her mouth, with a face full of shame and anger staring at Di Jun.

The prince looked at her with a serious face, hesitated for a moment, and said lightly: "I forgot."

"How can you forget?" Chu Ci's face turned red with rage, and she couldn't help but hear the Crown Prince say "forget" in such a carefree and calm manner, which made her even more furious. Is the Crown Prince playing tricks on her? Who is he to be so reckless?!

The prince calmly looked at her and reasonably argued: "You were the one who didn't listen first."

"I... I... I won't listen. You... can't either..." Chu's words became incoherent as she grew more and more anxious...

The prince saw her first mess up and then became more determined and calm, thickening his skin to say lightly: "Nothing happened originally."

Chu Ci's face was flushed with anger as she glared at him, "Your Highness, are you implying that this is her fault?"

Chu Ci felt like she was going to suffocate, and couldn't get the better of him. She huffed and puffed, then suddenly stood up, planning to make a dashing exit by slamming the door. However, as soon as she got up, she forgot that her ankle was still sore, and didn't notice the weight on her feet. Her whole body thudded forward, and she fell onto the Crown Prince's feet. To make matters worse, in order to avoid getting hurt, Chu Ci had to instinctively wrap her arms around the Crown Prince's legs...
